Negative experience: They rely on PayPal for all payments, not just the for the "PayPal" method, but also for processing card payments in the normal way. This is stupid, because if there's a problem with PayPal you can't pay! The opposite of "stress free"... unless you find an endless loop of "select the squares with bridges, then with bicycles, then with buses, etc, etc", or approving payment in your bank's app only for the payment not to be taken, to be "stress free". A time wasting, unpleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: Stress Free Visas is a catchy name and also an appropriate one! The Russian visa process asks some rather odd questions, and SFV helped me answer them correctly. But mostly what I got from SFV was the "Invitation Letter." Getting one of these makes a difficult process simple, and their ￡4.95 visa guide showed me how to use the info from the Invitation Letter correctly the fill out the visa document properly. I actually started my visa process at a Russian visa centre in Mumbai, but they told me to get an Invitation Letter elsewhere. I got it from SFV. Thank you, Stress Free Visas!

I thought how can I do this as seamlessly as possible to ensure all my paperwork is correct? I would recommend StressfreeVisas to undertake this work. Fantastic experience: It appears that there may have been a discrepancy at the application centre, which resulted in my application being refused. So I had to recomplete it. However, as per their policy Stressfreevisas have refunded the fee for my inconvenience, which is indeed a true reflection of their professionalism. I would use their services again.

When crossing the Russian border however, the border control officer asked me for the original document of the Russian Visa Voucher, which should not be the case in general because I received the Visa Voucher online via email. So suggestion would be that there would be even less stress for the costumers if there is a good communication between SFV and border control officers regarding the documents issued and their validity :)

Fantastic experience: Prompt, efficient and reliable service - simply excellent.

Negative experience: Not stress free. One little mistake, admittedly on our part, and they won't fix it. I noticed the error as soon as they sent us the letter, flagged it immediately to them over email, waited a few days, followed up, finally called, and learned I'd have to pay all over again. On top of that, the person who answered the phone was rude and unsympathetic. Easy enough if you don't make any mistakes. But if you're human and write one date wrong, it's the opposite of stress free.

Negative experience: Not stress free. Ordered a double entry and was initially issued a single entry LoI. Simple process but unfortunately not a great experience for me.
