Negative experience: What a wate of time. When I put the age of my child in (13) it changed the age to 11 all these wonderful holidays we researched for hours at the price we thought it was. We then went to book and realised it had changed their age to 11 and suddenly the free child place was gone and and extra £1500 was added. Avoid!!

Negative experience: Purchased car hire through Travel supermarket who offered 4% cashback through topcashback. Travelsupermarket declined the cashback with no good reason.

Negative experience: l was looking for car hire abroad, its advertised at one price but you click on the link an its actually twice the price! False advertising and a waste of my time!

Negative experience: Awful customer service. Due to a family illness we have had to cancel a hotel at Gatwick which was booked for the night before our holiday in August 24. Apparently 'not eligible for a refund'. More than two months notice is easily enough time to resell the room. I would have been happy with a partial refund or admin fee being charged. Won't be using travel supermarket again. Tui on the other hand have been outstanding gave us options of moving or cancelling our holiday and waived an admin fee.

Negative experience: Travelsupermarket are a devious company, not interested in customer support as long as you have paid them This is really a follow up to my previous post regarding Travelsupermarket. As you may have read I booked on their site to a Mystery 4-star hotel - Short distance to terminals Umm, 7 miles away it not a short distance. It cost just over £50 in taxi's to and from T4 as Delta hotel is not serviced by a airport shuttle bus, making what appeared a good price into one that was not. I had previously sent 3 emails to the company, none of which they replied to, plus they have no contact telephone number. Travelsupermarket are a devious company to deal with, their offers are not at all good. Please take my advice do not fall for their advertising as they will leave you out of pocket. I did get a response from a Lilly, I emailed her (that now makes 4 emails) but heard nothing back. Maybe I should post these on their Facebook accounts. We are warned about scams, this deffo one of them!. Date of experience: May 16, 2024

Negative experience: I booked a hotel thinking it had holiday parking at Gatwick. I realised it didn't and cancelled within 12 hours. They have issued a voucher to use in 12 months instead of refunding my credit card. 2 emails and not one reply won't use these again
