Fantastic experience: Well after trying to book Premier seats with my local store in the north East of England for a upcoming cruise l found out l wasting my time the young lady never had a clue, so l tried to contact tui head office another waste of time and money, but ended up being put through to this tui branch in Portsmouth what a breath of fresh air the lady l spoke with had the man management skills to listen in a professional manner her knowledge of what I was trying to say as l didn't know what price l was paying due to less knowledge person in the north East. Christina was understanding polite excellent in going through my holiday from the airport, cruise, seating, making me feel comfortable instead of me cancelling my holiday l wasn't worried about losing my £656.00 deposit she assured me everything was OK, l like to thank CHRISTINA once again and l will definitely book with this branch again. Fantastic experience: I visited the shop today and the member of staff was brilliant. Bridie talked through the stages of what I was requesting, was cheerful, as we chatted about things. And when I was using a TUI gift card as part payment, Bridie apologised as she was still learning and was unsure of the process. She was helped by another senior colleague and they both went through it together. After completing the transaction Bridie apologised again for the length of time it took, I said , I rather that, than you feeling pressured into rushing and an error occurs. I thanked Bridie and her colleague for their help. 5* service

Nothing is too much trouble and always smiling! And help with my disability and always do everything on the computer for me, as I have no idea! Many thanks To my favourite girls Megan, Cameron, jasmine and Carla but all of them are lovely I can't thank you enough for making my holidays hassle free and they make me feel like I can travel by myself with my disability as they arrange every last detail.

Fantastic experience: After numerous attempts at booking online and trying to utilise a tui flight delay voucher, Amy and Sheryl went out of their way to assist us with our booking. They both tried numerous times to book and action our booking, and rather then send us away they pursued until we were able to fully book and confirm. This was not an easy task for them both and used all their resources to ensure we left the store with a booking (although they were extremely busy in the store that day). What an amazing service! Additionally to this, we since received an email from tui advising us that there will be major building works scheduled when we are due to be there, and had 10 days to make a decision if we wanted to change destination. We then went back to store, and Amy again went out of her way to ensure our booking was amended and secured. Fantastic customer service all round from both Amy and Sheryl (manager).

I was really dreading the booking process because I wasn't convinced all my needs would be met and some of our needs were a must. I spoke to a lovely lady called Bonnie in the shop. She was very helpful and talked me through everything in detail. She made the whole experience easy and I'm really looking forward to our holiday now. Fantastic experience: Went in store yesterday to enquire about a holiday for my 60th birthday next year. Spoke to Yvette about a possibility but couldn't decide on dates. Anyway cut a long story short my Boss confirmed the dates we decided on and so went back today to book up. Yvette brought up our enquiry and we reconfirmed our Date's, she couldn't have done more for us and even placed on the booking that it would be my birthday. So all in all we both couldn't be happier and really looking forward to it.

Negative experience: Recently booked for holiday in Turkey, day flight although with 3rd party airline. Flights got changed to a evening flight ( 6& 1/2 hours later) therefore arriving early hours on 2nd day of holiday booking ‍♂️. Unfortunately my wife can not fly on night flights as anxiety kicks in big time ; brought this issue to tui trying to rearrange different flights/ holiday. However after all efforts from the girls in the shop the powers to be have now decided after 14 ! Yes 14 days (3rd party airline included) ther is no other flights which we knew 14 days ago ; also no new offer to change holiday or refund !! So it's off to the ombudsman & HAYS travel next time !!!Maybe someone in tui should also read reviews for corendon airlines and maybe think why are we using them !!!

The best travel shop in North End, well worth a visit if you want to book a holiday
