Fantastic experience: Excellent Umrah Experience provided by Eagle Travels Coventry My family and I recently ( April 2025 ) performed Umrah with the help of Sister Hafsa of Eagle Travel, and I’m very pleased with the overall experience. From start to finish, they were professional, organized, and attentive to every detail. Visa & Documentation: The visa process was handled smoothly and efficiently. They kept me informed at each step and ensured everything was ready on time. Flights & Transfers: Flights were well-coordinated, and airport transfers in Saudi Arabia were punctual and comfortable. Accommodation: The hotels provided in both Makkah and Madinah were clean, comfortable, and located conveniently close to the Haram, making our daily visits very easy. Customer Service: Communication before and during the trip was excellent. Any concerns we had were quickly addressed. Overall: I highly recommend Eagle Travel for anyone planning to perform Umrah. They made a potentially stressful journey smooth and spiritually enriching.

She explained how Qatar was, places to visit, and gave many tips, even though the travel agent closes at 6:30pm, she would be available after hours and easy to communicate with. Started with my parents back in the 1970’s, who simply purchased tickets for air travel, but i myself started using their personal travel services for family holidays. Hafsa our personal contact has always been amazing and knows exactly what we want in respect of hotels and resorts, managing our needs through presenting a range of choices based on our expectations of quality and affordability. Recently we needed a hotel in Dubai near our daughter’s apartment. Hafsa presented a range of hotels and prices following a chat on our realistic expectations and our job was done. Eagle Travel has been effective and perfect everytime. Amazing service, value for money and spot on. Believe me I can and have tried to find deals myself, but experience has shown me that it is best and less stressful to call Hafsa using her skills and experience to find the best deal for us.

Positive experience: Confirmed with me but did not book my vegetarian meal. Had issues on my way abroad but luckily the staff was nice and arranged it for me and sorted out for my way back. I was quite disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Ok let me start by saying if your looking to see whether you should be booking via Eagle Travels then YES go right ahead. I shopped around long and hard trying to find the perfect package to Pakistan and Dubai and of course at a competitive price. After searching the web and several companies I decided to give Eagle Travels a call who directed me to a lady named Hafsa. Hafsa went far and beyond and came back to me with the perfect package and most importantly the price. Due to it being a multiple booking some issues arrised from our end and it was so reassuring they way she went about her business, at no point did her customer service drop and she showed her experience in the field was exceptional and deals with her customers to the best of her ability. Well this review is a little delayed as I have been and have returned in April but will be submitting a further review in the coming months as I have booked up a further family holiday to Antalya with Eagle Travels due to the 1st class service 10/10.
