Fantastic experience: We had such a fantastic last-minute getaway to Paris, and it couldn't have been smoother – all thanks to Ross! From the moment we walked in, Ross was incredibly helpful and informative, answering all our questions and making sure everything was taken care of. What really made the experience stress-free was how organised he was – he even checked us in and printed our boarding passes, which took all the hassle out of travelling. It honestly made the whole trip feel so easy and relaxed. Paris was beautiful, and knowing the logistics were all sorted made it even more enjoyable. Fantastic experience: On a recent trip to Benidorm, myself and my wife were struggling to book, leaving it very last minute trying to find the right deal. Within 1 hour of contact with Pennines Natasha, we found ourselves with a hotel, flights and transfer, in a hotel we'd consider a substantial upgrade to those we'd been looking at prior to our phone call. Giving us time to look at the hotel ourselves, without trying to oversell the holiday package to us. Once we agreed we'd take it, the holiday was booked, required information was passed on and little more was needed. The holiday itself was fantastic, and the hotel extremely accessible to all of benidorm. Fantastic experience: Me and my husband have been looking at a trip to Japan for the last couple of years now and have loved the idea of the trips across the different cities that are sometimes posted with great deals through Pennine Travel. We have finally decided to go next year and have had lots of communication with Ross at the Hebden Bridge branch via email and on the phone, and we can absolutely not thank him enough for the time and effort he has put in to planning our trip for us, carefully taking into consideration the location and reviews of the hotels we will be staying in, flight times whilst of course getting us a great deal. Kept us informed from booking to travelling. Emailed the hotel to ask for cot space. Checked us in when available and updated on flight variances (airline changes), ensuring we still had booked seats together as travelling as a family with a 1 year old. Negative experience: Ignores requests several times and not accommodating. Been ignored for 4 weeks. Gone rubbish since its changed to hays. If you don't work then this will be the best place to contact If you work then don't bother with them

We flew to Singapore then onto Perth where we boarded the Indian Pacific Train stopping at some fantastic locations then arriving in Sydney, we boarded Celebrity Cruises for a 12 night trip around New Zealand back to Sydney visiting Manley Island and Bondi Beach. Having couriers meeting us at the Airports and to finish of our trip on our return stay in Singapore we visited Raffles. The Gardens by the Bay light show then finally at Singapore Airport seeing The Jewel. Thank you so much for everything you did in organizing this special trip.
