Fantastic experience: I recently popped into Tui to enquire about a family holiday for 2026. All the team were really friendly and Debbie was able to answer all the questions I had and gave lots of great advice as well about transfers and flights times etc. A much nicer experience than constant scrolling!!

As I walked in, I was greeted by a lovely gentleman named Ian, who provided me with excellent help to all of my questions while I was looking for flights to Turkey. Ian showed great attention to detail, and offered me multiple options around the dates I needed to fly over. This young man also provided a comfortable atmosphere while discussing the trip and even went on to show me areas that I could explore while I'm there and recommended me a few areas. I can't thank Ian enough for his help with the booking, and I can't wait to go!!

Fantastic experience: We went on holiday in Easter Half term and we used Ian. He was absolutely fantastic. We gave him the dates and told him our budget. The only thing we asked for was heat. He did all the rest. We went to an adults only all inclusive hotel. It was magical. He also booked our excursions and parking and everything on top. We had such a lovely time with no stress. If anyone is planning on using TUI, I’d highly recommend going through Ian at the Banbury branch. We also have another holiday booked through Ian coming up next week and we can’t wait!

Ever since I first stepped through the doors of the shop it was so welcoming and everyone was so polite and helpful it was like a breath of fresh air ! Her knowledge and expertises are outstanding she goes above and beyond for what you ask for, she wants you to have the best of everything for the cost affective price you are budgeting. We gave her the task of finding the perfect place, for us and our wedding guests to stay in, in Greece & she literally has been outstanding I couldn’t thank her enough for taking all the stress away & making everything hassle free. I will never book a holiday through anyone else tui has been outstanding!

Negative experience: Waited around 40 minutes to speak with someone for advice on a large family holiday, with complex requirements. We chatted for about 30 mins and they came up with a few suggestions and then promised to email across the quotes later that day, if not then the following day. 3 days later and I haven't heard anything so rang the store and the person I spoke to couldn't find any record of me on the system and suggested we start from scratch on the phone. So frustrating and what a waste of time.
