I had very little time before my trip to Nigeria and couldn’t secure an appointment through the normal process. In a panic, I researched multiple visa and travel agencies, reaching out to several that seemed credible. To my surprise, none could get me an urgent appointment—except Scott’s Travel Management. They secured an appointment for me as early as the next day! When I arrived, I noticed they were well-known at the visa center. Kieran was by my side for over an hour and a half, helping resolve issues with my documentation. Marc and Kieran handled everything smoothly and kept reassuring me throughout the process. Negative experience: I advise caution before engaging this company. The agent I used gave poor and inconsistent advice which, had I followed it, would have left me without a visa at all. Fortunately for me I didn’t follow it as I had gradually lost trust in him. My complaint elicited a rude reply making serious and highly personal allegations. There are other better companies. I will file a fuller report backed up with evidence but in the interim I want other travellers to avoid the experience to which I was subjected

Fantastic experience: I called in looking for help with documentation for my first schengen visa application as I'd managed to book an appointment at VFS myself. Muhammod assisted me, he was extremely patient and knowledgeable, had time and an answer for every single one of my questions. I had left the process to the last minute a little bit as I'd fallen ill and Muhammod went out of his way to ensure everything was checked and correct on time, he mailed me with his comments but also gave me a call to talk me through everything. The result is a 3 month multi-entry schengen visa!

Negative experience: Entirely useless for me. They didn't read my email carefully, and didn't work on it during a weekend (which they claim to do). Their brilliant solution was that I employ what turns out to be a ridiculously expensive set of lawyers.

Fantastic experience: Big thank you to Robert Lourens and Monika Laczova, they both assisted me throughout the whole application process. I was scared by various scam stories on forums and in reviews to other agencies. One of the major worries was that some agencies lie about the prior bookings for visa application, and eventually customers might have applied on their own and there would be no difference. Fortunately for me, it wasn’t the case with the Scott’s agency. I had my online booking via Japanese Embassy for visa application in 3 weeks + 1 week of processing time. I was worried if some documents are filled incorrectly, there might be a delay and I wouldn’t get a visa before my trip. I decided to use The Scott’s Agency. They said to me they had bookings for Japanese Visa application pretty much every day. The day I came to the agency I was not able to apply for visa only because I did not bring all of the required documents. I brought everything the next day. Not only both Robert and Monika double checked all the documents, they also advised me on some of the nuances, and extra documents that might be needed. The same day, when everything was ready, the agency sent documents to the Embassy of Japan. I had received a visa in a week. Exactly as claimed by the Embassy and by the agents. Not only I saved my time (4 weeks if I had applied by myself vs 1 week via the agency), the agents also helped me to fill out all of the documents correctly. I would also like to mention how kind and polite they were to me. In general, I was treated very well and way above and beyond of my expectations, which were initially very low because of the bad reviews (probably written by other agencies).

So much so that I am now speaking with her again to arrange another visa. The whole team there seem to have a friendly and professional way of speaking to clients and the way my visa was prepared seemed very efficient and on time. Required at short notice to attend an important business meeting, the Japanese embassy and every other travel agent I tried was telling me I had to wait at least 6 weeks for an appointment. Having less than 2 weeks before I needed to travel Marc found me an appointment slot, got my visa and off I went to Japan (for a very successful business meeting :)). Marc was efficient, communicative and professional throughout. I can't thank him, or recommend him, highly enough. Fantastic experience: I used Scott's around 10 years ago to renew an about to expire passport needed for a flight 2 days later which they managed brilliantly. I've just used them again to urgently renew that same passport and the whole process was as fast and efficient as last time. It was handled by Monica, who was completely professional.

Fantastic experience: Just a very strong recommendation to Marc Milllar and colleagues at Scott's Visas. Having been personally a little late in applying for an overseas visa and with travel plans and commitments already booked, I was desperate for help and accepted that I might need to pay a premium, to avoid a catastrophic cancellation of travel plans. I found Marc online ( Scotts Visas ) during a search and within 1 week Marc had secured a visa and got it delivered back to me. I had been warned that the turnaround time of 1 week was unlikely to be achieved but Marc's regular communication on the progress of my application was reassuring. The cost of this service was good value and my costs would have been exponentially greater had I not been able to travel. Thank you Marc and team and I would recommend without reservation, the excellent personal service offered by Marc.

Fantastic experience: Thanks to Scott's Visas! Bianka helped me get a 6-month tourist visa for India for my child. It took away all of the bureaucracy, stress and worry. There is so much contradictory information online on India visa that I would have had to spend hours sifting through the official India visa site site, reading the various links and contradictory documents on the official India visa site. Bianka sent me a list of what I needed, asked me to put together those documents and asked me to send her a scan of these documents so she could check they were right. Once that was done, I simply dropped off the originals and the visa arrived in a week. The application form for the India tourist visa itself is also a bit confusing (e.g. it asks for a child's marital status and a child's occupation; when printed it defaults the child's occupation into to the parents' occupation section, causing more confusion.) If I had to do this in my own, I'd worry about what was right and what was wrong with regards to the form and its formatting. Bianka knew how to best structure the form and that reassurance of Scott's Visa and Bianka's help helped make a potentially bureaucratic situation much easier. She also knows the average time it is taking and she follows the latest twists and turns in terms of rule changes around visas which is horrendously difficult for the average punter to know. India has, this year, suspended eVisas for UK citizens (although most other countries such as EU countries and the USA are able to apply for eVisas.) Therefore we had to go down the route of getting a tourist visa which is much more bureaucratic than an eVisa. Scott's Visa's helped remove the stress from the situation. I hear that tourism to Goa and other places has fallen due to India's current eVisa decision - people are put off by having to apply for an India visa and all the bureaucracy it entails. If only people knew about Scott's Visa's they could sail through this bureaucratic process. Thanks Bianka!

Negative experience: Absolutely no knowledge of European Visa applications by Brits post Brexit . No follow up contact after visa appointment . Basically a glorified photocopying service and appointment maker , of which the appointment witg VFS Global is free anyway . A complete and utter waste of nearly £300 !

Negative experience: I checked the website first for the service that I wanted, luckily it was there I sent an email to ask for their service. My email was never answered up to the date of this review. I called couple of time on the same day I sent the email but again my calls were never answered, and then after a week I called again and finally when someone picked up the line on the other end I was very disappointed with the way my call was handled in a very unfriendly way and my request was turned down. So all the things that they supposedly claim to be “reliable, helpful, fast, and flexible” were untrue.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional, left me in the lurch without any answers. Minder assured us he could help with our India visas and kept encouraging us to delay application until necessary. It wasn’t until we contacted the company to drop off our application who informed us he would never be able to get us this visa. This left us with very little time to find an alternative option. He stopped returning emails or any calls back after we received this news from his colleagues. Absolutely heartless.

Negative experience: Enquired about getting ONE A4 document authenticated and sent to Taiwan from UK. Response was swift and polite and well mannered. However.......... They quoted me £250 + VAT for just service fees.... Then just over £50 to get the actual documents I needed authentictaed ( I still have to pay seperately and provide them with the document first of course)....Then wait for it..... £75 to post it to Taiwan ...I get they need to make money and charge for their time and resources, etc....but c'mon, the markup is ridiculous......It's probaly the same cost for me to fly back and do it myself... All they are doing are taking the docs I provide them with , and getting them authenticated.......Safe to say I did not use this company....Please think about your prices

Positive experience: My father went through this company to get his visa to go to Thailand during this covid pandemic. He is elderly and was difficult for him to do on his own on the Thai Embassy website. We were a bit worried about sending his passport to get stamped but all came back safe with a stamped visa in his passport. Good service thank you for your help Ross.

Fantastic experience: I have never used a visa service before, I'm well travelled and have never seen the need, but due to the impact of Covid and lots of addition paperwork and challeneges in travelling, I decided to give Scotts a try. I'd done my research as I was skeptikal of such servcies and the increase in scams and pop up travel services, and Scott's Visas had a long history of reveiws on here and google, I sent them an email explaining my situation, and they were fast, friendly, and honest with their reply. So I decided to give them a try. Without going into all the details and complications I faced with the visa process, I can honetsly say that I have no regrets using their services and I probably would have given up without their help and persistence in getting my visa and COE. We met several unexpected issues as the Embassy (Thai Embassy in London), were also having to deal with a lot of ongoing changes and live updates. Despite being rejected on the first try, without any clear reason why, Scott's managed to work with the embassy in clarifying what they required and ensured I got my visa and certificate of entry in time for my proposed dates. Scott's (and Robert in particular) were extremely polite and clear. They were prompt in replying and getting things done, keeping me in the loop at all times. I would recommend for anyone to contact Scott's if they are in need of help with visas and travel permits, especially during these complicated times. The service seemed like it would be expensive in the beginning, but for what I got in the end it was a bargain.

So I contacted them for some primary enquiry but the woman who was talking on the phone(not sure if it's receptionist) was inpatient and didn't get what I mean, just told me to look up more information on their website then hung off the call before I finished my sentence......Surprise?! Fantastic experience: I used Scott's to get a visa for Uzbekistan and was very happy with the service. The visa service itself was smooth and uncomplicated. I had to send my passport by mail, and when I had an issue with its consignment back to me (which was a fault of the mail service, not Scott's), they followed up and were very helpful.
