Fantastic experience: Westoe organised a package deal to include first class trains to and from London, 5 star hotel, Admission to the Tower of London as well as a surprise 24 hr pass for City Cruises, it was for 90th birthday so we wanted it to be special and it was :-) they organised everything for us, even let us choose the train times and it ran so smoothly it was fantastic as everything was there in the wallet Westoe provided we just had to turn up. They were extremely helpful and organised, responding to any queries very quickly. Would definitely use them again, thank you Westoe ❤️

Fantastic experience: We have just come home from a great trip to London. It was a very easy straight forward booking with westoe travel. I emailed them my dates ( 4 weeks notice) and they replied within 24hrs with my options and then I called and made the booking and paid over the phone. I wouldn't book a london trip with anyone else. Last year we did the same and had a lovely shock when we came to go home and we were 1st class seats. The hotel was the Royal national both times. Perfect location we didn't really spend much time in it but round the corner to the tube or walking distance to King's Cross and Covent garden.

Fantastic experience: I'm about to go on our first ever family cruise , before going to Westoe travel I looked at Tui , Dawson and Hayes, Westoe came out on top . It came down to the tentative personal care you feel , I'm a sceptic by nature , I've worked in the service industry for over 40 years and can be a very difficult customer, as I expect the best , we booked back in February and yesterday had a hard time using the cruises app when booking excursions, went to westoe travel spoke to Alice, and not only did she solve the problem immediately, she gave us brilliant advice on what to do and which excursions are best value for money, totally went above and beyond and TOTALLY changed me from being a sceptic to totally relaxed. Bravo Alice I'll let you all know how the cruise goes ,and if the cruise company change my scepticism..WATCH THIS SPACE

Fantastic experience: Never been disappointed wouldn't use anyone else

Negative experience: Went to Wembley for the match and were stopping at Watford Hotel. were did they drop us off hotel at Watford no Kensington London right outside Dorchester hotel. Nothing to do but get taxis to trafalgar Square costing money there and back. Then back on bus and spent over 2 hours getting to where we should have been in the first place .

Fantastic experience: We recently booked our flights with this branch of Westoe travel, a small family run travel shop. Never having been in here before I was pleasantly surprised. The office is very small but Grahame had a very good knowledge of our Australian destination and is very pleasant to deal with. I would definitely book here again, and particularly with Grahame as he really did his best for us.

Have had a fabulous time. Walked miles and seen much more than we would have done if we had used public transport. This trip was excellent value for money and would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I wanted to go to New Zealand. We had never been there before. We first of all spoke to Graeme, who asked that we decide what we wanted to see. We then called into Westoe Travel, where Graeme spent a good hour going through tourist spots. Without his knowledge we would have come unstuck. We chose accommodation and trips through the company Anzcro. Prior to departure, we were given a book of vouchers, which we used for car hire, hotels, trips etc. We had transfers attending on time, all hotels were expecting us, everything went like clockwork. Graeme recommended Doubtful Sound, over the popular Milford Sound. We did a fantastic 24 hour trip, staying over night on a 75 passenger cruise ship, which was awesome. A “Top Tip” is to ensure you pre-book all your trips. People were turning up, for example, whale watching, to find the trip was fully booked.
