Fantastic experience: First class TUI, wonderful Negril, Jamaica. This was the first time we have booked a complete package through TUI and I have to say that the experience of dealing with the Beckenham branch was brilliant from start to finish of our recent Jamaica visit. Everything - from the lovely and so helpful Claire at the Beckenham branch who literally did everything for us so that we could walk out of the branch worry free and all done, to the fuss free and really efficient outward/inward TUI airways flight boarding and crews - was without fault, so a complete 10/10 and big thank you from us to Claire and TUI Beckenham for being a part of what made this visit to Jamaica such a special trip. We stayed at the fabulous Couples, Negril and have now found our special 'home from home'.

Fantastic experience: All the lovely ladies at the Beckenham Branch were so nice and helpful. Claire dealt with us for our appointments both times and she was so patient and helpful. She really did all she could to help us make our honeymoon package. She shared all the advice she had or got from others she knew, and was not afraid to ask for more help from her colleagues to check she is right. That shows me that I was in safe hands. She took note of our discussion so that next time we could just carry on where we left off - she took personal interest. There were a few other ladies there that helped us when booking our honeymoon with Claire, but unfortunately I do not know their names. We were advised to ask them anything on Facebook and so that is what I did and they got Chloe, who had recently come from where we are going on our honeymoon to answer my questions and queries. This shows again that they take care with their customers and look to give them the best experience by placing the best travel adviser with each customer. I will continue to be in touch with them as all has gone smoothly so far, thanks to them.

Fantastic experience: I went into the Beckenham TUI branch looking for holiday inspirations. As always I found Vikki very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Vikki sent me through some details and prices. I had a couple of further questions and called the office. Vikki wasn't working that day but spoke to Chloe who was again very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. When I went into the store with my wife to book our holiday we were served by Hayley who had actually been to the hotel we were booking and sorted us out very professionally. Chloe had already researched two potential hotels in Croatia for us having been given a brief by my mum when she booked the appointment. Both matched our criteria which was a great start but then Chloe took the time to find the perfect set up for the rooms we wanted, cross referencing with other sites to get us the best deal and a great price.
