Positive experience: Originally booked Cardiff, hotel was cancelled due to hotel being reserved by the government for illegal immigrants and we was told no other hotels were available . I asked for a full refund which was denied. So we had to pick a new destination we then chose Portsmouth. The hotel was nice, the go karting was decent. The downfall was the unlimited pizza and beer, we arrived we wasn't served for 15mins but we're told our time had started from when we were seated, there was 10 of us we ordered 2× coronas each then were told. We couldn't have anymore. We had to have draft Stella which none of us drunk.

From start to finish the hen party was everything we hoped for and so much more. Positive experience: All In all we did have a good weekend booked through freedom in Bristol. I arranged this for my sisters Hen. We had a meal on Friday night. Dance class, meal and dreamboys show on Saturday night. Afternoon tea Sunday. The hotel we were planned on staying in had closed down unexpectedly so we were upgraded to a 3 star hotel... Hotel was decent enough but I honestly would dread to have seen the other hotel if that was an upgrade. Thankfully, to my notes and additional planning, everything went really well. Great payment system and selection of events. I do have some issues though, it seemed as soon as all monies were paid I didn't hear from the company at all. I had a few queries and it took a while to get a response via email. I ended up having to call instead. I was unimpressed with the places that had been booked. There are so many amazing independent bars and restaurants in Bristol. We didnt get told where the venues were until 6 weeks before event and when everything had been paid and confirmed. The restaurant on Friday was a Bella italia. "Restaurant on Saturday was revolution bar...basically a nightclub. We were placed in the middle of the dance floor here. The afternoon tea was at a slug and lettuce. i have to say Dreamboys was awful. Based in a dirty nightclub with rows of chairs on the dance floor. it was difficult to see past the rows of bodies. There was no follow up from freedom, no checking in for the weekend. Customer care stops and is off putting.

Fantastic experience: Used this company to book my friends hen weekend in Manchester, everything was perfect. We had a 2 night stay in the hotel with breakfast included, a nightclub on the Friday night, cocktail making on the Saturday and an escape room on the Sunday, the hotel was in the city centre right beside the nightclubs and everything was within walking distance! The whole weekend was great and very well priced!

Negative experience: If I could give less than a star, I would. We organised a large hen party (40+ people) for our friend and Freedom was delighted to take our business, but once the deposit was paid, any and all assistance ended. It got so bad that it ruined the bridesmaids weekend. If it wasn’t for the hotel in London (Leonardo Royal London City) we would have had to tell over 20 hens (coming from abroad) to organise their own accommodations even though we had already paid and confirmed. Freedom messed up and left us to constantly make calls chasing them in vein, in the end we simply had to beg hotel staff to help us. It was an absolute disgrace. I was up the walls and completely unable to enjoy the weekend. Lauren specifically was was extremely rude and unhelpful. In fact one of the bridesmaids is still waiting for her to call back with a resolution. Avoid them at absolute all costs. Red Cactus Events are brilliant.

Fantastic experience: An amazing experience made possible for us by Freedom Events. They were terrific with the flexibility of rebooking during this covid period, our event had to be postponed twice due to restrictions but these guys were amazing throughout! Shout out to Lauren who took charge of our booking! 5 stars ⭐️

Fantastic experience: Organised a stag through Freedom back in late 2019/early 2020 which was rescheduled 4 times and finally happened last weekend. They were flexible, communicative and as helpful as they could be despite the circumstances - even having to accommodate supplier changes 2 days before the stag. Angela has been easy to deal with and came back to any questions very quickly. Thanks!

Fantastic experience: Booked and planned for 25 to go to Cardiff in August - could not of been as successful without the help of Karen,Emma and your team at Freedom! Everything planned went ahead with no issues and honestly made my life allot easier, even when I needed help with changes or people changing they could not of made the process any easier for me. Would not use anyone going forward when needing to plan a day or weekend away! Cardiff was brilliant, considering lock down and all other complications that come with Covid - I can not thank the freedom enough for making it all happen. Cheers

Negative experience: Booked a Hen Party (quite last minute as no-one had actually planned anything), everything seemed to be going well, the person dealing with it, was very helpful. The night of the Hen Party we get to the venue, they have no record of us being booked. The venue even said they don't deal with Freedom much anymore. Thankfully the venue were amazing and turned the night around for us. Will not be using Freedom again!!!

Fantastic experience: Recently had a Stag with 16 people travelling to Barcelona in July. Sales Rep Angela was very responsive (Phone and email). We had paid for a club night and bar crawl, due to covid the club night did not go ahead but we received a full refund within 2 weeks of returning. Great service and great communication, will definitely book again in the future!

Fantastic experience: Freedom have been amazing from start to finish, so easy to book with and managing payments for a large group was so simple. Every little question I had all staff were helpful and happy to answer even when taking off a member of the group. Due to COVID there were aspects of the weekend which needed changing/cancelling, the staff at Freedom have helped to make this so easy and stress free. Each person worked hard to help me find alternatives and when we couldn’t were happy to refund that part of the weekend. I will definitely be using this company in the future!

Positive experience: Originally booked with freedom for a London hen party and there was slight confusion regarding the booking as the company temporarily suspending their phone lines due to the current pandemic. This resulted in a slight lack of communication, so I booked elsewhere. However since the managing director Glen got in contact with me he has explained and addresses the issues I had regarding communication and their deposit policy. He has acted very quickly regarding this matter and has happily refunded me my deposit amount. This hasn't put me off using freedom in the future as I believe it was just genuinely unfortunate that the phone lines were suspended because of the pandemic. The phone lines are now active again and I wish them all the best

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed with Freedom and would use them again in a heartbeat if i had to organise another stag. The package they put together was excellent as was my local guide Alexa who was nothing short of a life saver. Strongly recommend.

Fantastic experience: The girls at Freedom were all so helpful from start to finish with helping to recommend activities for our Stag Do in Riga. Communication was excellent throughout right up until a day or so before we travelled and even emailing afterwards to see if we had a good time. Fantastic experience: We had a fantastic weekend in Krakow and it was made better via Freedom and the events we booked through them. We managed to keep everything secret from the stag and everything was organised well before we went. The GoKarting and Airsoft shooting both went down a treat and you definitely get your monies worth. I highly recommend for any further Stag or Hen Do’s

Fantastic experience: Our weekend in Liverpool was one of the best we’ve had and we’ve had plenty over the years! From the gorgeous apartments at Printworks Henry St to the Nude drawing was just amazing! We all had such a laugh no complaints all weekend! The apartments were gorgeous inside and out and the staff couldn’t do enough for us (they even lied to me saying rooms weren’t ready so my friends could decorate the room they were all in on it apart from me) plenty of space in them for all 10 of us! Well the nude drawing was one of a kind! We have never laughed as much both the artist and model (naked) made it so much fun! Defo recommend doing that and would it again! As for booking through freedom it was so easy to sort! People doing it themselves and paying on the app etc was so easy and stress free! Everyone I spoke to was friendly and understanding no question was too much! We will definitely use this again for our next big event!

Positive experience: we booked dream boys through freedom for the first time. It was so easy and I got a call and email with easy explanation on the steps to complete the reservation with discount. Had few queries related to the show and all were answered quickly and clearly. Would definitely recommend using this website and will be booking again soon with them.

The table we had with all prepared with our cocktail making tools and we were taught how to make 3. It was very fun and the team were very accommodating to our needs. Thank you very much Freedom!

Fantastic experience: Have just got back from my best friends amazing hen weekend and could honestly not asked for a better weekend, freedom made it so easy and stress free and would highly recommended them to anyone. It’s the second time I have used them and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Negative experience: Literally have no idea what this company does, other than take your money. A particular highlight was selecting the "Casino" option, to be charged £5 each (10 in party, so £50) to enter a FREE Casino. The manager of casino apologized on behalf of Freedom, a company which the Casino has no affiliation with - Freedom didn't even ring up said Casino. I could go on about being charged £32 each (so £320) to do an escape room... Seriously, please don't waste your money with this company. Book things separately and save ~70% (thats what we calculated Freedom mark up is based on our activities and what would cost normally).

Fantastic experience: Booked a HenDo:Nude Life Drawing experience for a group of 11 and found the experience fun and unique. Everyone was made comfortable having to draw,chat and laugh at each others masterpiece. So glad that the bride to be enjoyed it! An experience to remember with FreedomLtd!

Positive experience: Organised my own Stag in Liverpool through Freedom, we did Foot Golf and a Comedy night at Slaughter House. Both activities were awesome, the company running the Foot Golf (Xtreme Events) really made it into a unique "stag" experience. The place where it was held (Formby Golf Centre) was miles away from our hotel so booking taxis, especially on a day where there was an early kick off Liverpool home game, was a really stressful experience to get there on time. I think Freedom should arrange transport beforehand for places that are as far away as that. Getting back through the football traffic was also a nightmare and took longer than it should to get back, meaning wasting more of my stag sitting in a taxi than being out in the city. The comedy night was awesome, the venue well within walking distance from where we stayed. The atmosphere was absolutely buzzing in Slaughter House before we went down to watch the comedy, watching Man City get beat 3-2 by Norwich with a load of scousers singing "Allez Allez" is something I'll never forget! The quality of the acts was fantastic, with none other than Liverpool's own Neil Fitzmaurice compere for the evening! I am a massive fan of his so felt honoured to be heckled by him! He made special mention to ours and another stag group so props to the organisation on that part. The accommodation was standard for what we.paid, rooms were nice and clean and beds were comfortable enough. We weren't in the rooms all that long so they were just somewhere to store our luggage and sleep really. The let us store our cases in a room before our check in time so we could go off and do Foot Golf, which was nice of them. Overall a great weekend, but felt slightly rushed due to transport issues.

Fantastic experience: We booked life drawings and the casino night out. I didn't have to do anything else. Enjoyed both activities a lot and really pleased with Freedom. Great customer service, had to clarify a couple of things and they helped me first time. The online payment system was great because we wanted to hide the life drawings from the rest of the party. They had no idea! Would recommend 100%.

Positive experience: I booked a nude life drawing for 14 hens. The hen was very surprised but we really enjoyed it. Some booze would have been nice to ease us in to the activity so that would be the only thing that could be improved. Our host sussed our group out well so we felt comfortable. I was impressed. Fantastic experience: From the first enquiry to saying goodbye to lads when the event was over customer service was amazing. I loved that I didn't have to collect the money from each hen they all got a link and paid directly We didn't want anyone to know what the event was so they even kept that secret for me. Our class was a life drawing class and was a complete shock to the girls who all had the most fantastic time. I would highly recommend freedom as it makes planning a large group so easy. The only disappointment I have is that we only used them for our activity I wish we had used them for accommodation and meals etc. Keep doing what ye are doingxxx

Fantastic experience: Awesome Weekend in Budapest! just got back from my best mates stag do in Budapest. Everything was brilliant from meeting us at airport to dropping us back on Sunday. Our rep, Anya, made sure the weekend ran smoothly. The shooting was unbelievable and the nightlife, from what I remember, was perfect for us. Having Anya with us on bar crawl on first night made sure we got into best bars and into club. Fantastic experience: We booked a 3 day stag do in Budapest through Freedom. UK staff excellent and flexible when booking. Completely hassle free and we met a fantastic local guide who accompanied us on the daytime activities and evening (bar crawl, nightclub entry and a meal). VIP entry to a great club which had a huge queue was really helpful. Strongly recommend, great value for money.

Positive experience: I booked a stag weekend in Cardiff including Hotel, Bubble Football, Escape rooms and bar tour, the team were very helpful advising on hotel location and distance to station. Made life easy as everyone could pay their own part individually and took the stress away. Events were well organised and as close as possible to our hotel. Had an itenery sent the week before and most of the activities contacted me as well. Only small negative is that groups of less than 10 have to pay suplements on some activities. But the stag had a great time and that’s the main thing.

Fantastic experience: We used Freedom to arrange life drawing for our friend's hen do - and had a fantastic time. The tutor was lovely and Alex, the model, was also really easygoing. We all felt totally at ease and had such a giggle, especially the bride - we surprised her with it :) The event got the whole day off to a great start! Fantastic experience: Such a fun afternoon! I booked the inflatable games for my 30th birthday and it was very easy to be able to have my friends pay Freedom Ltd directly rather than me having to chase people for money. It was smaller than described (eg: the inflatable tunnels were not 30ft long) and some of of the inflatables were different to what was described, but that didn't impact on the enjoyment. I and my friends loved it and the staff were really great - looking out for our safety and making it really fun as well.

Fantastic experience: With us being a large group we were struggling to find an escape room for our numbers for my friends Hen do! Luckily we found Freedom and they were really helpful. My friend got a free place as there was atleast 15 of us and so handy that we all had our own log in details to pay. Overall really eaay process would definitely use them again.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant process - really good communication without any problems. Confirmed all my questions, always provided quick replies and checked in with emails to wish us fun at the events. Freedom dealt with the suppliers of the events, so there was no hassle for me as as the stag organiser. All booked, provided with itinerary and turned up on the day with everything already in place. Also, great payment system - providing a portal so that each stag guest could pay their portion through a link to the account, rather than having me pay the full amount and later trying to recoup payments from party members. Definitely recommended for stags.

Fantastic experience: I booked a Mobile Adventure Game (Hen Pecking Order Challenge) through Freedom Ltd. The game was well designed and our group had fun playing - I recommend this as a good activity to do during the day. Freedom Ltd were very helpful and quick to respond to all my queries.

Fantastic experience: Had my hen party last weekend , we booked a booze cruise on the thames with freedom. Everything was so smooth running and easily accessed snd understood via the app/website. All enquiries were responded to promptly. We had the most amazing time and i cant thank freedom enough for the amazing experience that we had. I would highly recommend using this company , it takes a hell of alot of stress off your shoulders when trying to organise for larger groups. There was 17 of us in total.

Fantastic experience: Thanks for an amazing stag weekend in Leeds! From start to end Freedom were on hand and responded to any queries I had. All the activities were nearby to the accomodation (as requested) and Freedom provided a full iternary with all contacts prior to the event. No faults, also the price of the stag itself was decent compared to other companies.

Fantastic experience: The booking was so easy and the team were so helpful in the run up to the day. We had full information of where to go and what to do on arrival. We booked a spice girls dance class, the teacher was lovely and fun and we all had such an amazing time. The bride was over the moon and had never heard of anything like it. Fantastic experience: Freedom were absolutely amazing. I was organising my best friends hen party and they literally did most of the work in arranging the activity and liaising with the company. We had so much fun doing “Goofy inflatable games” the bride to be absolutely loved it! Fantastic experience: Communication from Freedom was excellent whenever I had a question they got straight back to me. We done the Beyoncé dancing which was brilliant, the dance teacher Jane was really good and made us feel comfortable and confident whilst dancing. The venue was also really good, nice friendly staff who brought our drinks to us so we could get on with the dance class. The location of dance class was really good and within the town centre, this allowed us to carry on enjoying our day after the dancing. We also had the free nightclub entry to Pryzm which was included, we really enjoyed too. All in all really good booking, good value for money - Cant fault it :)

They not only help you find somewhere to go they organise the payments, which is great, chasing payments is not fun so this really takes the stress away.They are also always there if you have any questions. Fantastic experience: Great time. Organised shock football and bar and club passes in Cardiff for stag it ready and fair play to them was very affordable and good time. Ended up finalising stag within 2 weeks before stag date and was not a problem for them. Took a lot of weight off my shoulders as the best man. Thanks again

Fantastic experience: I was so impressed with Freedom Events, especially as what I wanted was such short notice. Another company had unfortunately cancelled on us with 4 weeks before the hen-do, and Freedom couldn't have been more helpful to accommodate what we wanted. With such short notice, I hadn't held out much hope. Correspondence was great, and the payment process / signing up all the girls on the website was easy. Thank you ladies, you really did help us out of a massive panic, and we had a fantastic day in Brighton jumping around the inflatable games!

Fantastic experience: I booked a Beyonce dance class for a hen party and Freedom Ltd were there every step of the way! From receiving my first quote to checking how it went Freedom Ltd were friendly, quick to respond answering any questions I had and made it very easy to book and pay for my event.
