Fantastic experience: Visited the team valley store today we were warmly greeted and attended to as soon as we arrived, Julie was our assistant today and can’t praise her enough she was extremely helpful and attentive and we feel she went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you Julie we will definitely be back to book any future holidays and would highly recommend visiting this store.

Fantastic experience: We have booked with Tui on theTeam Valley several times but this was our first venture into the new store and we were not disappointed. It has a much warmer and welcoming feel as you enter which is backed up by the greetings from the staff. We were served by Alisha; cheerful, polite and very keen to get us the holiday we were looking for. We had found a very reasonable holiday with another company online and while Alisha tried her best to match it she couldn't quite mirror the price but the additional included baggage and transfers more than made up the shortfall. The booking itself took no time at all and Alisha made sure that it was exactly what we wanted. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Suzanne of TUI Gateshead Team Valley dealt with my complaint incredibly well. My flight had changed and I would be losing out. This was not something Suzanne could control, but she empathised and took it upon herself to resolve. Suzanne kept me updated over 2 days of what she was trying to do and would even call to advise there was no update, but she wanted to keep me in the loop. In future, rather than booking holidays online and it being transactional, I'll opt for booking with Suzanne and her team due to the personal touch and willingness to go above and beyond. Thank you!

I received outstanding customeer service from Liam who was knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond to mine and my party's needs. Fantastic experience: We were concerned because the holiday we are due to have wasn’t suitable for a person of limited mobility and vision so we visited the Team Valley Tui office to see if we could change to a more suitable hotel. We were assisted by a colleague called Julie who went above and beyond to help us she showed real empathy and understanding of our situation and managed to get us a suitable hotel supported by the welfare team the whole experience was exceptional well done Tui and sincere thanks to Julie

Fantastic experience: Visited the Gateshead Team Valley Superstore today as we had been unable to book a Disney 2025 holiday, due to technical issues with TUI's website. Natalia was excellent. Because of the website issue, she had received video training on how to use a back up system to book Disney holidays. We wanted to check multiple things to help us to make a decision on where to stay and she navigated the system with ease. Very professional and customer service focused. Thank you Natalia, we really appreciated your help getting this booked for us.

Fantastic experience: I booked our holiday with Suzanne over the phone. She was absolutley amazing and helped us find everything we could need for our P&O cruise. She recommended we add on a drinks package so we didn't have to worry about a huge bill at the end of the holiday - something I'd not thought about! The customer service that we received was excellent and second to none. Natalia was so well informed; covered everything that we needed to know. She offered a number of destinations that met our requirements. The customer focus went beyond our expectations. It was outstanding. The whole booking process was made stress free by her expertise and by listening to our needs. This was something that we really appreciated. We will certainly be returning to book future holidays. Fantastic experience: We have just booked our holiday at the Team Valley Tui & where we were looked after by a girl called Angela who was so helpful and made the process so easy. So much so we have done something we have never done before & booked the same location & hotel as we had this year based on Angela’s recommendation. Fantastic experience: After recently having booked a holiday to Skiathos flying from Newcastle which obviously wasn’t looking like it was going ahead because of the recent storms over there, we decided to see if we could change it to another destination. On the day of our due flight (which had been cancelled) we went to the Tui store on Team Valley and we were greeted by Angela who then proceeded to change our holiday to Kefalonia flying from Manchester, after taking time to search for every alternative. Angela also booked our overnight stay down there and parking for the week. I have to say the girls in the store are a credit to Tui and we much appreciated their help.

Fantastic experience: My husband and i have just been to book our very first cruise. We were seen by a lovely lady called Angela. We told her about the ship we had been looking at and she had been on the ship herself so she was very informative giving us lots of tips. I explained that i was a bit nervous about doing a cruise and she put my mind at rest and advised that we should look at a cabin in the middle of the ship. She gave us lots of information about our ports of call and told us about booking excursions either in advance or when we get on board. We were both really happy with everything and we booked up. Angela was brilliant and we will definitely be booking future holidays with her.

Fantastic experience: I have used TUI team valley for many years now and had my 1 st appointment with Mel who I must say was excellent. Mel kept trying to find the correct holiday for my wife and I and wouldn’t give up until she found, which she did, so roll on the 29 th June for cypress and top marks Mel ⭐️
