Fantastic experience: We went in to pay some money onto our holidays and Lisa and Holly was most welcoming. They all are amazing. But they are the two who dealt with us that day. They made us feel welcome offered us a drink and chatted and did everything they could to deal with our requests as we had a list of queries I feel like I know all of the staff in there. And feel like it’s home when I walk inside. Not a stranger. Would recommend this TUI office. Epic staff

Fantastic experience: My husband and I had a cruise appointment with Georgina at TUI, Hull King Edward. We have never been on a cruise and had loads of random questions. Georgina listened to everything and answered everything in loads of detail which gave us full confidence to go ahead and book our first cruise on board Marella Discovery 2 in 2026. I would highly recommend this TUI branch and Georgina. 10/10.

Fantastic experience: We’ve just booked our wedding, through the tui store in hull centre. We were looked after by Hannah, who did a fantastic job of finding us our dream wedding (and family holiday). She went through everything step by step and explained everything we need to do. We’ve secured our wedding and I feel like if we need any further support regarding the booking we can approach the staff in the store. We are so happy, everything went as planned when booking and we are happy with the deal Hannah managed to find us. Thank you for helping us book such a special occasion. Fantastic experience: We (somewhat) recently booked our holiday here with Holly and found her to be incredibly patient and helpful. I had lots of questions as it was our first time booking with our toddler and she put our minds at ease and even went as far to ring the airport hotel and make sure they'd have a travel cot for us. Fantastic experience: Hi there we were in TUI last Saturday 20 july 24 to book a holiday to Turkey for 10 ladies for next year. I must give The girl who looked after us Sophie 10 out of 10.she had the patience of a saint with us all .with questions When..Where..What date..How long ..what airport ? Negative experience: Hi all booked a holiday to Koz Agean bay hotel Greece with tui. We booked this hotel thinking it was a 4 star. This hotel is more like a 2star hotel. Me and my wife feel completely let down by tui selling us this holiday. The hotel was still in the process of getting renovated. The food and cleanliness of the hotel was shocking dirty table cloths dirty cups left all over. On arrival you get 1 bottle of water then you have to buy it. No water dispensers around. Rooms only get cleaned every now and then. Bar staff rude life guard drinking alcohol every day. Tui king edward have offed us no refund please do your research before booking a holiday here

Fantastic experience: We recently had our wedding in Punta Cana, that was booked through TUI King Edward Street last May. The wedding day was everything we had hoped for and more! There were a few issues along the way regarding the hotel, but all of the staff in store were always so professional, but also personal and understanding to any concerns I raised. Fantastic experience: Hannah was absolutely amazing from the moment we entered the travel agents we felt welcomed as we sat down we were offered refreshment's from both Hannah and the manager. Everyone was happy and smiling, this made us feel at ease. Hannah took the time to get to know us to find what we were looking for in a holiday after a great deal of conversation we found our perfect holiday to Cancun. We were originally going to book online but we had a few questions and thought it best to ask the pros. I am so glad we did go to store as every question we had Hannah could answer efficiently and on top of that we found the perfect excursion. Again through effective questioning Hannah did amazing. We found an employee named Holly - a very nice, helpful lady, with a lot of experience and interest, she told us about travel options for the date we chose. She is always willing to answer questions - we recommend her wholeheartedly

Fantastic experience: Always a pleasure going into the King Edward store to be met with the most wonderful staff and they have even better Coffee than Nero! Was dealing with Kayley who listened to my requirements and what I wanted and within the hour I had an email with different options for what I wanted. Excellent service from her and no pushy sales talk…just tried to get it right for me…and she did! Always use Tui and that’s why….spot on service and another holiday booked. Fantastic experience: 5 stars to the girls at the Hull branch. They have a kids area in the corner which was so helpful as I took my two little ones with me. We were all offered a drink instantly, my little ones were running all over the shop and they were just smiling at them. Which as a parent you can appreciate as you can often get the funny looks! We spoke to Emily and she was just lovely. We were making lots of phone calls trying to get other people on our booking whilst in the shop so putting off the booking and she was so patient with us, never dropped her smile and she genuinely seemed happy to be there. She went out of her way to get us the best deal on our holiday and even personally emailed the owner of our hotel to ask them to make it special for us as it’s for our wedding. Fantastic experience: Tommy has done it again! My friend was struggling to book a holiday via the Tui website and was spoken to rudely by someone in the contact centre. So I set up an appointment with Tommy who came to the rescue. Nothing is too much trouble for him and he’s always happy to help. He’s booked another trip for me this week too! He goes above and beyond to look after customers and fly the Tui flag. I hope this company value and appreciate him because he is nothing short of exceptional!

She also found us the perfect holiday in Ibiza too ! Fantastic experience: Popped in to 'order' our dollars but we were pleasantly surprised to hear we could have them there and then, we also needed a travel card set up. Dianne dealt with our transactions (remembered her from previous visits) as ever she was polite, friendly and professional during our visit. She carefully explained the exchange rates, how to set up the card via the app and methodically counted out the dollars in front of us (we asked for small denominations) she even joined in with our light-hearted banter and she seemed genuinely interested in us as a family and asked about our holiday and we felt "valued " as a customer rather than just a number. She made it a 'fun' experience rather than just a transaction. I'm also compelled to mention ALL staff are super friendly in there and can't do enough for you, we've never had a bad experience in the 20 years we've being using KE street. Keep up the good work and you're a credit to the company Dianne (thanks again!) x

Fantastic experience: Went in today to get our Euros for our holiday, we were looked after by Dianne on the exchange counter who was brilliant, told us exactly what we needed to do to activate our card. Unfortunately the passcode wasn't visible when we removed the tab. Went back to the store and Dianne and Georgina couldn't do enough to sort it. On went the computer and they went through it all until everything was activated. I'd like to apologise to them both as I was across the street in pontos and I should have brought a drink back for them both. Top customer service. Thank you. Alfie.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Tommy and his colleagues, for been so helpful and welcoming in store. I needed a Visa asap for our trip to Cuba, Tommy was fantastic, he viewed all channels as to the best way to get us a Visa. I left the shop, whilst Tommy kept on searching the best most economical way for us. You did not disappoint us Tommy, we got our Visa from Manchester airport for the sum of £50 each. Fantastic experience: We came to book our first family holiday and won’t lie both my husband and myself had no idea what we wanted and after looking online we decided one day to go into store and we’re met with Holly. Once sat down with her we could have been the only customers in the place because we didn’t feel rushed we didn’t feel like a number. Holly went above and beyond and made us feel like our holiday was the most important thing she would do that day. We had no clue what we wanted and after explaining our family situation (eldest daughter has autism both kids never flown) Holly came up with several suggestions that would meet our needs and gave us tonnes of information on each. She has such a great positive personality and had us laughing and joking, she also put no pressure on us when we asked for time to go through all the information and decide. Initially we were going to go home read it and go back a couple of days later but after a coffee and a browse through the information we decided to go back an hour later and book it with Holly because she is part of our holiday now. She is an asset to your store, nothing was too much trouble and the advice and understanding she gave me about flying, the holiday and getting the most out of it was absolutely brilliant. Tui offer some excellent deals but it’s staff like Holly that really sell the holiday experience. Cant wait for our trip! Holly we will be back to book with you again!

Fantastic experience: I visited this Tui store this morning to look at possibly booking a holiday for myself and sister. I was greeted by a member of staff on reception who was very welcoming and after a short wait a lady called Holly invited me to her desk to help me.
