Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere
Fantastic experience: I have booked so far 2 holiday for my clients with JTA all have gone smoothly and to plan. I'm about to book my third tomorrow. Staff are friendly and any last minute changes are dealt with efficiently. I always use trip advisor before recommending hotels to my clients so I make sure the reviews and location is perfect before quoting a price. I can't fault the customer service every time I call for a quote on behalf of my clients the staff and professional and knowledgeable.
Negative experience: Total scam! Do not go near them! Took money from my credit card after telling me they had cancelled my transaction and could not get me flight tickets. AVOID!!
Negative experience: This company is a rip off . Camberly travel used them for our honey they booked a hotel that was only fit for over 65s. Dilapidated rundown and awful. I will post pictures so you know. They lie to camberly travel that we checked out but pictures show we are still there. Just as they dis not want to move us unless we paid more. There were guests on the same flight who paid over £600 less for the same duration . Dirty cutlery , broken glass and my husband cut his lip, unwashed cups food is disgusting, no real tropical fruite drinks out of cartons. Rip off on prices for excursions changes from 2000 ,7000 , 7500 rupees in a matter of 5 mins. Hairs in the shower water leaks every where. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD COMPANY . HERE IS THE EVIDENCE .
Hello Jitendra! This complaint is with our relevant department and we are sure that it will be resolved to a satisfactory level for both parties.
Negative experience: We booked a 2 night stay in New York back in early November 2022, followed by a cruise through our local travel agents, who used JTA. Firstly the taxi wasn’t there to collect us as promised from the airport when we arrived at JFK, we waited around 2 hours. Then when we eventually got to the hotel JTA had arranged for us it was disgusting. Dirty, run down and definitely not a boutique hotel as we were lead to believe. We walked out and booked into the Hilton. With only being in New York for 2 nights, the first night was completely ruined, the whole night taken up trying to firstly get to the hotel and then change. We complained by email immediately, and have now been waiting almost 5 months for JTA to compensate us. The Hilton cost us $1000 of our own money. They have asked us over and over for the same information, which we have given. Even asked for my phone records to prove what time I was ringing the taxi company up. Absolutely disgraceful treatment, we still await our refund. So JTA, sort it out.

Negative experience: My father booked a flight to the Caribbean through JTA travel. We wanted to change our return date, we’ve been contacted the lady who has been “helping” us. She blatantly doesn’t reply to us we can see that she has opened our messages. She also blocked me for asking her her the price by the way her daughter is related to me. Her daughter got her return date changed and the price was nowhere near as high as mine. So when I questioned her she ignored me. When I questioned her behaviour she blocked me. Her named is Julie wood I think. She’ll tell my dad she’ll check and get back to us but she doesn’t and we have to keep pestering her. So I’ve advised my father to never go through jta again because this behaviour is arrogant, disrespectful and unprofessional.
Negative experience: We booked a villa in Turkey in July for a family holiday. We arrived to find the villa was dirty with broken, dangerous fittings in the bathrooms and cigarette burns on the furniture. We booked ourselves into a hotel for two nights while JTA found a replacement villa (which was much nicer). As a result we are hundreds of pounds out of pocket and - five weeks later - still waiting to hear from JTA about a refund and compensation for the disruption. JTA staff did well to get a replacement villa, but the company let us down. They failed to do basic quality checks on their villa and have terrible customer service in response to a complaint.
Negative experience: No refund yet stalling keeping people waiting 3 or more months
Negative experience: I booked a trip to Paris with love holidays that was cancelled due to coronavirus. My future payments were stopped and any hotel and transfer money was refunded quickly but i still haven't received my flight refund, after the time period I was told I would receive it in. I contacted Air France and was told that JTA dealt with my booking and had my money. I had been unaware a 3rd party had been used for my booking but i contacted love holidays and they confirmed this was true. Love Holidays have provided me with conformation of their request for a refund, but haven't had any response from JTA so have tried to contact them again whilst I was on the phone to a Love Holidays operator. I rang JTA myself and spoke to an extremely rude woman who didn't have a clue what she was talking about. At first my booking had nothing to do with them and they couldn't talk to me, then the airline must of been lying, then love holidays must of been lying, then she finally admits that they do take the flight payment from love holidays and invoice them before telling me love holidays must of sent the refund request wrong and to ask them to do it again even though I know they have already requested it twice. When I asked her why every review of JTA states that the company is a scam and that no customers have received their refund she stated she didn't know anything about any bad reviews and it must of been love holidays fault. The entire company is a scam, do not book with them and please check if you're booking through love holidays that they aren't using them again, they will steal your money.
Negative experience: British Airways have confirmed that they have issued a full refund to JTA for the flights, but JTA will not respond to me directly other than telling me i have to liaise with Love Holidays, who tell me that they can't do anything until JTA pay them. This is ridiculous and as far as i am concerned you are holding money that you have no right keep. Disgraceful behaviour, not far from theft as far as i am concerned.
Negative experience: We were supposed to be flying to New York on 2nd July. We booked through love holidays not knowing they used JTA to book flights with. Due to COVID the flight was obviously cancelled and we received the refund for the hotel from love holidays in July however we are still waiting for the flight refund and love holidays said they are having difficulties getting hold of JTA. This is absolutely disgusting as I know they have received the refund from British Airways. These people should be going to prison. This is theft in its highest form. Taking advantage of what already is putting people into such financial distress.

Negative experience: Flight booked through their subsidiary FriendzTravel. Itinerary changed many times resulting in cancellation. Told to wait up to 16 weeks for a refund. Took them to County Court, needless to say they did not respond. Today I have entered a CCJ against them. I shall continue pursuing this and if necessary commence action to liquidate the business. PLEASE STEER AWAY FROM THIS "BUSINESS".
Negative experience: I was due to fly to Disney and my flight was cancelled the end of April. United Airlines have told me personally that they have refunded my flights to this company but LoveHolidays cannot pay my refund out as they are still waiting for it from JTA this was over 15 weeks ago
Negative experience: Not impressed with this travel group. They had put us up in an awful rundown, dirty, unsafe and unsuitable hotel for any disabled wheelchair bound person to get into the room that had a high step. The booking agent was fully aware about the disability. Very disappointed!!!
Negative experience: I booked a trip to New York for our 10th wedding anniversary 21st March, we booked through love holidays and they used this company to organise our flights. Due to the situation with Covid our trip was cancelled. Love holidays refunded our hotels and transfers very quickly. As our flight was with Virgin we tried to liaise with them but it was proving difficult - as at the time we didn’t realise that love holidays used JTA as the middle man- it wasn’t until recently that we were informed that JTA are holding peoples refunds and blaming everyone else!! I decided to do a bit of investigating and found that in fact Virgin HAD refunded our flights to JTA and also had confirmation from love holidays to say the same thing!! When speaking with JTA they still insist on blaming everyone else and make out they don’t have our money. What an utter lie!! I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone....
Negative experience: booked a holiday package with love holidays that was cancelled due to covid on March 26th,flights were organised with jta by love holidays and jta have been sat on my flight refund since then pegasus air line refunded flight money to jta in the beginning of April yet jta have not refunded my flights to LH after nearly 5 months this company is breaking the law under the link travel arrangements 2018 and refuse to speak to me about my refund shocking company with zero regards for their customers that must be sat on 10's of thousands of pounds of customers money will never use them or book a holiday where they are flight agents and will be starting a legal case against them,beware of this company!!!!

Negative experience: These crooks got my flight refund on the 17th July and have kept the money. They have not refunded it back to my travel agent and my travel agent said they are having nothing but problems with them as they are not passing refunds on. Please don’t book with these crooks. They’ve shut their Facebook down and switched their phones off. Disgusting. See you in court
