Fantastic experience: I was struggling booking a holiday on line so decided to phone instead, luckily for me my call was answered by a lady called Megan who was excellent at her job, listened to all the details I was after and sorted it all out in a matter of minutes and we had a laugh, (you don't get that online) superb service. Fantastic experience: Tui Leeds - Excellent Service by Megan and the Team! Just wanted to give a big shoutout to Megan and the team at TUI Leeds for their fantastic customer service! They were all incredibly professional and helpful throughout our visit. Megan especially shone. It was clear she genuinely enjoys her job, making the entire booking process a breeze, even the often-dreaded insurance part. We all know those terms and conditions can be a snoozefest! They even went above and beyond by making us a coffee, which was a lovely touch. This is exactly why i have booked all my holidays through TUI over the years. It's a shame the airport lounges won't be available for our upcoming Mexican adventure in November, but that's a minor detail compared to the exceptional service we received. Fantastic experience: Called in to the Tui Store Leeds today due to seeking assistance with my online flight seat bookings and passenger locator form. Megan spent the time patiently helping me with this and managed to sort everything out in no time at all. I really appreciate your kind help and great customer service. Negative experience: Tui should be ashamed of themself. I went to go get money off of my travel card and they won't accept a provisional licence. I have no money and haven't eaten since yesterday. Due to this, I will not be able to eat till tomorrow. Absolutely discusting customer service, that Tui have my money and won't get me it even though I have provided government ID. Tui should be really ashamed. I've now reported you to the FCA and put a complaint in with Tui. Although the Tui complaint will take 5 working days to resolved. I've called tui store today but gave me the same rhetoric. Wasn't helpful as they still can't help me today..... just stupid. Always easy to hide behind T&C's. I'll be cancelling this card and getting a post office travel card. Rubbish service from Tui.

Negative experience: Someone at TUI complaining about busker making money. Not in spirit of the new year. I was literally looking at a holiday to book with you but after seeing you pick on buskers, not a chance. Sad sad people.

Fantastic experience: BUREAU 5* A great new store, bright and breezy and the staff reflect this - everyone is so welcoming. The service is great and nothing seems too much to deal with. Recently, Eletia supported me with my foreign currency and she was able to give me advice on using debit and credit cards abroad which was invaluable. It must be noted, whenever the staff are busy with other customers they always acknowledge new customers which is brilliant.

She went above and beyond last week to help us sort out some questions and worries we had about out booking. We came in with one query and came out with answers to things we hadn't even thought about! We booked the holiday on Tuesday by phone. Was never under pressure to book a holiday. Can't thank the people in the store enough. Would highly recommend this store.

The staff their are all very knowledgeable and we're able to answer any burning questions I had regarding trips abroad in a nice and friendly manner.

Fantastic experience: Booked 3 holidays with Fay recently from this branch. Fay goes above and beyond and thinks outside of the box to ensure that you get the holiday you want. Nothing if ever too much trouble for a “fussy and demanding” customer. Fay is also very knowledgable and if she is unsure, she will find out the answer for you. I have been kept upto date with any flight changes and changes to entry rules at designation, what a great service from Fay at TUI. Thank you so much for all your help!

Fantastic experience: Very helpful staff and very polite we always go to tui crown point the staff always help us find the holiday we are looking for and help with the disability needs I need for my friend it always goes very well.

Negative experience: Only have ONE person that can deal with Western Union transactions. So with 6+ staff members in the shop and 2 customers no one could help me!! If that person is dealing with a customer then you’re out of luck!!

Fantastic experience: The lady I saw was extremely reassuring and understanding of my hidden disabilities. She arranged my special assistance quickly and talked me through in detail about the pre flight documentation I needed. Despite it being a very busy Sunday she didn't make us feel rushed and fully explained everything.

Negative experience: Having waited forever and spending a fortune with TUI to get the honeymoon of our dreams, we were today left, ripped off, with nowhere to turn. We visited the Crown Point store in Leeds and was meet with a useless, incompetent sales rep. Her manager wasn’t interested in helping or talking to us, wearing trainers at work kind of gives you the slobbish picture that we were met with. We took TUIs advice when booking the correct package for our PCR tests, to find that they were actually not correct. With two days to go til we depart, we have had to pay the earth, for a next day results, Covid 19 ‘fit to fly’ tests. Safe to say, we will NOT be travelling with TUI ever again.
