We were a bit reluctant as prices were very low and we haven’t heart of this company before but everything went smoothly, I even had some issues with my passport change after marriage but Michelle was brilliant and handled everything. Fantastic experience: Last year 2023 I came across Travel Center and use their live chat feature as me and my family wanted to visit Sri Lanka and the Maldives in August 2024! I started talking to Oscar on the live chat on their website which then continued on WhatsApp. Oscar went through every detail with me and made sure the holiday package was exactly how I envisioned it. Oscar provided me with multiple flight, hotel options in both Sri Lanka and Maldives, provided me with websites I can visit to ensure the hotels/resorts were something me and my family liked. Oscar went above and beyond and created an amazing holiday package for my family. It’s been a few weeks since we have come back from Sri Lanka and the Maldives and we had the best time ever. Everything that Oscar recommended and had provided to me came to life while we were on holiday. The service that me and my family got even before we had got to the destination was amazing. Fantastic experience: Just got back from another fantastic holiday organised by Jasper and couldn’t have asked for anything more This time we went to Goa, Sri Lanka and the Maldives. Jasper managed to get us upgraded rooms, a sea plane and a guided tour around Sri Lanka which we had a fantastic tour guide. This is our second holiday with Travel Center and already booked another holiday with Jasper. We can’t wait.

Fantastic experience: I have used Travel Centre to book my next trip to Asia, and I have been so happy with the results so far! I want to give a shout out to Lara, who has been nothing but patient and helpful through the whole process. I normally book my own trips, but due to a huge mess up on our last trip, we wanted to book through a travel agency. Lara has been great explaining everything we need to know, has made multiple edits to the trip for me and it has never been an issue on her end. Fantastic experience: Travel Center were extremely helpful in organising a city break to Kraokow. They sorted the hotel, flights and excursion to Auschwitz as a complete package. The hotel was wonderful, and the tour company they booked for the excursion was also fab - these guys know what they are doing and can completely tailor to your needs. They were also very efficient. Fantastic experience: We booked our honeymoon with Travel Center. Having never heard of this company we were quite reluctant to book without doing a little research. Once we called, we got a lot of engagement from Rhonda who was lovely to speak to and very accommodating to our needs for our holiday. We were able to discuss various options at short notice and the booking process was not too difficult. I would suggest you do your own research and then discuss with the team for suggestions. We went to Maldives, Kuala Lumpur and Bali. The holiday was absolutely amazing, the hotels we booked were lovely and I wouldn’t hesitate in using them again.

Fantastic experience: I was left stranded by an airline during the whole computer glitch episode. I was stuck in London trying to get to Kenya and no one would help me. Oscar with Travel Center rescued me. He 1st pinpointed my location and where I wanted to go and worked his magic and got me the fastest flight the very next morning. Fantastic experience: Great customer service from Elsie was very helpful and patient.Only thing I’ll say was the replies were a little slow at the start but other than that no issues. Some other travel experts from other companies I reached out to previously were not very helpful and sometimes wouldn’t hear back for days and they were very overpriced nor did they include this many multi centre options. I changed my accommodation and mind so many times until I was happy with my multi centre travel holiday to (Abu Dhabi, Maldives, kula lumpar and Bali) I was spending a lot of money so wanted to make sure it was perfect to my liking. I was able to plan my own holiday with travel centre and they took into consideration of all my preferences. Thank you for your support and clear communication Elsie. Keep shining!

Negative experience: Though the prices are great, this company will have to train their staff or agents with their incompetence and inconsistencies when it comes to customer service delivery. I initially booked flights only with Dimitry Young which seemed great at first but then things started to fall apart with his level of inconsistency. I was given the option to be flexible with my payment. He then told me that there would be a £400 surcharge for a missing a payment as agreed. I challenged him as this information was not given to me at the time of booking. He was adamant that I have been given all the information and that it is explicitly stated on my confirmation email. I referred to the document and there was none at all apart from ensuring my booking is fully paid a few weeks prior to departure. He then stood down. At this point, I was already having second thoughts on his service. A month after, Dimitry has sent me several messages on WhatsApp asking me to make the full payment or the trip will be cancelled fully. Again, prior to booking, I was told that I will have nothing to worry about and that the tickets will not be cancelled as I already have a confirmed reservation and that I only need to worry about ensuring the payment is paid prior to departure. This is obviously not the case. As a result of his gross incompetence and inconsistencies, I decided to book directly with the airline which ended up being A LOT cheaper than my initial booking with this company. Dimitry had been very intrusive asking me the full price and details of my new booking which is very unprofessional giving me the impression he was after his commission and was going to lose it. His attitude has put me off booking with this company and I have encouraged my family and friends to think twice before booking with this company and needless to say, several of them have had this problem and vowed to never give this company a thought. My new flights, after booking directly with the airline ended up being a lot cheaper compared to what was originally quoted despite losing my deposit.

Fantastic experience: Spoke to Travel Center regarding a possible trip to Salem. Mike Hedges was very helpful in trying to accomodate my needs and came back to me promptly. Although I havnt booked a holiday this time I would contact Mike again if I needed to book. He was of great assistance

Fantastic experience: Booked a multi centre holiday, booking agent Oscar was very helpful, quick to respond to any questions asked. No quote was too much trouble, until we choose our perfect dates and holiday for us. Communication via email and also like the what's app service, which made it quicker when asking questions.
