TUI Holiday Store

Fantastic experience: We booked our honeymoon at the TUI store in the White Rose Centre in Leeds. Leanne T assisted us, she was so helpful and friendly. She showed all the options to the location we wanted to go to. I was nervous to book due to my fear or flying but Leanne was so patient and understanding, she didn’t pressure me at all, she even comforted and advised me about my fear of flying. Our honeymoon was so amazing, I’m so glad we booked with TUI! Thank you Leanne!

Fantastic experience: Elaine was excellent on Kudasadi, Turkey and Aimie was excellent in White Rose Centre Leeds. Both outstanding employees, not push, knowledgeable and easy to get on with.

Negative experience: Just recently went in to get a price on a holiday and couldn’t belive how we were treated and the girl that served us was so rude and the price we got was a lot more expensive than Virgin for the same holiday, but even if they would have been cheaper I wouldn’t have booked. We have travelled with Tui before but not sure about the future

Fantastic experience: We recently booked our honeymoon through the White Rose store, and I have to say, Kirsty was absolutely wonderful! Initially, we were a bit skeptical because our past experience at the store wasn't great, and we hadn't received the best customer service. However, Kirsty went above and beyond to change our perception. She was incredibly pleasant, helpful, and genuinely listened to our preferences. After chatting with her, we decided to take her recommendation for Morocco, a destination that wasn’t even on our radar. We’re so glad we did! The hotel she suggested was stunning, and the entire experience was more elegant than we could have hoped for. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out, and we want to make sure Kirsty’s outstanding service is recognized. Please pass on our compliments to her—she truly made our honeymoon unforgettable!

Fantastic experience: We previously booked flights to Palma last year with Ryanair but they recently moved our flight which wasnt convenient for our purposes so cancelled them. We are a group of 8 adults and 4 children and so were unable to book the flights via the app. We went into the Whiterose store and explained this and they said they would ring through to booking and sort it out in store. Kristy was brilliant very professional and helpful. She spent over an hour with us and was able to book return flights for our family

She was knowledgeable, polite and very friendly. She helped us narrow down our searches which enabled us to make the right decision. Negative experience: ZERO ZERO I’ve got a travel document and we tried to book a holiday to turkey and they said that I don’t need a visa and then when we booked it after I just realised that i do need a visa and we made sure with tui like 2-3 times they’re saying no u don’t need a visa and they are saying it’s not our fault u won’t get any refund and u can’t cancel. Not recommended at all
