President Holidays were a tour operator for Istanbul Airlines which had over 5 branches all across England. Aysen was the manageress of one of the busiest branches in North London and had many responsibilities including supervision of check-in desks at airports. President Holidays operated to Northern Cyprus and Istanbul (Turkey) and were main and leading competitor in the Market for years. Due to financial problems President Holidays went bust in the year 2000 which led to Ayshen opening her own business which has had its own success since.
Ayshen Travel specializes in Northern Cyprus and Turkey but works with all other major Airlines for Worldwide Flights and Holidays including Emirates, Virgin, British Airways, Cyprus Airlines and many more. We also specialize in special occasions such as honeymoons, skiing and golf holidays, anniversaries and many others.
As we are a family run business, we acknowledge how important it is to ensure our customers with families and loved ones have a pleasant experience on their holidays, so we have many agents abroad that are on hand and happy to help with any request you bring to them. We also monitor the majority of hotels we work with in Northern Cyprus and most destinations in Turkey to ensure they are up-to-date with the quality our customers expect it to be before we continue selling them.

The Pia Bella Hotel has, for many years, been a favourite with travellers to the island. Couples and families have enjoyed the hospitality and excellent management of the hotel.
Rose Gardens is situated in the beautiful village of Lapta nine miles west of Kyrenia off the main road within only ten minutes of walking distance from the beach.
Club Simena is a small pleasant holiday village situated around 13 miles west of Kyrenia along the coastal road. The studio apartments are built surrounding a large freshwater swimming pool.

Negative experience: one of the worst agencies I have ever come across. The service is appalling. just two days before departure I had notice that they had booked our flights for the way back home incorrect. As I promptly requested them to change it which I thought had been done, as leaving Northen Cyprus (whilst just been a week in of being operated on) as checking in to go back home, it wasn’t surprising that the flights were not altered correctly. I highly recommend no one to ever go with Aysen Travel as their service and attendance is truly the worst I have ever come across. We had to change our flights in which thankfully Ercan airport could help us out with travelling back otherwise it would’ve been £1000 each person to go back in which Aysen Travel would have had to most definitely pay for. I am genuinely scared for anyone that tries to go with Aysen Travel and will tell anyone to not go if it was ever brought to my attention. absolutely devastated. If it was possible to leave no stars as a rating I would’ve done so.

Fantastic experience: Great service very helpful would recommend
Fantastic experience: Fuat bey is very knowledgeable and confident in assisting with travel needs. Direct flights to Turkey from the UK were suspended due to the UK variant of Covid-19. Fuat bey was very assuring when offering the alternative flights. Luckily Turkey lifted the suspension and direct flights resumed. My parents got their tickets from Fuat bey at very low price and their PCR test was also arranged by Fuat bey. My parents landed at Turkey yesterday and are very satisfied with Fuat bey and Ayshen travel.

Fantastic experience: I'd like to give a big Thank You to the Ayshen Travel team. Me and a few friends had a trip book to Las Vegas. But unfortunately due to the current climate and the Covid-19 Pandemic our holiday was cancelled, but the guys at Ayshen Travel stayed in touch with constantly with updates and gave us a list of dates to choose from to reschedule our trip i cant thank you enough. With everything going on in the wold Ayshen Travel got it done. Bring on Vegas Baby!
Negative experience: Extremely unproffesional. Would put 0 stars if I could. Will not refund money for various booked trips which were cancelled due to Covid-19. Did not respond effectively when trying to interact to sort it out even though our trip is ATOL protected and customer has proof of payment. This business resulted to using social media to falsely accuse their customer of incorrect payment then lied & threatened them. They did this because they did not like the fact that the customer was simply asking back for what is rightfully theirs. Extremely unprofessional. Would NOT recommend.

Negative experience: You can't find worse! Its my first time that i can not find anything positive to write , sorry! Ayshen is trying to get your money only and do nothing at all! I paid her 500£ for a week in Kensingtone Suite Hotel but i stayed only 3 nights, because it was an uncategorized place not a hotel.She didn't give my money back, she didn't even move her finger! Turism is an humanitarian job, as well it requires a culture..if you dont have them leave this job and do anything else!
