Fantastic experience: I booked my Disneyland Paris holiday through TUI and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Lisa was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was perfect for us. Lisa went above and beyond by adding all the extra little bits that really made a difference and turned the trip into something special. She explained everything clearly, answered all our questions, and made the whole booking process completely stress-free. Thanks to her attention to detail and great customer service, we felt confident and excited about our holiday from the moment we booked. I would 100% recommend TUI to anyone looking to book a trip, and especially Lisa — she’s a real credit to the company!

Fantastic experience: We booked our family holiday (11 of us) with Vicky @Tui L/Spa. We were undecided on how many nights we wanted but this was no trouble and Vicky took the time to price up a few options for us. Although we were a large group it was booked quickly and details of flights etc explained clearly. Very impressed by the service we received, thank you very much for all the teams help.

Fantastic experience: TUI Leamington Spa were amazing with helping my husband and I book a trip away. We had to change plans a few times due to personal reasons and Emma was so helpful throughout. We ended up changing our 3 night Iceland trip to a 7 night all inclusive Lanzarote trip and it cost us less money. Amazing thanks again.

Fantastic experience: Katie b sorted our holiday out for us made it quick easy hassle free and you can tell she knows what she's doing were booked for the 25th of July 24 They offerd us to go back for any questions anytime before we leave we did this in store as online is the same price but your actually speaking to a human with advise and security as far as payment and making sure all is in order so we'll worth considering before booking online at home in my opinion

Lisa answered numerous queries without hesitation. It's many years since we have travelled abroad, so we needed all the current day help & support to ensure we we're getting the best possible deal that met our expectations. We were totally taken by surprise by the curtuios, friendly & professional guidance Lisa offered throughout our visit. Her knowledge was immense in all departments.The other staff members were also friendly & cheerful around the store, albeit it was a Saturday morning, very busy with customers utilising all available staff points within the store. Myself & my wife wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Leamington in-store branch for making a quality choice of holiday without hesitation. We will definitely be returning to select further holiday breaks now we're both in imminent retirement mode. Thanks once again to Lisa & the Leamington in-store team for putting a broad smile on our faces throughout our visit.

Made sure everyone in family fully understands and explains the holiday and key details . Even when we phoned been helpful and we cant fault single aspect. We booked trips also and been key to make sure we have an nice time away in cap vade. Also she was key to make sure we able to get visa sorted out . Fantastic experience: Came back from a lovely 8 day holiday in Portugal. Olivia was very attentive and found us the perfect hotel where the location was close enough to walk to numerous bars and restaurants if we wanted yet far enough for a peaceful holiday. Fantastic experience: TUI Holiday part 1 - I'm always wary of writing a review before the trip because I do not want to jinx it. So this is a part 1 to talk about my experience within the TUI store. The experience I had was a definite 5 stars, I spoke with Lisa who handled the process and her expertise and advise made the holiday booking experience pain free. When looking online I had so many questions and it made me think I'll go into store and speak to someone. It was the right decision. Lisa was able to answer all my silly questions, as well as spend the time to give me recommendations and thoughtful ideas. Overall I would really recommend going into store to book.

Fantastic experience: Recently booked a holiday with Lisa, she invited me into the shop a few mins early as it was pouring with rain! She understood what I was trying to do - to get the best possible price for our holiday and went out of her way to get it booked with her colleagues to save me hundreds of pounds which I could not have done booking online.
