Fantastic experience: Went into store today to see chloe as she got us a great holiday earlier in year , she didn't disappoint today got a great deal for January and another for September next year , would definitely recommend popping in to see these amazing staff

Fantastic experience: Just booked the trip of a lifetime to Lapland through Madi and Jade at TUI Exeter. They were both so helpful, we organised all the excursions and they found answers to all the questions that I asked. In store there is always someone who has been to the location you want to visit and so you can get a really good idea of what it’s truly like. Will definitely come back to book future trips

Fantastic experience: My wife and I had been hoping to plan a holiday to Florida for our daughter in 2026 so we popped in to TUI in Exeter in the summer of this year to ask about it. As the holidays weren't on sale at that point, they took our details and promised to contact us when they were, which they did. We booked an appointment and went in to see Olivia on a wet and windy Saturday. I have never been to Florida, but my wife has, and we initially went in with the thought that we would like to stay at a Disney hotel. Olivia was fantastic in guiding us through all the options and places to stay whilst in Florida, and it actually turned out better to stay on international drive as there are so many more options for dining and doing other things from here, and Olivia spent a good 2 hours with us explaining all our options before we came to this conclusion. The experience was brilliant and we can't thank Olivia and the TUI Exeter team enough for helping us to plan our dream holiday. We also have booked quite far in advance, and tickets for Universal and Busch Gardens are currently not on sale, so Olivia has said she will call us to get that all sorted when they are available, and to guide us through the rest of the process where things may need doing. They spent a lot of time advising us which hotels would suit our requirements and trying to find us the best deals. Booking was made easy and also purchasing the travel insurance too. Fantastic experience: We had a fantastic week at this hotel. Location ideal , near beach and within walking distance of Old Town and a fantastic array of historic attractions , shops and Tavernas. The staff at the Horizon are second to none , the food varied and of a high standard. All Cocktails freshly made in front your eyes , brilliantly advised by Carly and the team at Exeter store

Fantastic experience: Outstanding service! Having faffed about with no luck on Tui app trying to book our first family holiday, I called the Exeter store for some help as I was very nervous about travelling with a baby for the first time. I was served by Jas who was incredibly helpful and, alongside her manager Steph, was able to answer every single question, find us really family-friendly flight times, ensured we’d have everything we needed for baby when we got there, and were able to give us much better deal than anywhere else. Aside from the actual holiday, they were also able to give me some really good tips for travelling with a baby for the first time, which has made me feel a lot more relaxed! 5⭐️ service and so much better than booking online. Thanks ladies, will definitely use the Exeter store again xx

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Jade at TUI Exeter highly enough. She understood exactly what our requirements were as a family and was able to use her clearly expansive knowledge to find the perfect holiday match for us. I barely lifted a finger, Jade took care of everything for us. I am a coeliac and have have anxiety about travelling because of it. Jade understood my concerns and dealt with it sympathetically and professionally. She ensured that the hotel was accommodating when it comes to allergies (this information had been collated by previous customer feedback and feedback from the reps in the resort) and she additionally emailed the hotel directly to inform them. I cannot thank Jade enough for her help and we can’t wait for our family break!

Fantastic experience: My Wife rang up TUI today to find out if she could amend a Booking. Due to having Cancer. We were helped to change our dates to next year. Matt has been looking after my Folks helping them chose and book some wonderful life memories. My mum and dad being the slightly 'older generation' find it quite difficult to arrange and book holidays and have a fear of things typically going wrong. They haven't had the luxury of many holidays throughout their lifetime, but they are now finally able to see some of the world. Fantastic experience: Last weekend, the 7th of Jan 24, my partner and I went into the Tui store in Exeter to book a Greek holiday. We were welcomed with a big smile. After a short wait we were guided to a very helpful lady called Jade. She literally couldn't do more to help. We booked the holiday there and then. We are very happy customers again.

Fantastic experience: I went into the TUI store in Exeter today I was half an hour early for my appointment but the lady at the desk said her colleague Carly was available. I cannot begin to say how comfortable she made me feel, for me i was trying to see if I could get a better deal on a holiday I am going on in 2025 for a family wedding, Carly went above and beyond to help me, she explored every avenue to get the price down to something more manageable due to myself being a single parent. I didn’t go into the shop thinking I could find anything let alone leaving with a booking! She even called me later in the evening to update me on some things she’d found. I will continue to pay via Carly and I will be recommending her to other family members to book the same holiday. If you want a more comfortable booking and someone who is very thorough ask for Carly!.

Fantastic experience: Today we went into Tui to book a cruise and were dealt with by Beth who was very helpful, friendly and efficient. She gave us different options, pointed us in the right direction and answered all our questions. We left feeling excited about our forthcoming holiday.

Negative experience: I rang yesterday to ask a question about my booking - eventually got the Travel exchange desk who said she could not help me but offered a call back from a travel expert in the morning (today) which I accepted. By 3:30 pm today I started to doubt that the call would come at all. I am currently still on hold 28 mins now listening to the same music/messages. Pretty fed up - I understand that you're busy but if you're not going to answer the phone....just say so in order that I can make alternative arrangements rather that waste a whole day waiting! Fantastic experience: We visited Carly in TUI Exeter last week to book a trip to Disneyland Paris for 11 people. Carly was so knowledgeable and gave us loads of advice and tips. Really happy with the trip we have booked for next year. We always book our holidays through Carly at TUI Exeter and we have never been disappointed, she is fantastic!

Looking to book 2 holidays next year, Alisha showed us several options & took on board our preferences for hotels & locations. We booked our first one this morning & we are considering the others which she shortlisted after discussion & emailed the details. Fantastic experience: We booked a last minute holiday to Turkey with Olivia Copland. holiday to Turkey with Olivia Copland. Has Service was amazing. She went out of her way to ensure we got the holiday we were looking for within the specific dates and within our budget.
