Fantastic experience: This is my first time going to Umrah. I was a bit hesitant because I was going alone with my husband without any knowledge of the journey ahead of us. It turned out to be a very beautiful spiritual journey. I felt at peace, as if I were living in another parallel world. We booked our Umrah with Ideal Umrah. I found them on Facebook, and I couldn’t be happier. They arranged everything for us, such as tickets, visas, hotels, and transportation from the airport to our hotel. Ashan Khan, our agent, was the best part of it all. He was very efficient, always answering my inquiries, and making sure everything was to my liking. Umrah is not a very difficult task. If you speak a little Arabic and English, you will be fine. Alhamdulillah, my husband speaks Arabic. Moreover, I brought a booklet with all the steps to follow and the important supplications. There are a lot of packages online for Umrah guides, etc. In my experience, the best thing is to book a local taxi driver who will take you to all the important places at a very affordable price. We paid around 100 SR for an all-day tour, and it was amazing. Additionally, if you go alone without a group, you can do everything at your own pace, which is amazing. In conclusion, book your umrah journey now .May Allah accept our ibadas May Allah accept our Umrah. May Allah forgive our unseen and seen sins . May Allah Be please with all of us .

You do get your normal ups and downs with some hotels in Saudi but Ahmed is always ready to help with whatever issues there may be. Negative experience: I recently embarked on an Umrah journey with high hopes and anticipation, only to be severely disappointed by the appalling service provided by ideal hajj and umrah services. Despite paying a significant amount for a 20-day package, my experience was marred by deceit, negligence, and mistreatment. From the onset, promises of luxurious accommodations in Makkah and Medina were made, with assurances of 4-star and 3-star hotels respectively. However, the reality was a far cry from what was advertised. The Makkah hotel was far from being a 4-star establishment; it was riddled with filth, dirty carpets, and an unbearable stench, making it difficult to even breathe properly. In Medina, the situation only worsened. We were abruptly evicted from our room after just two days, as it was revealed that the initial booking was only for a limited duration. Shockingly, it was uncovered that the service provider did not even directly book the accommodations, but rather resorted to purchasing them through a convoluted process involving multiple agents, leaving us vulnerable and devoid of any rights as customers. The ordeal reached its peak when physical abuse and mistreatment were inflicted upon us, prompting intervention from local authorities. While some semblance of justice was achieved, the trauma and distress caused by this ordeal cannot be overlooked. I implore anyone considering Umrah services to steer clear of ideal hajj and umrah and prioritize profit over the well-being and dignity of pilgrims. Let my experience serve as a cautionary tale, and may we all find reputable and ethical service providers for our sacred journeys.

Positive experience: Ahsan Khan was very responsive via whatsapp and addressed any concerns quickly - I would give him 5 starts for his customer service and interaction. The transportation company they use is FlyUK. I would recommend they are more pro-active in contacting their passengers about pick up times, itineraries and what languages the drivers can speak. I felt I had to spend a lot of time chasing them for confirmation of pick up times etc. Overall a good experience but I recommend improvement on the transportation side (mostly for the company they use).
