4 years ago Negative experience: one of the worst agencies I have ever come across. The service is appalling. just two days before departure I had notice that they had booked our flights for the way back home incorrect. As I promptly requested them to change it which I thought had been done, as leaving Northen Cyprus (whilst just been a week in of being operated on) as checking in to go back home, it wasn’t surprising that the flights were not altered correctly. I highly recommend no one to ever go with Aysen Travel as their service and attendance is truly the worst I have ever come across. We had to change our flights in which thankfully Ercan airport could help us out with travelling back otherwise it would’ve been £1000 each person to go back in which Aysen Travel would have had to most definitely pay for. I am genuinely scared for anyone that tries to go with Aysen Travel and will tell anyone to not go if it was ever brought to my attention. absolutely devastated. If it was possible to leave no stars as a rating I would’ve done so.

4 years ago Fantastic experience: Fuat bey is very knowledgeable and confident in assisting with travel needs. Direct flights to Turkey from the UK were suspended due to the UK variant of Covid-19. Fuat bey was very assuring when offering the alternative flights. Luckily Turkey lifted the suspension and direct flights resumed. My parents got their tickets from Fuat bey at very low price and their PCR test was also arranged by Fuat bey. My parents landed at Turkey yesterday and are very satisfied with Fuat bey and Ayshen travel.

5 years ago Fantastic experience: I'd like to give a big Thank You to the Ayshen Travel team. Me and a few friends had a trip book to Las Vegas. But unfortunately due to the current climate and the Covid-19 Pandemic our holiday was cancelled, but the guys at Ayshen Travel stayed in touch with constantly with updates and gave us a list of dates to choose from to reschedule our trip i cant thank you enough. With everything going on in the wold Ayshen Travel got it done. Bring on Vegas Baby!
5 years ago Negative experience: Extremely unproffesional. Would put 0 stars if I could. Will not refund money for various booked trips which were cancelled due to Covid-19. Did not respond effectively when trying to interact to sort it out even though our trip is ATOL protected and customer has proof of payment. This business resulted to using social media to falsely accuse their customer of incorrect payment then lied & threatened them. They did this because they did not like the fact that the customer was simply asking back for what is rightfully theirs. Extremely unprofessional. Would NOT recommend.

6 years ago Fantastic experience: My family and I have been using Ayshen travel for over a decade, dealing with both Ayshen and Fuat who are both so helpful and knowledgeable in what they do. Nothing is too much for them and they have always gone above and beyond to make sure that our flights and hotel bookings have been stress free and accommodated our needs. I highly recommend dealing with these guys, you won’t be disappointed.
6 years ago Fantastic experience: I have known Fuat and his mum for many years and have always used them, they are absolutely great in finding and getting either flights only deals or holiday packages. all the staff are great and if you have any inquiries they get dealt and resolved right away, i cannot recommended these guys highly enough they are brilliant for a small travel agent. keep up the good work and ill be back very soon to book my next holiday.
6 years ago Negative experience: You can't find worse! Its my first time that i can not find anything positive to write , sorry! Ayshen is trying to get your money only and do nothing at all! I paid her 500£ for a week in Kensingtone Suite Hotel but i stayed only 3 nights, because it was an uncategorized place not a hotel.She didn't give my money back, she didn't even move her finger! Turism is an humanitarian job, as well it requires a culture..if you dont have them leave this job and do anything else!
