Fantastic experience: Just came back from Umrah with father and sister. Big thanks to Hajj and umrah express for providing amazing service and arranging the whole trip.. Brother Taha was amazing from start to finish and always kept in contact even when I was in Saudi making sure I was fine. I highly recommend this travel agency as they look after you, the tickets, visa, hotels and transport was all arrange by Taha. The whole experience was smooth and fantastic Alhumdullilah. I will definitely use again in the future Insh Allah.

Fantastic experience: Me and my family attended umrah with hajj and umrah express in January of this year and what a beautiful experience it was. Seamless from the minute we landed in the airport to the minute we left everything was done on time and to perfection. I have been umrah with another group before however the amount of knowledge I got this time doesn’t even come close to the prior one. Sheikh Mehdi was one of the main reasons the trip went so well. From the very beginning he made you feel very welcome and beyond that he was such a wealth of knowledge that he delivers so brilliantly it made the whole trip so much more beautiful. Fantastic experience: My Mum and I had the privilege of undertaking Umrah for the first time, and had an amazing, blessed experience during our time in Madinah and Makkah. The process was made easy by the team at Umrah Express and our time there was both educational and enlightening due to Sheikh Mahdi. Fantastic experience: This umrah agent was recommended by my brother as he’s been travelling with them for some years. I was a bit unsure as there seemed to be a lack of clarity about exact details of the package, but I went ahead so I could accompany my brother. In the end, I was very impressed at how smoothly the trip went. I have been blessed to make umrah several times before, so I can say that H&U Express did a great job with flights, hotels and transport. I was especially happy with the hotels and how quickly we were able to check in. My wife and daughters were also highly satisfied with the package. We chose not take part in any of the tours, so I cannot comment there. One recommendation is that it should be made clear where we should meet the tour guide when first arriving at the airport. Our guide throughout the trip, Ali, was extremely polite and helpful. Jazakallah khairah to him (and to Taha) for making this a positive experience.

Fantastic experience: Hajj & Umrah Express are nothing short of excellent! Everything was organised in a timely manner and we were kept informed every step of the way. Sheikh Baba Ali was incredibly hospitable and took really good care of the group and went above and beyond to ensure we have everything we need, and even helped negotiate our shopping! Umrah was guided by the sheikh very well. The ziyarahs were very informative and being able to visit Badr and Taif was amazing. Highly recommend both the travel agent and the sheikh as you get far more than what you pay for. May Allah swt reward them in abundance for all their hardwork. Ameen.

Fantastic experience: Alhamdulillah Alhamdulillah Alhamdulillah, just came back from the well packed up mataf in December, it is bless of Allah being invited to his holy house . went as a family of 9, with lots of demand and help needed, Alhamdulillah to Hajj and umrah express for the services before and during the trip . My daughter got sick while we were in Makkah, and the agency gave us a person to drive us to the hospital and stayed with us all the time till he drove us safely back to the hotel . Special appreciation to sheikh Mahad for the heartfelt talk we will always remember them , especially the “fix ur heart and Alhamdulillah” Also baba Ali, for all always being there for us since we booked the trip . Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience. Not only I was able to do my first time Umrah but also I was able to do second Umrah on behalf of my grandmother during the same trip. Sheikh Mahdi is very knowledgeable and helpful, he taught us so many important lessons. Baba Ali is very responsible tour leaders. Our Umrah would not be that smooth without his efforts. My suggestion in future, I wonder if the agency could give us options to take direct flight, please. Transit in Egypt was a quite traumatised me. Fantastic experience: Asalaam Alaiykum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh I recently had the privilege of being invited to Umrah through Hajj and Umrah Express and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. The booking process was quick and painless thanks to the efforts of the travel agent, Taha. Big shout out to Sheikh Mahdi who made this Umrah my most memorable yet. From the time we arrived in Medina, he greeted us with a huge smile and truly felt like we were under his care throughout the time we were with him. Sheikh impressed upon us a few key themes throughout our Umrah which helped to focus our reflections during our journey. One of these reflections and was Gratitude. Every interaction with the Sheikh involved the dhikr of Alhamdulillah and with it our appreciation of the blessings of Allah upon us. Sheikh Mahdi was always so quick to offer help. The day we arrived we had an issue with some of our luggage going missing at the airport. With a big reassuring smile Sheikh assured us "this, this is not be a problem", and before the day was out the luggage was back with us, Alhamdulillah. We also greatly enjoyed the extended ziyaraat that the Sheikh organised for us, taking us to areas surrounding Medina and Makkah that we had not visited on our previous trips. The extended Ziyarat were very beneficial putting into perspective parts of the Seerah that you read about especially the Battle of Uhud and Badr and the Prophet’s (SAAW) journey to Taif. Sheikh Mahdi was helpful from the start and was reliable. He was keen and willing to be of assistance and impact knowledge when approached by members of the group. The communication in English stands out in comparison to other ziyarat. Although, most people are polyglots, they might have little to no understanding of Arabic and needed ziyarats in English. Taha and Hajia Suad were thoughtful in the organization process ensuring all the needed information were provided prior to departure. The team could consider booking another hotel in Makkah for the group. I will definitely recommend Hajj and Umrah Express. Jazakallahu Khairan to the Team.

Fantastic experience: It was an amazing trip with grat experience. The Zyarat were incredible. Shikh Mahdi was great, I learnt a lot from his deep stories and explanations.I felt as if I was seeing the events and feeling them while seeing the places and hearing the stories.

Fantastic experience: It was recommended by a family friend and I’d be honest, I’m glad to say that we were not disappointed. Perhaps, we are thankful. They assisted us with flights, accommodation and the transport from Jeddah-Makkah-Medina-Airport. It was all inclusive 5 star package. However, Pullman Zamzam in Makkah was a big disappointment because of house keeping (4-5 men marched in the room while we were inside on several occasions) and cleanliness was also questionable. There is a big room for improvement. I won’t blame the agent for this but the hotel is definitely a NO NO. In contrast, Intercon Medina was fabulous with great service and was definitely a 5 star experience. Drivers provided were polite and were on time. The agent was at our service throughout the night. What a great man I must say. We have tried him and can definitely recommend him to others. Ask him for info and he won’t disappoint you. I’m recommending him because you may want to use his service again like we do. Thank you for your good services and keep it up.

Fantastic experience: The key takeaway from my Umrah trip was that "This religion did not come easy" and truly under the guidance of Sheikh El Mahdi, his wisdom and gems and all the places we visited in Makkah, and especially in Medinah, this stuck with me. The second was, what do we as Muslims do and what are we offering of ourselves for our religion? Listening to the talks, and having the space to reflect was a great addition to the trip itself. For my first umrah, I am very happy to have chosen Hajj & Umrah Express, Brother Taha was very supportive from the onset and quick with answering questions I had at any time. I was able to organise the whole trip just through chat on WhatsApp. The only point to mention in this regard to make the experience better would be receiving details earlier (hotels etc.) Having said this, the call prior to the trip with Sheikh was very useful in providing the need to know details as well as the whatsapp group chat which is still active! The group was lovely too. Sheikh was amazing ALHAMDULLILAH. From saying alhamdullilah, to reciting Labbaik in the most soothing voice, to guiding us through the first umrah as a group, having conversations, ice cream, his humour and recommendations for gifts - he truly made the journey special. The places we visited made the experience richer such as Uhud, Badr, Masjid Quba, Camels and Sand Dunes to name some. Feedback: Being able to spend more time at the places in Makkah as we got delayed in starting the tour that day. - provide recommendations for places to visit /areas of interest during free days - Booking the Rawda: was recommended the evening slot but from experience and talking to others, for women early morning slots are quieter and less rushed (please recommend early morning for ladies in future) Overall, glad to have completed my first umrah trip with Sheikh and H&UE and I will definitely recommend to others. We left feeling a deeper bond with our Rasul SAW. Out of a 10 night trip split between Madina and Makkah we spent 1 and a half days doing Ziyara in Madina and 1 full day in Makkah including Taif. We learnt about the epic battles of Badr and Uhud; prayed in various spots our Rasul SAW prayed; we saw places where our Rasul SAW took refuge when leaving Makkah, learnt about great sacrifices made by some of the Sahaba, and even learnt about pieces of Jannat on earth. All along our Sheikh asking us to reflect upon what would our contribution to the Ummah be….A truly spiritual experience, it took our ummrah to the next level. We took our young children 7 and 9 years, and Alhumdulillah it was a wonderful experience for them, and all their needs were met by Sheikh and the team. There was something for every age, I would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Just returned from my first trip with Hajj & Umrah Express and I can’t emphasise enough how well it went! I can’t recommend any other agency except this one! You have to ask yourself, what makes a religious tour special, is it the destination or the journey? It has to be the journey with Umrah, and Sheikh Al Mahdi is the best companion on this journey, as he drops gems of knowledge that you will hold on to for life. You will not only leave this trip with an Umrah or two, but with a bank of knowledge and insight into our religion!

Positive experience: Alhamdulilah, Above all my umrah journey with hajj and umrah express was an amazing experience. Alhamdulilah for Allah making Sheikh mahdi our tour manager, he a rare gem, he has a very good sense of humour, patient, humble, a great teaching skills, who made everyone comfortable, bear in mind we all had different akeedah regarding Islam. The ziyarah was a great experience with sheikh, I would give it 10/10. We were shown a lot of historical places in islam I didn't even know that they still exist physically apart from reading seerah books/ listening to lectures... I wasn't shown majorities of these places in my previous umrah journeys. Also, for someone who is an introvert, you don't need to be scared of travelling alone with a group, you will get your personal space, and sheikh will make you feel comfortable with the rest of group with his sense of humour. For example, Before going for the umrah, I had it in mind that I won't go for any Ziyarah as i was panicking on how to handle been in a space with a lot of syrangers but changed my mind the last minutes as I was made comfortable with sheikh leadership skills. For ladies who might get their menstruation during the journey, sheikh did offer to help with completing their actual umrah, so you don't need to worry about this. The only thing I think needs improvement is the communication skills from the management team as a whole. Hence, the 4 stars. I learnt a lot from this umrah journey through Sheikh, and it made me closer to Allah, Alhamdulilah I pray Allah continues to shower his mercies on Sheikh Mahdi...Ameen

Positive experience: Alhumdulillah a great experience. Sheikh Mahdi gets a 5 star rating for his role as a tour guide. The information he gives and the passion it is delivered with is so good. We took the extended Ziyarat and were very pleased. It was my first time in Madinah and Makkah, but my fathers 6th. He said it was definitely his best visit and where he learnt most and saw most. I gave 4 star due to organisation of host company. Sheikh Mahdi and team did all to make smooth on their end, but I feel that the tour operator could have done more to ease Sheikhs work load, by providing solid Itinerary and details in a timely manner. If you are someone that likes structure or has OCD for information then this is something to consider. All accommodation and transfers were well located and great for the price paid. It seems due to previous problems with bookings at Anjum hotel Makkah they have moved to the Sheraton which is only the 2nd hotel up from Anjum but is quite a steep walk for the elderly (my dad is 80). Sheikh also introduced us to a date farm. On returning to the UK some of us have had problems with the dates acquired. However Sheikh is still in contact with us via the whats app group and has said he will be sorting this out for us. I really cannot fault the team and have already started recommending the company to others as there was really nothing to complain about. Was shocked to see 1 star ratings and people talking down on the team. Was not our experience. And given yhe change of hotels believe that whatever happened to previous pilgrims was out of their control. Alhumdulillah it waz great and I will definitely book again.

Positive experience: Alhamdullilah I had an amazing experience with Hajj and Umrah Express. Shk Mehedi is so knowledgeable and incredibly personable he really makes a difference. May Allah swt reward high immensely. I particularly liked our Shk’s focus on Sunnah, Sahaba and the Sacrifices (the triple S) made to establish the Deen. The purity and the authenticity of the msg delivered by Shk Mehedi was fantastic. I think some little tweaks, on the ground, would make this rating 5*. For example when we arrived and we were going to the coach a group flag/banner would have been helpful the same applies when we were in tour sightseeing. I think it would be appreciated to spend more time at the holy sights on the tours, however it was very hot. Some sights were not covered like the date garden of Salman Al Farsi. The initial online call was very helpful, perhaps could have been arranged sooner and supported with links to an itenirary and umrah guide book. Last not lest, on the call we were informed of ‘additional’ cost for the extended tours. I believe an all inclusive tour would be better for all concerned then no one feels left out. Positive experience: Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem. I am writing this review after a lengthy reflection on my experience travelling with Hajj and Umrah Express this August 2024. Alhamdulillah, as a small group, many of us were friends and enjoyed travelling together. Indeed it is a blessing and a beautiful invitation from Allah and I am immensely grateful to my Lord. Islamic Morals and Ethics are very important to me, therefore, I hope that in the future things can change for others in sha Allah. My observation has left me concerned (I don't want to mention details) particularly for sisters travelling alone. SubhanAllah, one fully appreciates the Islamic recommendation that women should be accompanied by their male guardians. I would not recommend sisters to travel alone without their mehram with them or other very strong group of sisters.

Fantastic experience: This was an amazing Umrah experience! Having previously completed Umrah independently has made it abundantly clear how different it is to go with Sheikh el Mahdi! The learning and visualising we were able to do on the Ziyarats truly impacted us, enabling us to empathise with our beloved Sahaba and to engage our hearts in our worship when completing Umrah. Not only did Sheikh el Mahdi tell us amazing stories with his wealth of knowledge, Allahumma barik, but he gave us really useful life lessons that we could take back with us and implement in our everyday life. This is what makes this package truly special, the emphasis on engaging your heart during Umrah and on actively working on yourselves when you return home. Everyone was well taken care of, from shopping tips, to food recommendations, the group really went above and beyond! Fantastic experience: I went with hajj and Umrah express with my elderly dad and girls to Makkah, Medina and Egypt. It was a wonderful experience for all of us. My dad was cared for and everything was well organized. The hotels were a stones throw from the Harams which made it easy to do the Ibadah we wanted to do. It was my best Umrah experience because sheikh Al Mahdi makes the seerat come alive with his commentary. My daughter said the best part for her was listening to him on the coach. He explained how to do everything and the reasons behind things. We learnt so much in the last 2 weeks. I believe his support gave an added dimension to our worship. In Cairo we stayed in a hotel near the pyramids. We had our own tour guide and air condition coach. We loved the visit to a village out of Cairo where there was yummy food, horse riding on the beach and a swimming pool. The group bonded really well and it was a memorable experience. My daughters would love to go again next year if Allah accepts our intention. It was very good for all ages but especially the youngsters who had good rapport with the sheikh. My daughters and I feel very inspired. I would highly recommend a package with them. Everything went smoothly and they were very helpful at every stage.

Fantastic experience: I’ve just returned from a 14 day trip which included Umrah, Medina & Cairo. It was an amazing experience and I learnt a lot of new things from Br Mahdi although I have been for both Hajj & Umrah multiple times. Everything was well organised, great accommodation & transport, everything ran on schedule. We had opportunities to visit places like Taif too. In Cairo, we had added group security personnel , a photographer, and opportunity to not just visit historical and religious sights but also relax and get things like spa treatments/go horse riding and much more. Fantastic experience: I Highly recommend Hajj and Umrah express to anyone looking for a credible, authentic seerah filled umrah experience. Alhamdulillah Allah called me to preform umrah again this year after having an awful experience with Elia travels. Before going with Hajj and Umrah express I had a horrible case of ptsd due to the unfairness and lack of guidance from Elia travels, especially for sisters. Alhamdulillah Allah blessed me to book my umrah with Hajj and Umrah express because Allah knew that they provide the best service to help pilgrims feel comfortable. Allah blessed Sheikh El Mahdi with great knowledge as the sheikh took us on zirah both in mecca and medina. Not only did we go to famous places like Qubah, uhud, arafah, muzdalifah etc but shekih el mahdi went above and beyond to show us in detail places like the mountain where prophet muhammed (p.b.u.h) and Abu Bakr (r.a) hid from the Quraysh, the sunnah of arafah, the 6 places of paradise in medina one of them being mount uhud itself. The sheikh showed us a place in mount uhud where the sahabi took the prophet (p.b.u.h) to yank the sharp rods of metal in the prophet's check (p.b.u.h). We also went to places that UK tour guids rarely visit but have a great significane in the sunnah such as Taif and Badar. These ziarats gave us a complete visual experience of the seerah.  During the Ziarah we went to bonus places like the Rose factory and Shifa Well (a place where 70 prophets drank its water including musa (a.s.). The sheikh also took us to many locations were the prophet Muhammad (p.b.u.h) changed its history e.g. the helmet mosque in medina.  We also went to the homes and graveyards of the sahabah and spread our salams to companions such as Talha, Jabir, Ja'far, Abdullah ibn Abas, Maymuna, Hamza, (may Allah be please with them all). Sheikh also ensured that we had regualr coffee and food stops along the way to help maintain our focus. Thanks to Hajj and umrah express I now know what our prophet (peace be upon him) went through in order to hand this religion over to us. May Allah bless Hajj and umrah express, they have cured my ptsd and showed me what a completed umrah looks and feels like. This inshaAllah is not the end, I have already recommeded them to my family and friends and I will forever do so with anyone I meet in the future inshaAllah. Fantastic experience: Umrah and doing ziyaroth is one thing, Alhamdhulillah I have now learned how things are done. HOWEVER, I would definitely prefer booking with the group again because of the very strong dawah from the sheikh. I more experienced member told me this is very good they're not usually like this, especially the sheikhs dawah, that's when I figured this is unique. I went in half hearted and left with no doubt in Allah from the sheikhs dawah. It literally rinsed every bit of dirt that put doubts in my heart. In shaa Allah it does the same for everyone else. On our first day of arrival at Makkah, we completed Umrah and we were led by a tour guide who led us for Tawaf and Sa'i, reminding us what to say for each rite and reminding us to correct our intentions. During our 10-day trip, we visited Makkah first and then Madinah. During our visit, we toured with Shaykh El-Mahdi and visited several historical sites such as the Cave of Hira, the Graveyard of the Companions (Including Ahlul-Bayt), Badr, Mount Uhud, Khaybar, Ta'if, Masjid Al-Quba and other significant Masjids. Not only did we visit these sites, but the Shaykh gave us talks on what happened at each site and reminders on the sacrifices made by our righteous predecessors! May Allāh ﷻ bless them! Fantastic experience: Alhamdulillah I had my first Umrah experience. As a first timer who has also never been to KSA, I needed a lot of guidance and had to be part of a group since I was traveling without a mahram. Hajj and Umrah express provided that assistance and guidance, despite me traveling from South Africa, which is a country not typically covered in their travel packages, they tailor made a package that worked for me. Upon arriving in KSA I met up with the rest of the travel group and was welcomed and became part of the travel family. Sheikh Mahdi provided us with advice ahead of the Umrah in order to prepare us. And during the trip he provided lots of guidance, sound advice and knowledge that was key in us making the most of our time in Makkah and Madinah and just in helping to improve one’s Deen. I was touched by the kindness and generosity of the shaykh and other organizers who made the experience all the more memorable, educational and spiritually enriching. This experience has made me want my younger siblings to travel with Hajj and Umrah Express for their trips to Makkah and Madinah.

Everything was very well organized from beginning to the end and the quality of the service was superb. The amount of Islamic knowledge and information shared on was undeniable by the Shaykh and the Hafiz. Fantastic experience: Arranged Umrah with Hajj & Umrah Express last December and found their service to be excellent. The agent kept in touch throughout our trip giving advice and guidance. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: I went on the Group Umrah package for Dec 2023. Everyone in the group paid extra for twin sharing. In Makkah we were told we had to share our rooms as ‘the hotel’ had given our rooms to another company. So essentially we paid for twin sharing and got given quad. Here’s where I feel like we were scammed. We were only told this situation when we were on board the coach and told to accept it for the sake of Allah by Mahdi. That ‘there are people sleeping outside the mosque so we should be grateful’. Mahdi said he doesn’t work for the company and not to talk to him about compensation. I went to the lobby of Anjum hotel and asked about it. They said there’s only a booking made for 10 not 26 rooms. If the company reserved it but didn’t pay they would have lost the booking. We DID NOT get any communication let alone apology from travel express to say what happened. Taha began ignoring everyone’s messages. Since coming back they’ve not replied to any emails The Arab guy who works for travel express and lives in Saudi pretended to call the office and act like he was doing everything possible to help. He feigned innocence and behaved as if he didn’t know what was going on. On the last day I went to the lobby to get a print out that only 10 rooms were booked and guess who turned up. The Arab guy and he had such a threatening demeanour the receptionist looked so scared. The Arab guy told him in Arabic not print or give me anything. My coach had arrived and I had to leave for Jeddah. The Arab guy kept pressuring me to leave the reception (that they didn’t know anything and they’re just simple workers) and get on my coach. He said that he would address the coach about getting a refund. But stayed outside smiling and laughing with Mahdi and then they both walked away side by side. I will never be booking with this scam of a company again. At the end of the day Allah will bring justice in this life and the next. This company and their three puppets Mahdi, Taha and the other guy brought a lot of hardship to people who spent thousands to come to the holiest land on Earth. What’s even sad is for majority of the group it was their first time coming to perform Umrah. I just can’t believe they would do this to pilgrims in Makkah!

Fantastic experience: I've used other companies, but this one is the best Taha kept in contact with us every second of the way. He listened to what I wanted, what I needed, I had mum with health problems/wheelchair and I was travelling with my son. This trip had to be organised correctly so mum had a good Umrah. Taha organised everything making sure I had women's entrance and a 5 min walk to each location. He messaged each time to make sure I was OK. He genuinely cared that our Umrah experience went well. I've told all my friends how amazing this company is and Insha Allah I will be called again. I wouldnt hesitate to use this company again. Why not let these guys take the stress out of booking your dream Umrah or Hajj. I know I'll be back with my family. I cant thankyou enough. A million stars isn't enough.

Taha sorted all the bookings, visas and transport and went above and beyond to ensure our trip went smoothly, checking in at key times with us to make sure everything is going fine. Fantastic experience: I would definitely recommend this group to my family and friends and especially to anyone who will be going for the first time. The entire process was extremely professional and smooth from the booking process to the agents keeping us informed and updated throughout. The hotels in both Makkah and Madinah were located very closely and regular shuttles were also available. We were led by Sheikh Mahdi who made the trip an amazing experience we won’t forget. He shared his knowledge and gave us an insight into all aspects of the journey. He made the trip extremely informative and enjoyable. Thank you to Sheikh Mahdi, may Allah reward him immensely for making our journey memorable. Another aspect we enjoyed was Faisal Latif’s recital on the journey. Alhamdullilah, it was a very enjoyable experience, may Allah accept our Umrah and may He invite us on this beautiful journey again.

Fantastic experience: Following my last review just over a year ago (see below) Alhamdullilah, Allah SWT answered my dua and invited me and my family to his house. Once again, I chose Hajj and Umrah express. As they offer trips all year round, we were able to select the suitable dates and make payments throughout the year. Although the booking was for 6 people (3 adults and 3 children), Brother Taha made the process seamless and was always available to answer our queries. Once we arrived, the hotels were once again 5 star and within a short walking distance to both holy Masjids. This spiritual journey was yet again a life changing experience. Jazāk Allah Khair to Sheikh El Mahdi for taking us on the Ziyarats. Through his knowledge, passion and enthusiasm, we were able to relive the seerah of Prophet Muhammad S.A.W. and really appreciate the hardship the prophet S.A.W. and the Sahaabas went through to allow us to practice our deen today. My young children found the trip spiritually uplifting, they’ve learnt so much and have already asked when we will be returning In Shaa Allah. May Allah SWT continue to bless all the staff at Hajj and Umrah express for making it possible to embark on this journey of a lifetime and may Allah SWT accept all our Umrahs and Ibadah. Ameen. This spiritual journey has given me a time to reflect, re-focus and it was the spiritual reset I needed. Jazāk Allah khair Sheikh El Mahdi for being our religious leader and taking us on the Ziyarats; they were very informative and gave us an insight on what Prophet Muhammad S.A.W. and the Sahaabas went through to allow us to practice our deen. The journey was spiritually uplifting; I learnt so much and your enthusiasm and passion has inspired me to study the seerah of the prophet S.A.W further in Shaa Allah. For those of you wishing to embark on this journey, I would highly recommend Hajj and Umrah express. My mum recommended Hajj and Umrah express as she travelled with them in 2011 to perform Hajj and 2019 to perform Umrah and she was absolutely right, they did not disappoint. The hotel locations in both Makkah and Madinah were walking distance from the two holy mosques; the Ziyarats including the extended Ziyarats were well organised. The leadership of Sheikh El Mahdi accompanied by motivational speaker Brother Faisal Latif made the experience all the more enjoyable. May Allah SWT continue to bless all those involved in making this a journey of a lifetime and may Allah SWT accept all our Umrah. Ameen. The information he provided us with during each of the trip was instrumental in understanding the true essence of the wonderful locations that we visited. His enthusiasm and knowledge really brought the sights to life. Sheikh’s flexibility and accommodating nature throughout the trips was also commendable! Positive experience: It was my first time going on Umrah and Alhamdulilah overall it was a good experience with the help, guidance and support of the team on the ground. The additional Ziyarat added an extra dimension to the trip which I particularly enjoyed and appreciated. Fantastic experience: Had an amazing trip, went for 14 days and everything was planned and organised accordingly with no issues whatsoever.
