Positive experience: My initial experience with Mabuhay Travel was deeply unsatisfactory because of the agent, Melissa, she appeared insincere in asserting that their prices were on par with the airlines, seemingly an attempt to upsell. Her unfriendly demeanor and lackluster introduction only added to the disheartening experience. Additionally, she made a dubious claim that no phone assistance would be granted for website bookings. The company's website displayed lower prices but frustratingly, online booking was impossible, leading to higher prices when contacted. Melissa's dismissive response and abrupt cancellation of my partial online booking callously concluded the ordeal. All in all, a woeful experience with her. On a positive note, I must express my heartfelt appreciation for the splendid service provided by Ate Sarah. Her remarkable assistance in booking my travel left me thoroughly impressed. Ate Cindy and Ate Sarah’s unfailing friendliness and genuine empathy were a breath of fresh air, making the experience truly exceptional. What truly set Ate Sarah apart was her willingness to go the extra mile to ensure that every aspect of my booking was in impeccable order. She kept me meticulously informed throughout the booking process, which bestowed a sense of confidence and assurance that is hard to come by. I would wholeheartedly recommend her assistance to anyone seeking a seamless and delightful travel booking experience. Fantastic experience: After months of looking for an agency, I have come across Mabuhay Travel. I’m very skeptical of agencies after a history of being scammed years ago but this agency has amazing. I was in contact with Hazel who’s so lovely and makes sure that my needs are being met. Negative experience: Its a shame, we travel regularly to the Philippines and hoped from the reviews this would be an agent we could book through going forward..... Unfortunately encountered the old trick of quoting a price on the site when you did a search, filling in all the details but it not accepting the payment.... Because the fare was not available ... When I contacted them they said fares change all the time, I can't disagree with that.... But the fare was still being advertised hours later and even the next day! They quoted me a fare with Turkish Airlines, that was dearer than booking direct with the airline and they could only request the seats we would like, not actually book them. So on this occasion I would not book with them and booked with the airline. I gave 2 stars as the person was trying to help. If they get the fare checker sorted out to be live or at least more up to date I will try them again next year..... But being quoted fares that are not available is a pet hate of mine.

She was able to provide me flight options which I couldn't find on my own, she was very friendly and patient with me as I had to end our calls and call back again multiple times when I was deciding on travel dates with my family. Positive experience: Was assisted by Imelda when I was booking my flight to Japan. She was really helpful and accomodating. My booking was cancelled due to some unforeseen events but eventually sorted, that make them so busy and had difficult time getting back to me soonest. But over all experience with them was great.
