Negative experience: Would give a zero if I could Absolutely Nonsense don’t even know what his doing quick enough to take payment after loses interest and don’t responsed said itl be done in 2 weeks it’s almost been 6 months and still don’t know what’s happening and where the application has got to he has no answers Very disappointing Really let’s you down Avoid this agent not reliable

Fantastic experience: I’m not one to leave a review but I feel an amazing company such as Mufti travels deserves recognition and I would like to help people that are as careful/sceptical as I am. Mufti travel was my last resort when I was looking for a reliable travel agent that could offer me a 5 star umrah package at the last minute. I was very sceptical but me and my husband were reassured by Mr Mufti at their office and not offered an unrealistic deal over the phone. With in 2 days our visas were ready and 5 days later we started our beautiful journey to Makkah Masha’Allah. We had an amazing journey, with private transport to the hotel. We were offered group support throughout our visit and completed ziyarats in Makkah and Madinah. The hotels were high quality as promised and only a 5 minute walk to haram. When we did have any concerns they were managed instantly and the team were only a phone call away for any advice. This was the second time me and my son went to Makkah but our previous experience was definitely not this smooth and comfortable. Going with this company allowed us to prioritise our abadath over everything. It allowed us to spend most of our time in haram rather than walking to and from. The group leaders were always available and gave the best advice. More importantly Mr Mehboob Mufti Saab made sure we had the best service throughout our journey, allowing us to have the most beautiful umrah experience ever Masha’Allah. Therefore, if you are looking for an organised 5star package I would definitely recommend Mufti travels. Especially if like me, you plan everything at the last minute. I will definitely be using mufti travels for any future umrah/Hajj trips Insha’Allah. Thank you Mufti travel for supporting our umrah journey. Jazakh Allah Khair.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional just ignore you when your waiting to be served or keep talking on the phone then ask you the same question again and again. It’s the UK NOT PAKISTAN!

Fantastic experience: The staff are polite and pleasant. We have used the cargo service and they said it will reach within 6-8 weeks and it reached our relatives in 6 weeks the one time and 7 weeks the second time. We have not had any problems Alhumdullilah I have found the staff to be honest, reliable and professional.

Negative experience: Blocking road and loading vehicle during rush hour.

Negative experience: Applied for a pakistani nadra card here paid for 2 weeks service and it has been 6 weeks. They still wont give an answer to where it is, when it will come. They took the money saying shouldnt be any delays but obviously lied. Keep telling us to come back but wont actually get the problem sorted. Didnt think they could b so bad. Wont even give money back so we can apply elsewhere. Even now no idea on when it will come or whats going to happen. Dont use this service. Quick on charging extra for 'fasttrack service'. He was also like pay 75 by card and 20 seperate probably his fees.
