Fantastic experience: Just had the best experience booking a golf trip for a select small group of guys. As usual looking for efficiency and cost I started with a list of 4 golf trip operators. To be honest golfbreaks we're amazing, Nyall looked after me in terms of price and was so efficient all the way. Obviously I'll keep you posted on our trip to Morocco on my reviews.

Fantastic experience: Great service, simple to book and very helpful staff

Negative experience: Good job in tailoring trip to our needs. Golfbreaks were knowledgeable, helpful and responsive and their package price for this destination (Greece) was competitive. Booking process was easy. However, their Customer Service team then completely bungled a modification to the booking -and they have still not fixed the issue - which may result in us having to cancel the holiday. Very disappointing.

Fantastic experience: As a first-timer booking a golf trip, I was worried about getting it all wrong. If I’d booked my golf break without Joe’s help, I definitely would have gotten it wrong. I found the type of trip I wanted on the Golf Breaks site and submitted an enquiry. From that point, the service was brilliant. Joe talked me through what I was looking for, sent over several options to choose from, and made it really easy to mix and match parts of the packages. I could say, “I love those golf courses but not so keen on that hotel,” and Joe would reply with something like, “No problem, how about this one? I can book your tee times now too, what order do you want to play the courses?” Something I wouldn’t have even thought of until I was there. Once I found the perfect hotel and courses, I paid the deposit, and things got even better. I was given access to a part of the site where my full trip and itinerary were laid out, making everything clear and stress-free. The whole process took the hassle out of planning, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Thanks for all your help Joe I’m already looking forward to planning my next trip away with you.

Fantastic experience: This is the 4th year running that Joe from Golf breaks has sorted out our trip. We went abroad for the first time this year which was a great trip so we were probably a bit more fussy/picky this year. Negative experience: We booked a trip to Manor Of Groves for a couple of rounds of golf and an overnight stay. When we turned up we found out that it was maintenance week and so the course wasn’t in the condition that we expected it to be. The greens were pretty much unplayable and the course Marshall even told us before we tee’d off what to expect and apologised for the condition of the greens. Now I know that all courses have to be maintained but we weren’t told before we arrived that this was the case. This isn’t the thing that I’m annoyed about though. Whilst booking the weekend and before we got there, Customer Services couldn’t have been more helpful. Responding to emails for tee times etc. almost instantly. The three emails that I’ve sent since have all been ignored. I think I’ll be looking elsewhere for our next golf trip which is a shame.

With in 1 hour I had 3 nights accommodation and three rounds of golf booked at one of Englands top 100 golf course. This is the most stress free booking I have ever made . I agreed to the quote logged in to the app noticed it said I had to pay the total sum of money 8 weeks before the event our event was only 6 weeks away. Everyone I have dealt with is friendly and listens to what you require for your society. This year Sam Brinsden and Jack Collins helped us achieve a completely trouble free trip to Le Touquet. For our trip next year to Bruges, Dominic Spencer is providing all the necessary help and information that we need and it is already looking like we have another trip to remember. Our society has been going abroad since 2000 and Golfbreaks are the best agents we have had in that time. Roll on Bruges 2025!

Negative experience: I have used Golfbreaks by PGA TOUR for several golf trips, most of which have been enjoyable with competitive pricing and a wide range of destinations. However, my recent trip to Scotland highlighted some issues, and I feel it’s important to share a balanced view: Pros: Diverse Destinations: They offer a variety of golf destinations worldwide. Generally Positive Experiences: Out of six trips, five were well-organized and enjoyable, reflecting good value for money. Handling of Unexpected Issues: During a trip to Italy, a day tour was cancelled just days before it was scheduled. Golfbreaks handled this situation correctly by providing full compensation, which was appreciated. Cons: Consistent Communication Issues: Each trip, including those that went well, experienced some level of miscommunication. The issues were minor in most cases but became significantly disruptive during the Scotland tour. Handling of Financial Adjustments: The most recent trip involved unexpected changes and a lack of transparency, leading to considerable additional expenses. This included a last-minute alteration in day tours, which was poorly handled. Resolution and Customer Service: The resolution to issues, particularly regarding financial adjustments, has been consistently rigid. The recent handling of a $400 credit was particularly disappointing, lacking the flexibility one might expect from a service endorsed by the PGA TOUR. While I have had several positive experiences with Golfbreaks, the last trip has made me cautious. I would consider using them again due to the past good experiences, but I advise potential customers to be very clear about terms and communication upfront to avoid similar issues.

Fantastic experience: Only a quick overnight golf stay required but organising 10+ blokes is hard work. Using Golfbreaks makes things a much easier and Calum had plenty of patience whilst I sorted out my guys. Our original choice wasn't available so Calum set to work to find us somewhere different that fitted our requirements, cost, tee times, distance, twin rooms etc., Calum sorted it all for us.

I was offered a phone call at an appointed time and Cameron rang me as promised. Within an hour I had received 4 alternatives for our trip. Friend had tried to book a deal with Your Golf Travel and was constantly on the phone negotiating and never being offered the right deal at the right price. Negative experience: Stress, never again. Got to the 1st of 4 courses (3 nights) booking in France. They knew absolutely nothing about us. Just what you need after a very long drive etc. Managed to get on due to the continous rain after waiting a few hours. Contacted Golfbreaks to report the issue and make sure the rest of the booking was OK. No reply, no call back, no response. So spent the first round and night worried all the courses would all have the same issue. Ruined it for the group. Customer service is a joke. Go elsewhere, I will be. All it needed was a quick reply to say all resolved but nothing. UTTER COWBOYS

Negative experience: Charged extra when confirming booking for golf buggies which had been requested at every interaction and included in all quotes from golf breaks, strangely once they were challenged on hotel room price and had to reduce the quote, buggies weren’t included previously?
