Fantastic experience: Terry is amazing all the time to help me in whatever situation I was in with my flight, sometimes I find myself getting frustrated but with one phone call away Terry is always there to help me out,his communication skills is very good and he is always there to help me. I never met him but speaking to him on the phone he seems to have a great understanding and personality to deal with clients, not a lot of people have that skills. Negative experience: I am very disappointed and regret having bought the ticket with Ryanair and I feel humiliated and DISCRIMINATED, because when I passed through the boarding gate a very rude and impolite employee said that my small suitcase did not have the measurements required by the company and that I should pay a fine of €60.00, so I asked her why two ladies who were talking to me and had not bought the priority ticket that gave the right to a backpack and a small suitcase did not pay any fine for the two pieces they were carrying? Why was I the only one fined? And I still couldn't take my suitcase with me on board the plane and it went to the plane's hold and I couldn't take my medications that were inside the suitcase while all the passengers took their suitcases on board and why was I the only one DISCRIMINATED and humiliated by the terrible employee, if this is a law why then don't all passengers pay the same way without discrimination or by the customer's face or is it just for the majority, rude employees at the boarding gate and I approach mercenary employees who are only interested in selling things and bumping into us several times in the aisle and without apologizing, the company's only interest is not comfort and peace for the crew but YES A STREET TRADING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FLIGHT!! In addition to the discriminatory way I suffered during boarding! The law must be for everyone regardless of color, race or religion!, because otherwise in my opinion it is DISCRIMINATION!

Fantastic experience: FlightsPro, went above and beyond for us. We got the best deals on our flights and accommodation. The Santhiya resort FlightsPro picked out for us was incredible! When getting to and from the airport and other islands we visited in Thailand FlightsPro organised the transport for us. On top of that FlightsPro had some amazing suggestions for things to do and places to visit in the places we stayed. Adhi was also always approachable whenever we needed any more help. Negative experience: Don't ever use this to get any flights. I cannot stress enough how much of a scam this place is, lost out on 700 bucks plus a cancellation fee of 200, again DO NOT USE THIS SITE FOR ANYTHING

Fantastic experience: Wow. Wow. Wow. Words can not describe the effectiveness, the kindness, the polite manner and even the sear time taken to help cater the hoilday of my dreams. I spoke to someone called Terry. I explained what I wanted and we went over and beyond my expectations to find me what I wanted and didn't even know I needed. Lol. All for the best price available. I have recommended him to another friend and will most definitely be coming back again to use their services in the future. I love how they respond with emails quickly and if you call you can grantee you would be answered and dealt with quickly. If your looking for a company to make you feel like your a valued and respected customer this is the company for you. I know you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Friendly and personable service with cheapest quote. Had an issue that was sorted out professionally and went the extra mile to make me feel reassured. Explained learning disability with numeracy and was assisted with calculations. Explained mobility issues and have been supported with organising extra help from airline.
