Fantastic experience: We would just like to mention Olga at this store, she has been absolutely brilliant with us. We went to Mexico last year with Tui and had an issue at our hotel. It wasn't Tui's fault but we spoke to Olga when we got back and she put us in touch with the right department. She dealt with us all the way through really helpful and professional. Because she was so helpful we remembered her name and have booked another holiday with her for next year. Brilliant customer service Olga. Thank you so much

Negative experience: Scamming with a currency exchange. Been there 18th April around half past 11am. The lady at the counter gave me 280 pounds for 400eur. Unforunately I didn't ask for a receipt, beware everyone !

Fantastic experience: I normally book my holidays online but I thought I would try the Llandudno Tui shop this time . And I'm glad I did . Emily was super helpful, infact all the ladies were . A couple of them had recently been to the Cape Verde hotel I was interested in and it was great to get some first hand knowledge before making my decision. Emily set up my Tui app and sorted out my traveler entry form so I didn't need to anything. Great Service.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I visited the TUI store in Llandudno on the 12/01/24 to book our holiday for September. We have to say a massive thank you to Rosie for her first class customer service from start to finish. She went through every detail with a fine tooth comb and made sure that we understood everything. Rosie was fantastic, positive and upbeat she was exactly what you needed when booking a holiday. Positive experience: Olga was helpful , friendly throughout our visit. The cost of the Travel Insurance quote without detailing medical conditions was high so wanted to look into before booking. Sorted out our travel insurance at a lot lower cost than on offer for the next 12 months. We looked online and the cost was reduced by £375 against the same holiday in store. At no time during our time I store were we told you could match the online cost.

Fantastic experience: All the staff in the Llandudno Tui store are fantastic, a great bunch who are all so helpful and aim to please. Nothing is to much trouble and they give you the best advice with regards to choosing the right holiday for you. We booked with Sophie on this occasion and she is so professional, her customer service is second to none and she helped us pick our Honeymoon destination. I find her really enthusiastic, she gives off a great energy and she is always smiling.
