Fantastic experience: I went into store this morning and dealt with a lovely lady called Charlotte. Charlotte was very helpful regarding booking my holiday. Charlotte made the experience was easy and was very helpful. She dealt with all our queries. Fantastic experience: Claire booked our holiday to Cape Verde. She recommended us some gorgeous hotels, and was extremely knowledgable on the facilities, location and amenities of each. We went with one (it was hard to pick) and absolutely loved our stay and trip. Claire managed to find us a good deal, and we couldn’t have asked for more from her service. She is extremely friendly and approachable, energetic and clearly has a passion for her job! She’s brilliant and we will be booking all of our future holidays with her. Fantastic experience: I've just got back from a week in Barbados, staying at infinity on the beach hotel in St Lawrence Gap. The hotel is direct on Dover Beach, perfect location to sit at their beach bar and watch sunset with a rum punch. Happy hour twice a day & manager cocktails once a week. We were their during independence day, they had live music,singer & the drinks flowing. The food at the restaurant very good you must try the breakfasts very filling. The rooms are basic a bit dated but spotless clean. They have rooms overlooking the beach- what a view!! We had 2 beds air con, living area, fridge, tea/coffee making facilities microwave balcony. they were everything you could want and more. I booked my holiday with Claire, she was very informative explaining everything I needed to know beforehand about the country & resort, places to visit forms to fill in, etc. I felt confident travelling with this knowledge and I would not hesitate to book a holiday with her again.

Fantastic experience: I have booked a number of my family holidays at the TUI Solihull branch and I have always experienced a fantastic customer service. more recently I booked my summer holiday for August 2023 to Majorca / Santa Ponsa in the Solihull branch, and once again I was so pleased with the outstanding service I received. Especially one member of staff that I would like to thank massively , the staff member is Claire as she was so helpful with choosing the hotel and resort that I wanted to book for myself and my family. Claire's knowledge and experience made the experience so much easier to book my holiday. I believe Claire's surname is Burroughs. Fantastic experience: I cannot praise solihull enough, technology and my anxiety do not go together, so when the girls said they would help me they went above and beyond. A big shout out to Charlotte who helped me through every stage of my forms I can't thank her enough. If I could give more stars I would .oh and I'm looking forward to an Asia cruise next year.

Fantastic experience: I have just returned from a fantastic week holiday in Barbados. I stayed at the Infinity On The Beach at St Lawrence Gap. The hotel was a bit more dated than modern, but true Barbados style and ideal for six ladies. We had three rooms which each had two bedrooms, with double comfortable beds. The hotel had everything we needed including a fridge, microwave, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. The hotel and pool were spotless. We enjoyed joining in the aqua aerobics with the local ladies who made us feel so welcome. We ate breakfast in the hotel a couple of days which was lovely and enjoyed the live band on Independence day. The hotel is situated on Dover beach which was amazing. There are lots of bars and restaurants in St Lawrence Gap which we frequently visited. I booked my vacation with the lovely Claire. Claire is so knowledgeable and amazing how she researches everything we need to know prior to our vacation including excursions, weather, everything you need to know. Claire made me feel reassured I was making the best decision in terms of location and hotel, she stuck to my budget and found me something perfect. I can’t thank her enough and I wouldn’t book with anyone else.

Fantastic experience: We visited TUI Solihull today, he were having to amend our booking, we had no luck online or on the phone so we went into store. Sarah and Ellie helped us amend our holiday with no trouble. They sorted it out and have taken a lot of stress off our shoulders. We are very appreciative of their expertise amd kindness. You simply have people to hand who can help. Online you never speak to the same person twice should you have a problem .Booked my last 4 holidays in store and it was price matched to online prices. Fantastic experience: My daughter booked a holiday with Claire travelling in July, 2023, it was a large group booking and Claire was extremely helpful. As a family we have just returned from an absolutely fantastic Marella cruise. Didn’t actually book in the store, however I went into my local Solihull branch pre departure as I had several queries. Claire was extremely helpful once again, she efficiently logged into my booking and answered all my queries and printed off my luggage labels for me. I was also worried about Borderforce strikes at the airport but Claire looked into this for me and sent me the latest information from Bhx airport, reassuring me . She certainly went the extra mile in terms of customer service as even offered to phone the kennels for us whilst we were away to check on our dog ! I will definitely book my next Tui holiday with Claire in the Solihull store.

Fantastic experience: We booked our first cruise with Tui Solihull where we found Claire to be most helpful and very informative. Claire advised us on which cabin would best suit our needs and was very knowledgeable about all the cruise itineraries, so satisfying and reassuring having everything taken care of, this is the beauty of actually visiting a TUI shop rather than booking online. Nothing was too much trouble for Claire who personally delivered our E tickets to our house!! Excellent service throughout, thank you!!

Fantastic experience: We have recently booked a holiday with TUI in store with a lovely lady called Claire who was so friendly and so very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and she took time to explain everything to us. We had two children with us and I was worried taking them in to sit through the booking but Claire was great with them and she had them in stitches. I thoroughly recommend TUI Solihull and Claire who made it perfect.

Fantastic experience: Recently booked a family holiday (party of 14) to Morocco with Ellie who was very knowledgeable of the hotel and trips we had in mind. Fantastic experience: Booked our holiday to Benidorm in June with Katie on the 13th of January. We found her service delightful and made our booking journey so simple! I'm a nervous flyer so wasn't looking forward to boarding the plane, however, Katie went above and beyond and selected our seats for us near the front, advised of the flight duration, she was fabulous from start to finish. The other girls in the store are also polite and friendly, we definitely will be booking again in the shop!

Fantastic experience: Just returned from a Marella carribean cruise for Xmas and NY..I didn't book it directly with Claire in store but with her colleague. Claire sorted out some last minute check in hitches and all got sorted efficiently highly recommend Claire and her team at Solihull .
