Fantastic experience: We visited the store looking for a trip to Mauritius for our honeymoon/wives 30th in November this year, even though we left things a little late Claire pulled out all the stops and was able to recommend a great hotel she had stayed in herself. Overall experience was seamless, friendly and professional. I will return to book future trips at this store.

Fantastic experience: I dealt with Claire, initially in store and then communicated by phone/email a number of times until we decided on our holiday. Claire helped us with links and quotes for parking too. Nothing was too much trouble and Claire was the friendliest person who I built an instant rapport with. Fully recommend Rushden Lakes Tui and Claire in particular (to add, I have dealt with other staff in the past and they are all super helpful!)

Fantastic experience: This week I have booked our all inclusive holiday with Tui. Anneka was amazing! We visited Tui a few times to look at our options and every time Anneka was really supportive to find the holiday that suited all of our needs. Anneka went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience.She made sure we had the best deal, free child place, listened to what type of holiday we were looking for and even added day trips to our package. The children were pleased to receive their booking passport, making the experience fun for them too. I would use tui again to book my next holiday! I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Have booked several holidays through TUI previously (online), but this is the first time we've booked through this branch in person. The agents we dealt with (Claire and Cait) were both fantastic; very knowledgeable, patient, receptive to our feedback, and went the extra mile to help customise some bits of our longer haul holiday. I was asked to talk to Ani by one of the staff members who said she knew everything there was to know about Disney and wow was I not disappointed. Fantastic experience: Although my wife and I had been on the TUI website searching for holidays, we decided to write the details of the hotels that we liked down and go into the store today for more information on each one. We sat down with a lady called Tracey who was more than helpful, Tracey took her time going through all of the hotels we had chosen, looking for the best price in our selected time span. We can not thank Tracey enough for her time, patience and making our decision an easy one (in the end).
