Cheaper alternatives to the Disney Hotels with a range of budgets catered for, including flights, Eurostar etc. Felt it was easier to do a package rather than book it all separately and worked out around £5.00 less in the end.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to book for so long with magic breaks but my deposit was so high I couldn’t afford it. Until one day I got an email asking if I needed any help from magic breaks, they could see I’d been searching holidays, at first I thought is this a scam, but I emailed back and explained it was to high, the lady who helped me was called Cheryl and she was nothing short of fantastic she got my deposit down nearly three times cheaper! Allowing us to book our dream holiday for the kids. I’m so indecisive, but Cheryl was amazing, she checked every quote, date, hotel. I changed things. We’re now all booked up and honestly I can not thank her enough. She was just do down to earth to speak too! nothing was to much trouble. The lady I spoke to was extremely helpful, went through different ways of getting me the best deal. As I had to confirm with my husband, she gave me her email address and direct phone number to her. Positive experience: Last year everything went wrong with the booking lost our royal banquet booking bill was wrong very stressful but luckily it was all sorted before we went we decided to give magic breaks another chance for this year as we have booked with them 8 or 9 times before .Checked the booking after we booked and got 3 out of 7 birthdays wrong and the address wrong it was sorted out over the phone just hope this isn't a sign of things to come used to be much easier before the on line system upgrade

Fantastic experience: I had tried using a different company to book a family holiday to Disneyland Paris after 6 phone calls I was getting no where and was told different things. I then went onto Magic breaks website and used the chat with an expert option. Dawn was fantastic from the start and managed to get the trip sorted for us with no issues. Less than 24 hours later it was all booked. Would definitely recommend magic breaks when booking Disneyland Paris especially if a large party is going.

I can not tell you how easy Sue Tolley made it for us. She was amazing and found us the best package and price out there. I can not recommend Sue or MagicBreaks enough. Negative experience: I booked via Magic Breaks for a trip to Disney, they have subcontracted the travel to Gold Crest. I was under the impression that it would be a coach holiday, be aware all is not what it seems. You Coach 'holiday' might well start from a train or coach station in another town (in my case Dover Priory Train Station), in which case if someone happens beyond your control, neither Gold Crest or Magic Breaks will be willing to help! We were told a week before travel, what our travel arrangements are, in our case we were unfortunate enough to to have to catch 2 trains to Dover, first stop at Stratford Town, then the underground to Stratford International, then from Stratford International to Dover Priory. At the time of writing this we have come back from Paris, the coach (Gold Crest) left early, we got an early ferry and got dropped off at the train station at 1.30pm; unfortunately our train isn't until 5.48pm. It's worth noting that these tickets are Advance ones, and not open return, and this was not my choice; it was pre-decided by Gold Crest, contracted by Magic Breaks. Upon arrival to the train station, I called Gold Crest to see if they can move the times earlier, Gold Crest said no and it was in their T&Cs; which, to be fair, wasn't with me, as I didn't book their services. So I called Magic Breaks to see what they can do, which is nothing. So in short: Magic Breaks is happy to take your money, subcontract the travel, with a company of their choosing and aren't bothered to help you out. Gold Crest will only book you the cheapest travel they can and don't care if your stuck at a train station that doesn't have indoor seating; unless you can get through the turnstiles. So you have to hang around outside, in the cold November breeze, with a 4 year old and a 7 year old; waiting for 4 hours. If your thinking about booking with these companies, be warned; they'll take your money and the customer services won't help you! (or be able to help you!) I write this at 2pm, with another 3 1/2 hours to go...

Positive experience: Good communication on booking but we had to chase for travel times/documents. This booking was then passed to Gold Crest. We actually travelled with Hodgsons Coaches on a substandard coach. So many broken seats we were unable to sit together, no seat trays and a hot journey. Transfers to Eurodisney were once in the morning and 11.45pm so we used public buses. Hotel was nice. We had no rest stops or the advertised shopping stop on return journey, missed our ferry and barely made the connection - more communication would have been helpful.

Positive experience: Emails and queries answered with great alacrity and in a professional manner.

Fantastic experience: An update: We had a magical trip to Lapland, Finland. Booked with Trunsun, stayed at Davvi Lodge Hotel. Doc received 2 weeks before travel and all was greatly organised. So altogether 3 holidays booked with Magic breaks so far. Booked 2 holidays with them so far. Never needed to deal with them or their customer service in an emergency matter or to contact them urgent so cannot comment on that. Usually organice my own travel so only accommodation and park tickets through them. Happy so far and can recommend for sure. First time around we booked Disney hotel and day tickets and all was good. Second time around we booked Les Villages Nature bungalow. Documents received a week before travel and able to book activities through villages nature application. Both time easy and convenient way to pay online. So far so good. Have another future booking with them to Lapland that includes everything transport, transfer ect so will be able to comment on that at later date. And only can be paid over the phone

Fantastic experience: Booked with magic brakes before the pandemic and finally went to Disneyland Paris last year. Was a great holiday and put Florida to shame. This time I rang magic brakes for some advice and to get a price and the operator was so helpful, knowledgeable and genuine that she got me a great price that beat the price on Disneyland Paris website. Would always book with MB.

Fantastic experience: We have just booked our first holiday through magic breaks to Disney Land Paris. Anthony Vickers was our travel adviser, he was amazing! He was so helpful throughout our whole booking procedure, we have been to Disney land Paris a couple of times. However this time we are driving and Anthony guided us through every stage, he was very knowledgeable about it all. He has been to Disney a few times and this was clear as he again had great knowledge about Disneyland Paris, advising us on shops and other areas our children may enjoy. We cannot wait to go on our holiday and shall certainly be booking through magic breaks again :).

Fantastic experience: Booked with magic breaks (DLP) several times and chose to book with them again because in the past my holiday was cancelled on 2 occasions because of covid and had absolutely no problem being reimbursed (unlike other places) also the staff are extremely helpful and happy to answer any questions or respond promptly if they have to find out the answer, so happy to have just booked for Florida (1st timers) next April

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible service. You can't speak to anyone at customer service when there is a problem, they take all day to reply to an email. Documents are not sent when they are supposed to. The train was cancelled and they are supposed to let you know and re-arrange your journey, but the only way I knew was a direct message from Eurostar. Tried to get them to sort it and was once again stonewalled. All in all I have had a really terrible experience. I don not recommend using them. In response to Magic Tours Comment below: No, you did not contact me within 24hrs. I called and emailed multiple times requesting a callback or suggested fix to the cancellation and eventually had to ring another department (who would answer the phone) and ask to speak to a manager. They called through, on my behalf to their senior, and eventually, I received a callback. Even the person I spoke to said they had not picked up the message until the next morning. If I had not chased you I would still be waiting.

Fantastic experience: We Havent been as of yet but when i called Dawn sorted my hoilday out was really nice on the phone and as it was a surprise for my children she was very good talking code to me so they did not suspect what was going on

Positive experience: Our accommodations were nice and days at the park were brilliant however we were sent the wrong train tickets for our journey home and unfortunately we didn’t realise until it was to late. Now we are being told that the tickets we booked and also had confirmation for was a mistake (typo) as they stated and are not willing to do anything about this matter, I for one will not be using there service again and all the best for those who do. Also customer service take a day to return an email and live chat was only available during normal work hours what is very inconvenient when you need assistance.

Negative experience: whilst booking there was no trouble but aftercare is poor. you can't get through on the customer care number. i have tried two days from 9am until 6pm and still unable to get through.

We had to cancell due to Covid, 2 years ago and you moved the holiday forward , to last year. We were told that Disneyland Hotel, would be closed untill further notice, so you gave me a full refund, within hours. I have just booked again for August this year and once again you were so helpfull. Fantastic experience: I had originally tried booking a Disneyland Paris holiday through Disneyland official site. Twice they did not authenticate my credit card even though the bank had authorized it. Disneyland gave customer service number to ring, but there was first a message that there would be a 40 min wait and then next time I tried a 60 min wait. I nearly gave up on the whole idea and then googling found Magicbreak. Phoned, they answered within ten seconds, and I completed all the booking including Eurostar tickets very easily via the wonderful Dawn. Payments don't involve international transactions so no problems on that score (Visa algorithms had originally blocked direct payment to Disneyland Paris because it was international and a largish amount, though that was easily lifted through phone call to Barclaycard - then Disneyland wouldn't authenticate) Total cost didn't seem higher than Disneyline on line quote. Would definitely recommend Magicbreak for hassle free booking to Disneyland Paris, and would use them again! RM
