Negative experience: You ridiculously charged me 400 dollars. And you ask me to pay with the US dollar. Therefore, I had to pay extra money. You should take full responsibility for my loss. No one replied me. The asian office ignore my request. You made profit from the emergency I met. Shame on you

Fantastic experience: Can't fault this place, it really is everything I expected from it the moment I first set foot in here. Good drinks range, fast service, lovely outdoor benches and seating area, great food on the menu ( fish and chips is great, the burger and chips is amazing too) and have eaten both inside as well as outside on many an occasion. Whatever I have ordered, it has been cooked to perfection and the meals have always been very tasty. The service is top notch, fast, responsive and friendly. Professionalism of the staff is amazing so full marks there too. The overall experience at the Contiki Basement is fantastic I'd say. If you want to sit down over a good meal, perhaps a quick munch over a pint - this place is awesome. Highly recommend it to everyone! :-)

Fantastic experience: Had an amazing experience travelling Europe with Contiki. Hotels are great, food is so delicious and local.The trip manager was awesome! Lass did such an amazing and super fun work with the group and well the group was awesome, you get the chance to know people all over the world! definitely I´ll have another Contiki trip soon!

Negative experience: Nothing "royal" about this place. It is a DIVE. Do NOT stay here. It is foul. I believe "hotel" is spelt wrong. The title should say "hostel".

Fantastic experience: After endless hours on a plane, having a friendly atmosphere to kick back and feel human again is like heaven. Big thanks to the Contiki team for providing us with this area. Great if you need to kill time before your hotel check in. Free wifi is provided, plenty of seating and a area to deposit your luggage so you can explore without it. 1 pound per day is cheap.

Fantastic experience: Team was fantastic, our tour guide Matt Woodworth and driver TJ made it an incredible experience! I would highly recommend the European Magic tour and hope people are lucky enough to get these two awesome guys! Sights are incredible, so much to do, and was a fantastic trip.
