Fantastic experience: Tui staff Leah, Deanne and manager Tracey at The Harrow Branch was very helpful in booking our holiday. They took time to explain and helped us book the right package to suit our needs. We were very satisfied with the service we received.

We received friendly and courteous service from Leah who was so patient with us. My sister and I booked our trip for October and are looking forward to it. Fantastic experience: Leah invited us over to talk through a holiday we had in mind. With her big bright smile she talked through the prices for different dates. Leah showed us on a map where we would be staying. The local area along with where the main town,shops and restaurants were located. She went through options of half board and bed and breakfast. Also telling us what times the flights were and selecting the best seats. Leah also advised on hotels to stay at Gatwick and car parking. All in all good service. She also showed us what to look out for on the app.

Fantastic experience: Kayleigh at Tui in Harrow was so professional and patient as we were looking for holiday inspiration and she helped narrow down destinations and timings helping us come to a decision within our budget, I would recommend a visit as you can just walk in.

My hubby and I popped in just to get some ideas for our next trip, but we ended up booking a holiday to Gran Canaria on the spot with Deanna. So patient and helpful, especially since we were both so undecided when we walked in. She gave us loads of options and made sure everything suited what we wanted. Fantastic experience: I went in and booked my holiday today to Turkey. Lisa booked it for me. I don’t usually bother with writing reviews but Lisa was so helpful and gave me the time that I needed to book my holiday exactly how I wanted it. She went over every flight possibility to make it work around my family and nothing was too much trouble. I usually book online but happened to be in Harrow and strolled in on the off chance. It felt so much more comfortable knowing that a professional was booking it and could give advice rather than booking it myself, even checking my passport details (my partners is borderline expiring, so she advised to renew this). I will definitely be booking here again as personal touches to booking holidays is a dying breed. Thank you Lisa!

So we decided to use a travel agent which was absolutely the right choice. Booking through TUI made our booking process so much easier and stress free. We both got to have our say in what we wanted and didn’t want and our lovely travel agent made it happen. Deanna was phenomenal when it came to helping us compromise with one another on things with her amazing knowledge and dedication to help us get the best holiday and best deal. Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful experience with the team trying to book a group holiday for 15. At first, I was not able to find time to go into the store but they were happy to accommodate me by email each step of the way. When my group finally decided on somewhere, and I got to the store to pay deposit, the team were so patient that I didn’t have all the information needed so waited for me to gather all this together. I took over an hour but we got it done and at no point did I feel like I was being rushed. This is my first time trying to book something for such a large group and thankfully I have the Harrow team to support me - Absolute stars at their jobs!

Fantastic experience: My dad and I had an excellent experience at Tui Harrow today, with huge thanks to Tracy and Deanna. We're due to travel to India soon. I'm totally blind, and my father is elderly. The Indian Government's E-Visa application service is very lengthy, and they were impossible for me to communicate with meaningfully. Tracy and Deanna spent over 2 hours with us both today, patiently ensuring our E-Visa applications were ready for submission. I know this isn't a service Tui usually offers. Were it not for Tracy's and Deanna's help, neither of us would have managed to get to this point. I hope the outstanding customer service we received today will be recognised by Tui. Thanks again, both!

Fantastic experience: We found Lisa @ tui so helpful efficient & knowledgeable. She is very experienced travel agent. She was able to arrange a group booking & got the best flight times for us all at a great price. She also seemed to have an understanding of what we required before we even mentioned it . Fantastic experience: I went into store on Tuesday with my disabled mum to book a holiday. I had previously had a terrible experience with a DIFFERENT TUI store so I was quite reluctant but the service I received here was outstanding and thanks to Daniella, Deanna and Norah I will be back to the Harrow branch in a heartbeat. These ladies worked so well together to try and find us exactly what we needed. They went above and beyond and displayed what great customer service is and should be. I couldn’t recommend this branch enough their attention to detail, understanding and professionalism is unmatched and that’s coming from a frequent traveller. If only everyone was like these ladies I wouldn’t have a bad thing to say. Thank you x

Positive experience: We visited harrow branch and spoke to Norah who was extremely patient and thorough with her searches and was accommodating to what we required. We have always gone into this branch as all the staff are extremely nice.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service. We visited this store following a cancellation from Tui. There were three staff members in the store and they couldn’t have been less interested in our situation and were not at all proactive in trying to arrange an alternative holiday. A quick trip next door to Hays Travel and all was sorted within 90 minutes. A new holiday booked to fly out in two days time. Would well recommend Hays Travel if you’re in Harrow and looking to book your next holiday.

Fantastic experience: I am very happy to write this review for the truly excellent service and advise given by Danielle at the Harrow TUI Branch. As a family we have used Danielle on a number of trips and the face to face advice and recommendations she gives have always been outstanding. each time we have gone with her resort selection. The key difference in buying a holiday on line v's in the shop - is that you get a "Service" when you go to TUI Harrow. It is advice and recommendations from Danielle that comes across extremely valuable, when you have make a selection - we have a tight budget and health requirements.

Fantastic experience: Staff at TUI are Harrow are wonderful, Norah at the shop took lots of time with us and suggested a fanatic trip to Lake Garda Italy which was a memorable family vacation. We had some issues during the trip and while the staff on site were great we were also in touch with the shop and Norah went out of her way to make contact with the right people for us and solve the issue, we had a fantastic holiday and looking forward to the next!
