Fantastic experience: I had amazing experience with Tui. Laura Perry was very helpful and she literally helped me with my flight bookings. Thankyou it was fab experience.

Negative experience: Again they gave the wrong information on the facilities offered by the hotel we were booking regarding the Spa facilities yes it's included and I asked them to double check so after much screen reading and phone calls yes it's included so booked no worries. On arrival went to the Spa to be told no it's not included and extra charges would apply so I wasn't happy which is understandable. Seen the TUI Rep who was fantastic he did say that it was extra charges for the Spa I explained the booking situation all done in store at the Swansea branch and he asked me to call them in which I did then when I was explaining the issue I just had the wait until I was back home and send a complaint form off this is the first morning of my holiday. The TUI Rep on site took on board what I told him a he listened to the conversation and he was great and gave us the facilities we originally booked and really did go the extra mile without your onsite Rep and his relationship with the Hotel itself we wouldn't have been happy with the booking.

Fantastic experience: I returned to the Swansea quadrant store to book my 2025 holiday. I sat with Laura Davies who made my experience very easy, give me all my options, what I could book before hand, including travel insurance, couldn’t have asked for more. Will definitely be returning to store to book my 2026 holiday.

Fantastic experience: I visited the Store this week and due to circumstances beyond Tui’s control I had to cancel my Holiday. Sophie was very helpful and explained all the options available to me clearly. She also answered all my questions and was very Professional on the phone in dealing with the Third Party who dealt with the refund. I usually book my Tui Holidays online but I would certainly go to the Store when I book future Holidays. It was a pleasure to meet Sophie at a very worrying time and I left feeling a valued Customer. Thank you Sophie.

Negative experience: I raised a complaint - no one came back to me. Kelly the deputy manager never contacted me. I had to call again. She still did nit speak to me. I would never use this Company in a month of Sundays. £6000 worth of holiday and they charged to rectify a minor error, which took seconds to adjust. Just to let you know that Sam Smiths Travel in Mumbles is amazing. We are going to spend our hard earned money there in future. Absolutely disgusting service.

Fantastic experience: We had a fantastic experience in the Tui store in Swansea Quadrant. It was our first time booking a family holiday with our children and we had no clue where to begin apart from a rough idea of where we wanted to go. We sat with Lucy who couldn’t have done more for us. She was so knowledgeable and knew exactly what we wanted to suit our two young daughters. She found us the most beautiful hotel in Ibiza, found us the best flights and did everything she could with our schedules to find us the best price for the dates we could do. We were so happy with her service and the amazing package she put together for us that we booked there and then! I’d highly recommend this branch and will 100% going back to book any future holidays!

Fantastic experience: Recently visited the Quadrant TUI store for information on planning a holiday. All the staff were friendly and welcoming and I was sat with a lady named Nicci. I didn’t know where I wanted to go but Nicci was brilliant, as she was well traveled and had lots of knowledge on so many destinations and gave me some great advice and tips. I would certainly be returning to book my holiday with her as soon as my leave is approved at work.

Negative experience: Disgusting service received by Kelly the deputy manager. We had been misinformed which led us to purchasing a holiday. After sorting out 3 children, taking time off work and driving for 2 hours at 2am to the airport and paying for parking we were unable to travel. Kelly admitted it was her fault and apologised. Refunded my holiday and car parking money. I have asked for compensation which has been refused by her manager Amy after such a huge amount of inconvenience and upset due to being misinformed by TUI. I will obviously be taking this further…….

I sat down with Lucy and looked at lots of different holidays which would suit us as a family and she was absolutely amazing with finding us the best deal and best package. Fantastic experience: At the start of November I came into TUI to book a holiday to Egypt, a lovely girl called Maddy said hello and had a lovely smile. I told her I was a bit nervous and I was also excited. She booked me a holiday and explained everything to me in a way I understood. She answered all the questions that I was in doubt about. She made me feel really happy that Maddy was able to do everything for me and there was no need for me to worry about anything. The price of my holiday was amazing and it was 5 star. Also the help they give you in the TUI swansea is amazing. The staff are so friendly. Unfortunately I had to cancel the holiday because my partner had to go to A&E but maddy was so helpful in sorting this out for me and was able to get me a refund so I am very grateful for that. I would recommend this store because they are so friendly and helpful. Thank you all. if you go to Swansea ask for Maddy as well because she went above and beyond xx

Fantastic experience: Laura exceeded my expectations today and she went above and beyond in helping us with what many would consider an admin matter that we should have done ourselves. It was done with a smile and willingly which really impressed me. Also, I ordered some current from Samantha who was very pleasant and helpful. Fantastic experience: A big shout out to Kelly @tui store swansea quadrant. I explained to Kelly what was needed for our holiday to be stress free as I was taking family members with needs and other disabilities. Kelly was so professional and knowledgeable recommended an amazing hotel (wheelchair friendly) serving a wide variety of tasty dishes from around the world aswell as local food (asd family member it was great for them). The staff were so patient and polite with my elderly frail in-laws. Kelly recommended such wonderful memorable excursions for all the family's needs. Thank you Kelly for such an amazing stress free holiday, catering for all the families ailments. We appreciate everything you did for us and I sure hope the store manager and all the other mangers ranking to head office appreciate you for the knowledge, care and professionalism you delivered to us as a family. Fantastic experience: Haven't been abroad for many years, so didn't know where to begin when I was after some advice on a trip to New york, victoria was the girl to ask as she was very knowledgeable and had a lot of time to explain everything I needed to know

Fantastic experience: Went in to the TUI shop in Swansea to ask for advice from a store member and spoke to a lovely lady called Kelly who was so polite and very knowledgeable so I ask if she could help with any trips we could go on why on holiday in Cyprus and she recommended a boat trip called the wavedancer which we booked why we was in the shop and I've got to say that trip was amazing from start to finish from the amazing staff the food was 5 star the places they stopped my wife had a bad bit of sea sickness and the captain was on hand to help and give advice and got his staff to get a sun bed and place it down on the lower deck which I thought was above and beyond so all in all I can't thank Kelly enough for recommending such a great excursion and I will be booking my next holiday in November with TUI Swansea
