Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience with the excellent Staff at Tui High Wycombe.I walked in with an idea and met a lady called Saf.A lovely welcome and she listened to what I wanted to do..totally understood,and in a very short time,the holiday accomodation,flights and Insurance was booked.I had many questions as I am not brilliant with technology,and Saf patiently listened to me and advised me. When it was time to check in,I returned to the shop and met a lady who I think was Eve. I left the shop with outward flight booked in and Boarding passes printed for me and also the same thing for our return flight! I cannot recommend this branch too highly. Fantastic experience: We visited the TUI High Wycombe store with a view to book our honeymoon, it was my first time visiting this branch and although I had been looking online we felt maybe the expertise of the staff would be really useful. We had been on a holiday back on October with TUI and it wasnt the best experience so I was hesitatant about using them again but explained what had happened and we definitley made the right decision. Upon arrival we was greeted straight away by Judy and as soon as we said we wanted to go to Thailand we knew we were in good hands as Judy has been and loved it. The whole booking process was simple, we went through what we wanted and looked at the different hotels and reviews. We wanted a hotel that a bit of life in the evening, catered for a vegetarian & vegan diet and was located on the beach Judy was really attentive to these details making sure we covered everything off. I think the thing that stood out was Judy genuinely wanted us to have the best time on our honeymoon - she sorted out excursions and has diarised to contact the hotel for us about our dietary requiements and to let them know this is a special trip. Thank you so much for all your help - we cant wait to go on our honeymoon and will definitley be back to see Judy for future trips.

And I wanted to just say how amazing and helpful she has been to me and made the excursions we have chose possible for us to do as I had problems with it before and she’s sorted it all for us and I’m so grateful! We met her in the Watford branch a few weekends ago, she really tried her best to find us a holiday, we were not sure of the destination at that time, even though Fleur gave us many options. Fantastic experience: I booked a holiday to Cancun last year, leaving in a few weeks. We have had a couple of issues with our booking i.e. informed of construction works at our hotel etc. I contacted Tui today feeling quite upset and worried about our upcoming trip and the disruption that we faced and I was worried that with only 3 weeks to go, we would be stuck and unable to make any changes. Luis was absolutely amazing, he really took the time to listen and understand my concerns, explored how I would like to resolve the problem and he got onto resolving the issue immediately, contacting another team to set about changing our hotel to a different one of our choosing. He spent so much of his time sorting it all out, even right up to closing time. I really felt like Luis went above and beyond for us and I feel so lucky that he answered the phone today!!! Sometimes it just takes that 1 person who genuinely cares enough to help and who wants to make your holiday amazing. Thank you so much Luis! You made my day! I can rest easy knowing that my family and I will have a blast on our holiday without construction works or any disruptions! To Luis’ manager - Luis is an asset to your team please give him a pay rise / promotion!!

Fantastic experience: Booked a 2 week holiday to Dominican Republic. Very simple easy process, paid for specific seats, all was great. The day before I fly I was allocated different seats all split up somehow by the system. I popped into TUI and the staff were incredible. The agent who dealt with me went out of her way to get me the seats that I booked. She was on the phone for almost an hour helping me. Fast forward to that evening. I checked in my baggage at the airport the night before and to my amazement, the desk agent at the airport was aware and they changed seats around to accommodate me sitting with my children, Thank you TUI High Wycombe. Your excellent service will get a booking from me for next summer.

Fantastic experience: I had to change my holiday from 2020 to 2021 and dealt with Lewis. He was just brilliant from the start! Nothing was too much trouble for him and using his wit and charm made the experience very enjoyable! He is a fantastic character and a credit to the High Wycombe branch.

Fantastic experience: During Lockdown TUI were making things abit difficult for me but an advisor Lewis Vallence from this store working remotely has shown to be a fantastic advisor!!! He was very attentive and helpful, he went above and beyond for me and helped turned all my stresses in to a smooth sailing solution, Lewis remained positive and kept me regularly updated on the status of my holiday and has ensured I would have a fantastic experience. I would love to see more advisors like him in your company when dealing with TUI, I had been trying to resolve this situation for 3 months and Lewis resolved in just over a week. I believe he needs to be promoted and given props for his hard work and efforts. I even wrote to TUI multiple times via email and they did not get back to me, Lewis is the only reason I had decided to remain with TUI. It is absolutely brilliant to see TUI have great people like Lewis Vallence working on their team.

Fantastic experience: Hi would just like to leave an excellent review for Lewis Vallance After several failed emails and being on hold to the main TUI line for 2 hours and still no luck We finally got hold of Lewis Who sorted everything out for us for both holidays We was just about to give up on tui whom we have booked with for years So thank you Lewis and we hope you get recognised for your professional and friendly service Mr and Mrs Hunter

Negative experience: After booking my holiday through the TUI app and experiencing nothing but trouble I visited the store in high Wycombe to gain some clarification about my booking. Upon entry to the store we were greeted by the lovely Charlie who was keen to advise and to help even though my booking was made online, we were then seated with Lewis who did as much as he could to help us in the difficult situation we found ourselves in and I could not fault either or there customer service During all of this there was a lady at the back of the store (who refused to give her name as she knew she did not provide the service required by TUI advisers) was adamant that her and the team could not help us and was trying as hard as she could to make us leave the store, while the amazing Lewis was working hard to rectify our booking the lady with no name took it upon herself to butt in to the conversation and advise us that there was nothing her team could do. From entry to the store she was rude to me and my fiancé constantly reminding us that online bookings have nothing to do with the store even though we were already being helped. On top of all that she refused to place her face mask over her mouth and when I asked her to do so this was taken as a rude request and the lady with no name claims she doesn’t have to wear one for she has asthma (absolute rubbish I too have asthma of the worst kind) she proceeded to raise her voice threatening to kick us out of the store even causing her colleagues to roll their eyes and tilt there heads. I understand I may not have been the most cooperative as you can imagine when a £2000 booking goes wrong one may not be in the best of moods but alas this is the job description of a good customer adviser As previously stated I requested the names of the people I interacted with and Charlie and Lewis were absolute diamonds and a credit to the company were were helped by others but I didn’t catch their names as no badges were being worn when I asked the blonde lady with the false eye lashes for her name she refused and turned away because she knew the care provided to us as customers was not up to the professional standards of TUI advisers. If the one lady in question was removed from the store TUI would have a well oiled machine In high Wycombe capable of helping and advising customers and making sure everyone leaves with a smile on their face

Negative experience: We've had a bad experience visiting this store. Popped in a week ago to see if a store could offer better prices than the website. Been told by a member of staff to come back in a weeks time, because Christmas offers would start and they will be able to add extra codes/discounts onto the price. Unfortunately that was not the case. They use a regular TUI site, not one for staff members, so not only the prices were the same, no discount could be applied. To make things worse, once we decided to look at an offer a second time (wanting to book) the price went up by £800 and they would not honor the price seen only a couple of minutes before! Wasted a week, then wasted almost an hour to listen to a manager waffling about loosing money if they were to honor a price they have seen themselves. I would not go there again. False promises and a rude, not helpful manager. Don't waste your time and book online!
