The package he provided was a splendid 5-star option, which made our journey all the more enjoyable. Both hotels in Makkah and Madinah were ideally located, just a short distance from the Haram, which allowed us to conveniently access the holy sites without any hassle. We spent a full fifteen days immersed in our spiritual journey, and I can confidently say that every moment was filled with positivity and good experiences. There was a minor hiccup regarding our stay in Madinah: the hotel reservation was made under two different reservation codes. However, this small issue did not significantly impact our overall experience, and it was swiftly resolved. Aside from that, everything was perfectly arranged, including our transfers, hotel accommodations, and flights. Each aspect of the trip was well thought out, making our pilgrimage smooth and enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend this company and Brother Zeeshan to anyone considering an Umrah trip. Negative experience: Worst company ever! Do not book your Umrah with them they are a company of scammers. We had spent nearly £15,000 for Umrah in December and they had left us without a hotel in Madinah for 3 days. My family members had to sleep in the mosque because they lied about booking our accommodation. They left us without any communication for days on end. Since returning I am still chasing them for compensation and they just keep lying and saying they will get back to me. DO NOT use this company

Negative experience: Worst travel agents I have ever used! Booked for my large family, the staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. In the end we ended up with no room on the first day of arrival, with 5 young children and after a long 15 hour travel. This company chases you for money and as soon as you pay they ghost you completely! Negative experience: Worst experience booking with Al Khair. Continuous lies. They messed up everything from beginning to the end. The transport service they use is a let down. We nearly missed our return flight. Our hotel wasn’t booked. We spent first day in lobby. Even the hotels we stayed at told us we had been scammed. They actually made us cry. Endless tears. Negative experience: I saw an ad on Insta and filled out a form and one of the agents got in touch. I received a quote from Amna for my 1-year-old nephew, initially priced at £750. Upon asking for clarification on what the charge included, she revised the quote and reduced the price to £200. This sudden price change raised concerns and caused me to lose trust in her professionalism. Additionally, despite declining her calls multiple times, she continued to contact me repeatedly while I was at work, which felt intrusive and unprofessional. As a result, I decided not to proceed with this company.

Negative experience: DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!! Absolutely ridiculous company! Booked for a group of 7 people with Laiba they lied about everything keep saying don’t worry we will sort it! Near the time of travel Laiba was nowhere to be found and therefore someone else had to confirm everything with us! Family reached medina with the hotel booking they paid for only to be cancelled with nowhere to go! This company is a joke then they booked them 1 night in a hotel promising 4 nights in a different only to find out nothing had been booked for the remaining 4 nights! Wasted ibaadah time and just waiting to be booked into a hotel! Sent to a different hotel only to be waiting 3 hours with still no confirmation or booking, this company is a joke! Finally after 4+ hours the hotel received the booking, but the booking was originally for a 5* hotel and they had given a 3* hotel as that was apparently all that was available, also not confirming if a refund can be given or any compensation. Booked with them twice and never again! JOKE OF A COMPANY! Also promised compensation and made me delete review.. don’t be fooled by the positive feedback!

Negative experience: **Worst Travel Agency Ever! Stay Away from Alkhair Travel!** I don’t even know where to begin with how awful our experience with Alkhair Travel was. If you value your money and time, DO NOT book with them. From the moment we landed, we were stranded without hotel rooms for over 6 hours. We had to wait while they scrambled to book us rooms at two separate hotels, even though we had confirmed bookings! And this wasn’t just a one off incident, the same thing happened in Makkah, except this time, they booked us fewer beds than needed for our family. But that’s not all. They also messed up our flight tickets, booking us on different flights with varying baggage requirements. This meant we had to pay extra for our suitcases on the way back. Every time we tried to contact them for assistance, they completely ignored our calls and messages. It's almost like they just don't care about their customers. If you want to throw away thousands of dollars and deal with endless frustration, then sure, go ahead and book with Alkhair. Otherwise, I strongly recommend you stay as far away as possible. P.S. Umair, if you're reading this, please refund me for my suitcase fees. This is unacceptable. Shame on you for such lousy service!

Negative experience: AVOID BOOKING THROUGH THESE PEOPLE! FRAUDS. They didn’t even book our hotel rooms in Medina nor did they book us any luggage for our flights, they sent us false confirmation of the bookings to us showing stuff being booked but upon arrival, nothing had been booked and then don’t pick up the phone or reply back to messages. Umair and their boss Ahmed, awful customer service and awful human beings for providing such a dreadful trip that went down as a nightmare! Made our 8 day trip a nightmare from the moment we landed in Medina till the moment we got back on our flights back home.

I did a quick search on the company and its reviews and decided to book our umrah trip using their services. We were a group of 8 wanting to book 13th december to 23rd December 2024. From beginning to end I dealt with one advisor who's name was Mehtab. He listened to all our requirements and built the package accordingly. He was patient when at times I was inundating him with questions and changes to the package and dealt with every request efficiently. I would highly recommend Al Khair travel for your travel needs.

Fantastic experience: Alhamdulillah, we have recently completed our Umrah trip with Al Khair Travel. This was our first time, and as a group of 16 people, including both adults and children, we were understandably nervous and wanted everything to go smoothly. Our main point of contact at Al Khair was Brother Ahmad, who was available from start to finish to assist us. We did experience a mix-up with our hotel room booking, but Brother Ahmad quickly resolved the issue. Throughout our time in Saudi Arabia, he stayed in touch to ensure that all our ground transfers and Ziyarats were well coordinated. Overall, we are very pleased with the service provided. Fantastic experience: I contacted this company for umrah packages in Ramadan and I spoke to a very friendly agent Amna who found me a few deals. Even though I decided not to go with the packages offered on this occasion, Amna Was very helpful and tried her best to find me a very good package. She displayed very good customer service skills and was very responsive when I asked her any questions. In the future, if I do decide to for Umrah, I will consider using this company as they seem to have excellent agents who want to go the extra mile for you.

Negative experience: I would not recommend using them, arrived at the Medina hotel with all booking information and got told it wasn’t booked. We had to pay extra to get our room sorted. The communication was horrendous. Called numerous times, they did not pick up. Give me and my family a stressful start to our Umrah Journey. Same happened when arrived at Makkah. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM, it’s better doing all the bookings yourself rather than using this agency.

Fantastic experience: We had the pleasure of booking our Umrah trip with AL Khair Travel last year, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the service they provided. He was incredibly understanding and professional throughout the entire process. He informed us that we had the option of receiving a credit note or opting for a refund. After considering our options, we chose to go for a refund. Brother Nadeem assured us that the refund would be processed and reflected in our account within 5-7 working days. To our great relief, the refund was issued exactly as promised, without any issues. Negative experience: The company is very dodgy no bad reviews?? They are fake reviews Don’t not book with this company They changed our hotel the day before travelling we had a luxury hotel in Makkah and the day before changed to a basic We were told to take the bad review down but I’m not removing this review We are due to travel and still not received our train tickets they keep saying 5mins it’s been 15hours they take all your money and then book everything last minute. It’s a call centre in Pakistan company are thieves operating in Hounslow as bright sun I’ve reported to ATOL our rooms were booked as twins in Makkah hotel they weren’t expecting quads so the hotel accommodating for us and squashed in 2 beds we paid a lot of money for quad rooms. The transfer buses were dirty and unsanitary we complained and got a better bus next time. DONT USE THIS COMPANY THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND BOOK CHEAPER ROOMS. Negative experience: AVOID!! and KEEP AWAY!!! Please do not buy Pain by spending your hard earned money. I had a most frustrating experience ever in my life time with Al Khair Travel ( Emenac Travel). We bought a Umrah package for 2 including Suhur in Makkah 5 night, private guide, Hotel 5 nights Makkah and 5 nights Madina, ground transfer and Air tickets Gatwick to Makkah, Madina to Gatwick before we travel to Saudi Arabia we asked for guide contact number, both hotels vouchers but we only get hotel voucher and ground transfer contact number. After getting there our taxi turned up after 2 hours 30 minutes then we found out our hotel room only arranged but no suhur included then we contacted several times but no one responded accordingly. Whatever happened to us from beginning to end it was horrible, unbelievable and unacceptable. Let me explain little bit Our package flight was from and to Gatwick but when they confirmed my ticket it was from Heathrow and back to Gatwick then I requested to change but they did not (we accept it) even though it cost me extra money for taxi service. also flying time was very odd time. They knows me and my brother flying together also we clarify several times but when they confirm my brother ticket it was totally different flight then luckily brother N sorted our ticket out. On the day of flying our flight was scheduled 06:35am from Heathrow we been airport 2 hours 45 minutes before, after getting there at the boarding desk they said my ticket is not issued or has been cancelled later (my brother ticket was fine) they were unable to find my ticket then I contacted Al Khair travel but of course no one available at the office at that odd time then I contacted WhatsApp group at 04:30am and luckily someone responded then I had an uncertain and horrible 1 hour 5 minutes then luckily he gave me a new ticket number at 05:35am by this time they closed the desk after requesting them they put new ticket number in to their system and found my ticket. Thanks LORD. Then we ran to the gate. We did not get the service we paid for e.g Did not we get 5 nights Suhur? Did not get private guide service? So we claimed a refund of £125 each. After hundreds of messages emailed and calls they said “we’re not able to refund”. Finally they agreed to refund but never received it because all of sales person are lies after lies including manager. I was lucky enough because I paid by credit card so I find my own way and get partial money back via credit card company. My request to all # Please do not believe their reviews I think most of them are fake. # Do not pay by cash or bank transfer only pay by credit card. # They will only call you many times from their side when you write an honest negative review or you claim your refund from your credit card. # Please do not let them to play with your religious exemption. # They deserve “0” stars but I gave 2 stars.

Fantastic experience: We booked our umra in November 2024 with alkhair travels and brother Umair dealt with us. He was very supportive throughout the booking process and during our journey. We had 14 days package included transfers and visas. Everything went well alhamdulilla and brother umair kept checking on us during the whole period to see everything going smoothly. Negative experience: Don't book with this company Liars and thieves They take your money promise you good hotels and book cheaper rooms and pocket the difference Movempick in medina we was assured that the rooms would be in the new side development but agents had booked the older part of the hotel which was out of date We had the (Makkah) address jabel Omar booked 3 months in advance the day before flying they changed it to a cheaper hotel without refunding us but never provided the hotel voucher till the day we left for Makkah from medina so it was a stressful situation as there was 11 people travelling. The Makkah hotel We had booked 2 quad rooms and 1 triple What we got was 2 beds and 2 fold out beds (4th image) and was advised by the hotel the agents had booked this way. The transfers were dirty and dated buses but promised new coaches (first image) Stay away do not book Also the reviews on here are all good they must be fake!! WOULD RECOMMEND NEVER TO USE THIS COMPANY EVER !!
