Fantastic experience: I went into Tui Port Talbot looking for my first ever adult holiday for my 40th birthday next year. Rhiannon was so friendly and welcoming, I didn’t feel any pressure to book she talked through different options but didn’t overwhelm me neither. I went home and looked over the information and went back the next morning. Rhiannon was so knowledgeable and helpful made me feel more excited about my first holiday, she explained everything in detail what my steps were to get ready for next year. Fantastic experience: Me and my great aunt decided to book a holiday and was looking for some comfort. I have mobility issues and my aunt is an older lady so we had quite a few extra requirements. After looking on the TUI website we gathered our information and went into the shop feeling slightly sorry for the member of staff that was going to have to sort though our various needs. I needn't have been worried, on entering the store, all the girls smiled and said hello. I was greeted by Jenn, she was very welcoming. My aunt was running a little late so she offered me a coffee, which was spot on and was in a mug, no plastic rubbish I proceeded to spell out my research and the needs both me and my aunt have. Jenn took it all in and was amazing. After my aunt arrived Jenn went through everything again. She was patient, kind and made sure we understood one thing before moving on, I never once felt rushed or stupid for asking a stupid question We were offered optional extras without a hard sell, and because of her knowledge and attention to detail we will definitely be going on at least one of the extra trips she showed us. She gave me an insurance quote quickly and efficiently and printed off the information we needed in duplicate. The whole process was flawless, as was Jenn. When we were done Jenn gave me a phone number to call if there were any issues. The next day I realised I had forgotten about assistance at the airport, which would be needed for both of us. So I rang the number. To my surprise, and relief, not only was it to the store in Port Talbot but Jenn answered the phone. After I explained, she was as helpful on the phone as she was in person and sorted it out. I haven't booked a holiday in a while, but this experience and the professionalism from Jenn in particular, but all the staff at Port Talbot TUI, and the fact they checked things so thoroughly including internet prices, would certainly make me more likely to book here again. If our holiday goes as smoothly as our experience with Jenn and Port Talbot TUI I cant wait. Have been usually booking with the App, however it’s much easier using the store especially if you have any issues (I did and it was a nightmare sorting it through the app) Was recently dealt with by Cody and she was great and sorted my queries out straightaway. Fantastic experience: My fiancée and I were a bit lost with getting the best deal for our honeymoon this year, and we popped into the TUI store in Port Talbot. We were attended to by Jennifer Clark who was very knowledgeable, super friendly and got us a brilliant deal away in Madeira for our honeymoon. As she has also been there herself, she gave us information about the island and we really appreciated her customer service. 10/10 We will definitely be using TUI for our next holiday booking!

Fantastic experience: We called into Tui Port Talbot and Jen was so helpful. We had booked hotel in Lake Garda and the hotel had road works being done so we had to change hotels. We had so much problems trying to sort out over phone to the call centre. So we decided to go to the shop in Port Talbot. Jen really put us at ease and she organised a change of hotel and the paperwork. She was so friendly and we were so grateful.

I was lucky enough to get through to your store and speak with the lovely Cody, who really couldn't have been more helpful. Absolutely brilliant customer service, making my booking change really painless. I needed to get price information and go away and speak to my friend before we could go ahead with the changes and Cody offered to call me back at a time that suited me. Fantastic experience: Booked a holiday to Texas, Hawaii, and LA. It was a hassle with three different hotels and 4 flights, but Kathryn was amazing and helps us with all of it. She was patient with us when we had to decide on what was best for us. She also gave us advice when we needed it.
