Fantastic experience: As a family we went into this store looking for help and advice on booking a particular hotel that we had seen online and through the brochures. Having my own business I know only too well the importance and value of a face to face discussion and informative advice from people with knowledge and who are at the top of there game. We were fortunate enough to meet up with Sophie who was incredibly helpful, warming, and knowledgeable. We had such excellent service from this lady we ended up booking the holiday of our choice there and then. A business is only as good as the people that represent it and she's an absolute credit to this company and there's a lot of rude disrespectful people in this world right now that could learn a lesson or two from this charming young lady who gave us excellent service Thanks again Kind Regards Deano & Family

Fantastic experience: We always go to the Hempstead store to book our holidays, and have always been well looked after. However last year, when deciding between countries we were paired up with Krystal - who gave us the most detailed guide & download on Jamaica. We booked up there and then, listening to Krystal’s advice on where to go and where was best for us as a family. We have already discussed other possibilities for further holidays with her already. The amount of details and care Krystal gives is for us unmatched.

Fantastic experience: Went in store to book a cruise for my wife myself and our daughter and her boyfriend. We was greated in store by Julie who had fantastic manners polite and was so helpful. Unfortunately she was unable to deal with our booking due to her duties on the front desk. Butt she showed us to one of her colleagues called danice who was fantastic on booking our cruise. It was a pleasure to be served by two very professional members of staff. I would not hesitate to recommend the Hempstead valley store to anyone who is looking to book a holiday or break away. Fantastic experience: Had an incredible experience yesterday with Nichola! She smashed all our expectation when it comes to booking a holiday, we had a load of requirement from allergies to autism friendly and mobility friendly too. Fantastic experience: Went in to add some excursions to our holiday and ended up saving over £ 900 on another holiday to Italy. ALL the staff are very helpful and informative. Negative experience: I went into the TUI store at Hempstead Valley today 11th December,and spoke to a lady on the enquiry desk to ask for the information required for a visa I needed for a TUI holiday I had booked. She answered one question but then informed me to Google for the rest of information I wanted. There was no other customers in the store. Good customer service would have been to get the information to help me, the Customer. I'm very disappointed with the way I was dealt with.

Fantastic experience: Charlotte has been extremely helpful organising previous holidays for us. We were so grateful that she could support us with our wedding and honeymoon plans. Charlotte provides such a personal experience and understood our wishes, making us feel nothing was too much to ask for!

Fantastic experience: My partner and I visited the Hempstead Valley branch where we had a 1-1 appointment with Carla who spent a very long time with us as we both wanted different things from our holiday so didn’t think we would find something! However, Carla went above and beyond to find us the perfect holiday. We have just returned from said holiday at the Tui Sueno Cortigo Blanco which was absolutely incredible and I couldn’t fault it one bit. I normally would have overlooked this hotel but Carla showed us all the different aspects of it and found us excursions surrounding it which helped so much when we were out there. I would recommend Carla to anyone wanting to book a holiday and will definitely be back to book our next holiday!

Fantastic experience: Hillary has been enormously helpful over the years, 10 years plus. I look forward to going to the store and catching up during the booking of 2 to 3 Holidays a year. Fantastic experience: Just booked two entirely different holidays with Carla at Tui Hempstead Valley. She was absolutely fantastic with us and very patient. The first holiday was for 10 of us including 4 children going to Mexico at Easter. She gave us so much advice of where was good to travel with children, something we havent done for years. Her knowledge regarding the hotels and areas was superb. The second was for six of us travelling on a cruise next winter to celebrate a big 0 birthday. Her expert knowledge was invaluable, particualrly as two of the couples had not been on a cruise before. She was very attentive and made us feel comfortable to ask lots of questions. Negative experience: Could have done it myself,there was not more security going into store. Staff on 1 occasion very sullen and unhelpful When changes made on booking, nothing transfered further down the line everytime at airport or hotel they had nothing on amendment done and paid for in TUI store

Fantastic experience: We went into the TUI Hempstead Valley Branch looking to book our holiday and wedding in the Caribbean, for a number of friends and family. Our contact, Nicola, was brilliant. She was extremely helpful, patient and understanding. A number of changes were made to the bookings which were no issue for Nicki and were made immediately. Our wedding was perfect and both family and friends were delighted with the hotel and holiday experience. Some never thought they would ever go to the Caribbean and are already thinking of going back! Thank you again Nicola for all your help and advice, we couldn’t have done it without you!

Fantastic experience: Tui holiday store, Hempstead Valley Shopping Centre, Paula was amazing, helping us find a last minute break to Venice. Booked Monday evening to arrive Sunday morning, here now and adventure so far faultless, Bisanzio hotel great, friendly and opposite a water bus stop with all the tourist attractions around us. Fantastic experience: Came in to the shop on Saturday to book Florida holiday and was greeted by Mel who was so welcoming and very obviously understood how excited I was to be planning a holiday to Disney, We were directed to the Disney expert Cheryl, We sat and went over what we wanted and Cheryl knew exactly what that was in terms of where to stay and the package we wanted..So helpful and felt really comfortable and knew we were getting the best deal for the dates we gave! We went through lots of different locations/hotels and also looked at the best price for them as well. We decided on the hotel and area so we booked.
