Negative experience: I approached this company looking for a visa application help.The agent then rushed me into buying a ticket telling me he would apply for my visa soon after. He then failed to get the visa and now he won’t return my flight ticket money. Terrible business and some of the people o spoke to were rude.

Negative experience: Stay away from these guys they are bad news .If you need peace of mind don’t use Sufi Travel . They can even issue you fake air tickets. They don’t have customer care.

Negative experience: The customer service is poor. My wife was spoken to harshly and informed they are very successful and if she wants to buy a ticket she can, or go elsewhere. I believe a customer has the right to clarify and confirm dates but this seemed to offend the "customer service" person. Not sure what's going on at this company but I'll never call them again. Just reading the other reviews now. Seems they are known for being rude to their customers. So, I called Pak Travels and they were fantastic, courteous and helpful.

Negative experience: Don’t buy tickets from them. They are very unprofessional and rude. I called them for finding out about the flights. The person I talked to was very loud and when I asked why is he being rude to me he started shouting that “if you want to buy a ticket then buy and if you don’t then don’t . I don’t care and I sm not rude to anyone . Allah gives us money and we have very good sale” .I wasted my 10 minutes talking to that guy. SUFI travels , train your staff and teach them how to be professional to ladies.

Negative experience: Bloody ripoff scammers stay away !!! charged me £150 for changing a booking when it clearly says free of charge on airline service

Negative experience: Save yourself the trouble, my wife phoned about tickets and the guy was unbelievable rude they have no manners at all no professionalism no etiquette I’m surprised they are still in business. Save yourself and find cheaper tickets yourself these guys only care if you are family and will scam people who are not

Negative experience: Would give this company a zero if i could. Made the mistake of getting in touch with them ONCE regarding a quote i seen. They haven't stopped calling me since the last two years asking if i plan on flying out despite CONSTANTLY REQUESTING THEM TO STOP. Absolutely appalled at the customer service Im receiving. I’m starting to feel harassed by the employees of this company and debating on whether its worth me driving down to the office to physically watch them take my name and number off their records. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CONSTANTLY HARASSED BY THEM. Cold calling at its finest.

Negative experience: We have been with Sufi Travel for the last 40 years, we have never had bad experience until now with Zafar. His father was a true gentleman with customers and now his father has passed and sufi Travel is now owned by zafar. Zafar provides terrible service to the customers. Zafar only has his eyes on making money from the customer, once the money is in his pocket he does not care about the customer and any problems the customer may be having. Previously I never knew his true colours until now, over 9 months ago I asked him to refund a Pia ticket he assured me that he had applied for the refund. I have been ringing him ever since to check on the progress, I have recently contacted the Pia karachi team to see how far along my refund was, they told me that no one had applied for a refund and they advised me to speak to the agent who had sold me the ticket. Today I rang Zafar who was extremely rude and would not listen to my enquiry, he was shouting and swearing at me and refused to give me a refund. I had asked him for the refund 9 months ago and he had agreed to give the refund, why is he now aggressively refusing to give the refund. DISGRACEFUL.

Fantastic experience: Good service. Dont get put of when they answer phone the agent voice sounds as he not interested but he provides a great service and fully trust worthy.

Positive experience: It was noisy and i could hear people fro. Upper floor moving and walking. Even they don't give you water you have buy water bottle from the vending machine.

Negative experience: Rang to find out prices for Pakistan tickets literally just now.. I asked prices and he didn’t even respond. I thought the phone cut off so I said hello? And he was like what? I’m checking. Said okay, waited, asked for flexibility and it was all sharp ‘no’s & then I said ok thank you and he put down the phone so rudely. Will not be ringing ever again, you’ve lost my business.

Negative experience: Very disappointed, peter took 2 bookingsfrom me in may. Was told to leave a deposit and pay before trip. Now flights have gone through the roof. How stupid was i. I have let my family down. So upset. Read the t&c's dont listen to man on the phone.
