Fantastic experience: The open top bus tour was fantastic, it takes you up close to all the major sights you could want to see with the convenience of many hop-on hop-off stops throughout the city. Im a wheelchair user and the buses all have automated ramps and decent space for your chair on the bus. The drivers were all friendly and helpful. Its a good alternative to using the underground or taxis. The price may seem steep but after my day trip i thought it was really good value for money considering how much of the city we saw. It would've cost in at least double if not more to use taxis and would've been less convenient. I would advise paying the extra and getting the 48hr ticket so you can make the most of the service, we only did the full 'red route' (the main tourist sites) and a bit of the 'green route' but didnt have time in 1 day to do the full 'green' or 'blue route'. Overall a great tour, it was a highlight of our trip to London and would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Tonight I did the live guided tour with Vikki as the guide and Soyful as the driver. It was a great tour and I really enjoyed it and learned a lot. Vikki has a lot of knowledge and Soyful provided a really nice and comfortable ride. I would definitely recommend this tour and I really enjoyed it!

Negative experience: Long wait times. Closed stops that still appear on the map. Big Bus and other companies seem to have more buses on their fleet. The traffic in London is brutal. So unless you like sitting and waiting on the bus, it’s much better to walk if you are able. I would not recommend this service.

Negative experience: Choose one of the other companies! We waited over an hour for the first bus on the blue route. Then, after two stops, we were told it was going out of service. We waited another 30 minutes for another bus. Same thing happened the next day. Other companies averaged 4-5 busses per 1 from this company. We weren't the only ones with the long waits. Never again.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic Service for the city sightseeing London tour buses. However, very very disappointed that the bus rides finish at 5 o’clock making our day out cut shorts. Quite disappointed as this was not very clear or obvious at all when booking the tickets.

Negative experience: They are probably great if all goes as planned! But if problems occur they ignore and lie. I ordered tickets online for a 24h tour in London two weeks ago. I never received the tickets.. went to the ticket booth for advise, have called and spoken to several people. Everyone says they will credit my tickets, I was even told to try to purchase AGAIN and that they will credit my original purchase. I have called, emailed several times, even spoken to someone personally,.. with no credit in site or even an email to confirm receipt of issue …… super BAD handling of this company!

Negative experience: Experience was great until certain point. Terrible service! We took the full tour with the cruise. When we hopped off from the cruise at Greenwich The lady told us we should be back at 6:30 to leave. We came back at 6:28, the gate was already closed and the guy told us it’s too late, the boat leaves at 6:30. Even though the boat was still there for another few minutes and he didn’t let us in. And it wasn’t just us, there was more people who got stuck and couldn’t get back. The staff was very rude and said he will call the police if we try to get to the boat and just turned his back to us and left. This is unacceptable. So we bought this tour to be left at Greenwich and had to pay for a cab to get back… very disappointed.

Negative experience: I have very mixed feelings about this tour. The concept was great, but the day we did it (18 July 2024) there was a ton of construction and the bus was forced to go around on side roads. As a result, the narration was just "We are not on the current route, please stand by" and it did it over and over again- and it took an eternity to get from place to place. While the route is very good itself, I did not feel it was worth anything near the value we paid for it. On days with more open roads, I imagine this would be a much better experience, but we didn't get to see that so I can only review based on what we had.
