We had an amazing time and experience thanks to especially the two tour guides that were allocated to us during our stay in both cities, Makkah & Madinah. Negative experience: BUNCH OF IDIOTS!!! Booked flights for my elderly parents and brother and these idiots booked their tickets all separately, which resulted in them all being seated separately and my mother ended up having a panic attack. BUNCH OF IDIOTS!!! Will get an earful on Monday morning!!!! Response: You clowns made 3 separate booking for all 3 passengers even though I made the booking altogether, hence why they didn’t prioritise my booking and placed them wherever, this was something simple and easy from your end, you guys are very unprofessional

Negative experience: I bought tickets from these people on many occasions,my entire family have bought tickets from here for years.But this time round the experience we had was horrendous we bought tickets and on the way back one of the children from our family lost his passport.However I called this agency to reschedule our ticket as we didn’t want to lose our money.They rejected our attempt and we spent over 10k to rebook another ticket.These people are frauds in disguise they claimed the refund for my cancelled ticket from Qatar airways and gave us partial refund without releasing the full funds and stopped answering calls and messages.Despite it being a full refund they lied and were of no help despite us trusting them with our tickets on many occasions.Don’t go to them if your ticket messes up they will rob u off nicely.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service, they don't give you price on the spot. I called to ask how long it would take to do a visa, the guy replied call me another day.

Negative experience: I am a regular traveller to Bangladesh and I approached this company and booked in advance a ticket to Dhaka for January 2021 for 6 weeks via Gulf airlines. The travel agent at the place was Mr Jakir Hussain who seemed good at the time and helped to book my ticket . As you are aware the current situation with Covid infections on the rise and UK going into lockdown I had no option but to change dates to a later date in the year after the lockdown ends and we are allowed to fly out . I called mr Jakir and advised him that I would like to change my dates to later in the year and he abruptly said nothing can be done and I have lost my ticket and did not want to help me in any way , he was trying to sell me a new ticket to make more money from me . I was not happy and I contacted Gulf airlines direct in Bahrain and to my surprise they said I can change changed at no cost to a later date , which i immediately .I contacted mr Jakir to advise me he is a liar and a con artist. I would like every person to be careful of this unprofessional and dodgy agent mr Jakir Hussain at jumbo travel agents
