Fantastic experience: I've been meaning to leave a review for ages, but keep forgetting. Nicola arranged a holiday to Cuba for me and my partner. Despite the airline losing my luggage, Nicola was always on hand, and has been since too. She makes everything easy for you. I am well aware that a review has just been left which is simply mind blowing. I've always recieved prompt responses, even outside of her business hours most times. I wouldn't hesitate to use her again for my future holidays. My recommendation would be to completely ignore the troll who recently left a review.
