Lee at GoLearnTo went above and beyond in helping me search for a suitable holiday (surfing/yoga), taking into account the difficulties I was having sourcing suitable flights and working around my restricted vacation time. She also suggested creative alternatives to the plan I'd originally come up with, and I look forward to booking with these guys in the near future, having had a great experience on one of their surfing holidays in Lanzarote a few years previous.

Negative experience: WORST TRAVEL AGENCY EVER!! DO NOT TRUST THIS AGENCY!! They have taken over $2300 from a booking I made THREE MONTHS ago, I am ONE WEEK away from commencing a language class with GoLearnTo and have NOT been given ANY information about my accommodation or my class!!

Negative experience: So disappointed that GoLearnTo somehow tried to book my extra nights as a double package. They presumed I would want to do a mosaic course twice, back to back within a 5 day stay. Apparently the extra nights at £40 per night were not offered to me because that price was for B&B only and therefore no other food would be available on-site, a bit tricky when the location is in rural Spain!! Thank you for the response below, no-one asked me about transport during my stay, it was myself that mentioned it when I queried the 'double package', and you suggested a bicycle or walk as an option to get food if booked on B&B only! The most important point is that my OPTIONS were NOT communicated to me at any time up to and including the booking process which is why I was so surprised to be 'packaged up' twice and felt so let down by yourselves. As you know I had even booked flights and was ready to go!! I sincerely hope you communicated with the hosts of the mosaic holiday to explain what had happened as I requested you to do.

Fantastic experience: Photography Holiday 2nd - 9th Sept 2017 This was a really great holiday. Don McRae was a first class tutor who provided a week of well structured photography tuition. Classroom and practical elements were very well balanced and allowed me to see a delightful area of France as an added bonus! I was met at the airport and returned to the airport at the end of my holiday, very important to a single lady traveller. My accommodation was delightful, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Meals were cooked by Don's wife Trish, a lovely hostess who provided lovely meals and company. This was my first venture away from the conventional package holiday and it won't be the last! For keen photographers, I highly recommend. Marian Cullen
