Fantastic experience: I went in to the aylesbury store yesterday the 15th of march 2024 and was greeted by Martin, he asked me where I was looking to go on my holiday with my two children. He spent alot of time talking to us about all the hotels. He was very helpful looked at lots of different deals for myself and work around the dates I had given him. Always seeing if he could do more. Martin ended up getting me a very good deal on an amazing hotel for the dates i wanted. Martin was lovely to talk to and very helpful. he was very knowledgeable about Egypt as he had been there himself so informed me about good places to eat and what was in the area to do. Will be going back in to the aylesbury store next year to book our big family holiday with Martin.

Negative experience: Looking at your reviews its a shame I did not have Jo when I called in today. Unfortunately the dark haired lady I saw was not very helpful. It felt like I was a inconvenience and being told that I could see exactly the same holidays on the Internet as they could does not encourage me to call in for any help or for them to book my holiday. She never went out of her way to show me any options or go through any hotels with me it was disappointing. I will certainly think twice before calling in again.x Maybe Hays Travel will be more helpful.

Fantastic experience: Been dealing with Jo, we walked in on Saturday to look to book our honeymoon, but not found any hotels we liked in 4 different countries. Jo spent quite a bit of time with us and found us what looks to be the perfect Honeymoon Hotel. She has also looked at other things for us and came back to me when she said she would. To be honest I wasn’t going to use TUI again after my last holiday, but my wife convinced me just to go into TUI for a look. If this holiday is how it is meant to be.. Jo will be the only person I will be dealing with in my future holidays.

Fantastic experience: Visited this store to establish the current situation with our Rhodes holiday in September. Martin (who I give 5 stars to) was extremely helpful but his ability to resolve our issue is hindered by TUI's restrictive policies. If I was to rate TUI's performance it would be ONE star. TUI are in breach of the package travel regulations and need to start giving some customer service.

Fantastic experience: My fiancé and I have used tui to book holidays for years.We love the Aylesbury branch, we have booked a few holidays with Martin (Geraghty) who is so friendly; knowledgable and nothing is too much trouble.He doesn’t rush us, is always happy and chatty which I find valuable and is always able to find out any thing we need to know about the holiday we are thinking about booking which is excellent ! I would quite happily wait so I would be seen by Martin . He is a credit to TUI.

Fantastic experience: Came into store and had a very pleasant experience. I was dealt with my a gentleman called Martin who was very friendly and knowledgeable. After being given many options and a lot of information I was able to decide my holiday. Martin was able to tell me different places to visit from his own experience and I felt like I could trust him. He knew about what attracted people to different places, he knew what was good about various different countries and I felt at ease and that I could put my trust into him to plan my perfect holiday. I cannot recommend Martin enough, he is a credit to your team!

We have just booked a holiday for Tenerife last week and the Staff always give you a friendly reception. My Partner and I would never book on line when we can get so helpful Staff in the Shop. Negative experience: Went in store, completely useless, I have booked a holiday online which was cancelled , spent 7 hours on phone and nobody got in touch so I thought I will go in person. They said there was nothing they could do and I was reassured that “they also do the same, hours on the phone”. Poor poor service, avoid

Fantastic experience: We visited TUI in Aylesbury today after our flights had been cancelled 48 hours before our holiday (not by TUI) Martin was absolutely amazing - customer service at its very best! He went above and beyond to find us a replacement holiday, calling the hotel to check some details, checking us into our flights, and giving us some fantastic advice and guidance. He could not have done any more for us. Thank you.

Negative experience: Had a response regarding booking a trip for solo travellers and the indifference shown by tui in trying to book through them. It was a standard computer generated apology "Sorry we didn't get it quite right this time " "Quite right" ??? I was misled by this out fit in the past saying no single rooms at my destination when booking 3 years ago. When I got to the destination the management told me that they had 6 single occupancy rooms available at that time......sounds like someone wasn't playing with a straight bat. On my recent booking Hays travel in Aylesbury found multiple choices single occupancy so no SINGLE OCCUPANCY SURCHARGE REQUIRED. UNLIKE THE OTHER OUTFIT.....TUI ! BE AWARE POTENTIAL SOLO TRAVELLERS !!
