Fantastic experience: Our 3rd stay at The Run, the first time in winter. The property is top class and the kind owner very quickly dealt with a couple of queries. The underfloor heating and air source heat pump made the property cosy with no need to use the log burner. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: We have been staying at Henry Adams holiday properties for five years now. We had not managed to book Hearnesbrook Barn for our summer holiday so decided to book for a winter break. Simon and Rosie are so welcoming and the barn is very well equipped and comfortable. We went birdwatching across Chichester Harbour and also visited Weald and Downland Museum, Bosham, Southsea and Goodwood all while knowing we could return to super comfy beds and a cosy barn. We had everything and more that we needed to cook meals and relax and would so like to return soon.

Fantastic experience: Candy Corner is a lovely bright, clean, comfortable and spacious cottage to stay in. We've loved the quiet surroundings, the easy access to the beach, and the attention to detail in the house. It is so well stocked for every possible need - fully functioning kitchen and dining material, down to DVDs, games and colouring pens for kids. We hope to rent it again for our next holiday!

Fantastic experience: Stayed in this cottage for a monrh over the Christmas period. A cosy, clean, warm house in a beautiful location. Great hosts, good communication and nice touches (mince pies, wine and chocolates left for us). Fabulous stay! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Fantastic experience: Airey, bright, clean property. Good amount of space in kitchen and other rooms. Kitchen is well equipped with utensils, crockery etc. Good sized fridge and freezer. Double oven and hobs, cooked Christmas lunch very well (we did have our own baking tins). Comfortable and wide beds. Garden with patio would be good in summer, for us very important for our dogs. Garden is almost entirely secure, there is just a small gap in one corner but that can be managed. Good location with good roads to access the local towns. Good CoOp within 5 minutes walk as is a large park, more like a country park, good for dogs. There is a nearby wood as well which we didn't try (muddy at the time). Other reviews have mentioned limited seating in lounge. There is just the one settee with motorised armchair sections at each end (good for those who need this) plus dining room chairs. We brought some comfortable folding chairs with us.

Fantastic experience: We had a warm welcome from Debbie when we arrived, and we stayed for 6 nights over Christmas,we had a lovely christmassy stay as Debbie had put up decorations and gave us some treats which was very thoughtful. Very compact flat with everything you need cosy as well,also dogs are made very Welcome too. In a very good location just 5 minutes walk to the beach pub and shops. Parking space off road,we are definitely going back. The Wittering beach is so lovely to walk,there's some lovely shops, and plenty of places to eat,pubs,everywhere welcomes you and the dog.

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful time in this beautiful cottage. The home was impeccable and very comfortable, with ample space for a large family. The managing team was helpful and respectful. The only thing to improve for next time is to make sure the Wifi works! Otherwise our stay was truly memorable. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for an apartment to stay in for your visit to Arundel, then look no further. This penthouse apartment is a little gem. Modern and airy, spotlessly clean and well equipped, it is in a perfect position for exploring Arundel and surroundings. It’s situated literally a stones throw from Arundel mainline station with direct access to places like Brighton, London et cetera and on opening the Juliett balcony in the sitting room, you have a lovely view of Arundel Castle. The walk from the apartment into Arundel town is around10 minutes so a lovely stroll to work up an appetite if you’re eating out. Lauren was a wonderful host, very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble and Arundel itself is a wonderful historic town some dating back to medieval times with wonderful old properties, lovely restaurants and independent retailers. In the town there is lots to see and do. We can’t wait to go back. Thoroughly recommmend the apartment and town.

Fantastic experience: What a sensational property. Perfect for special occasions. We had a family gathering there, for a big birthday, and absolutely loved it. The best Airbnb we've stayed in and we've stayed in LOTS! Think.... just a couple of hundred yards from beautiful beach walks, firepits under the stars (zero light pollution so amazing skies) and the property itself is spectacular. Wonderful entertaining spaces to host the whole family in one wonderfully curated space. The hosts couldn't have been lovelier, more caring or accommodating. Thank you. Fantastic experience: We stayed at The Run, West Levant Barns. This is a lovely place to stay - out in the country but only 10 minutes from Chichester. Well-appointed, clean and supremely comfortable.

Positive experience: The Cottage was cozy and convenient to the town centre. It was on a very busy road, but as we were out most of each day of our stay, it didn't bother us much.

Fantastic experience: We enjoyed a fantastic stay at Fisherman's Cottage! So much versatile room and perfect access to the beach. Well presented and extremely well equipped property that was just perfect for our family get together. Our only wish is that we could have stayed longer!

Positive experience: We loved our stay at 1, Southwood Cottage. The location was perfect for us with easy and quick access to both the coast and local South Downs hiking. The cottage is well equipped and spacious - loved the colour schemes - no ubiquitous grey!. Everything works, especially appreciated lots of hot water. Beds were comfortable. One thing - would be good to have more storage space for food stuffs, maybe a wall cupboard or two in the kitchen. Many thanks

Fantastic experience: We recently stayed at Sea Esta in Selsey, this property was very nicely decorated throughout with a seaside theme, the property was very clean and all the amenities were there for a very comfortable stay, I could not fault it and the bed was very comfy too. The property itself is in a lovely location right on the sea front and you could just walk out and you were right on the beach or just sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. Access to and from Selsey was good by car or public transport. We would definitely stay here again it was so quiet and peaceful, there was nothing to dislike about this property.

Fantastic experience: An exceptional property with comfortable furniture and beds, a well appointed kitchen, plenty of hot water and nice and warm. Nice garden to sit out in too. Great location for touring to Chichester, Arundel, Midhurst and Portsmouth. We particularly enjoyed our trips to Denman's and Nyman's gardens.

Fantastic experience: The Cloisters was incredible, the cottage was truly amazing and well appointed. It was within the Cathedral boundary which was just amazing. The Cathedral bells chimed, not invasive but wonderful to hear. Henry Adams and Cathedral communications was exceptional before our stay and after our stay. We enjoyed the Cloisters so much we have booked a return visit so we can explore more. I’ve travelled extensively for both business and pleasure and this has to be one of my very favourite places to stay and City to visit - Chichester.

Fantastic experience: We stayed in a beautiful Airbnb managed by Henry Adams Holiday cottages. The communication was excellent and any questions were answered swiftly. I always felt they were available when needed.

Fantastic experience: Blacksmiths cottage was an excellent premises for a short stay, it was well located within walking distance of two pubs serving food, several more within a short drive. A nice secluded garden, well equipped kitchen, seperate sitting rooms if visitors are different ages. Well recommended

Fantastic experience: A very unusual, homely and well equipped property. The beds are comfy, the living space is cosy, the kitchen has everything you need to self cater and there is an excellent restaurant within the Yacht Harbour complex if you don't want to cook. The views from the balcony are wonderful and the whole experience was relaxing. A lovely place to come home to after a very wet Goodwood Revival.

Fantastic experience: Brook House in Emsworth fantastic property very comfortable and clean will be staying again

Positive experience: An ideal location, a few steps from Emsworth foreshore. The house is in a quiet road and the ample off street parking was excellent. This was an ideal house for us, centrally located for all the places we wanted to visit (Portsmouth, Chichester and Waterlooville). A short walk to Emsworth where we made good use of the local bakery, cafes and pubs. The house was clean and contained everything we needed. The ground floor bedroom and ensuite was modern and was very suitable for my elderly parents (including the higher toilet). The upstairs rooms were comfortable although the stairs are very creaky which could be an issue for light sleepers. Sadly, the weather was not kind enough for us to enjoy the morning sun in the garden which was private and well cared for. Overall, the house suited our needs and would consider booking it again if we are down this way again.

Fantastic experience: Perfect location, lovely decoration, good facilities and easy and flexible communication. I highly recommend this place and can't wait to come back!

Fantastic experience: Property is neat and tidy, looks and feels fresh and airy, the garden was secure for our little dog which was a relief. Walking distance to town, Emsworth beach and harbour. The Kings Arms pub had lovely food and again within walking distance so sorry we didn’t use the lovely kitchen when we revisit the area we will look to rebook.

Fantastic experience: The cottage was clean and fresh and in the middle of a row of four with parking behind. Very well equipped kitchen, light and airy and hot when the sun was shining, which for us was 6 out of the 7 days. We took sharp knife and chopping boards, but there was everything that you needed, right down to tinfoil and clingfilm. Loved the conservatory, spent most of the time in there. Shop 2 doors away, very friendly and open long hours. The beach was 20 minutes walk away and is beautiful. East Wittering is 5 minutes drive away and has a good variety of unique shops including 2 greengrocers, 2 butchers and several restaurants and takeaways. Loved the whole week and would definitely go back and stay in the same cottage.

Fantastic experience: We had a fantastic week at the old root house. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. It was blissfully quiet and we enjoyed having days out to Arundel, Portsmouth, Brighton, West Wittering and other places close by. Thank you for a lovely stay and we will definitely be back again.

Negative experience: Stayed at bungalow on St Mary’s Road in Hayling Island. Good location. Kids loved the bunk beds! Recliner chairs were comfortable. The garden being enclosed was handy as we had two young kids with us. On the other hand, the place needs a really good clean. We found hairs and crumbs all over the place and had to wash some of the cutlery before using it. The hot water in the shower kept cutting out, the main bed sagged in the middle, and the living room cushions had mould stains on them. It served a purpose for us but I wouldn’t recommend it or go back.

Fantastic experience: No 5 was a great place to stay, comfortable and in a great location

Positive experience: Brackenside made for a lovely home to host a family reunion with families coming together from the UK, Zambia and Australia. It accommodated 13 of us very comfortably, including one toddler, with highlights being the snooker table, large garden and numerous living spaces. We enjoyed day trips to Brighton, Arundel and Littlehampton, with lots to keep us entertained. The host was very responsive before and during our stay and we had everything we needed. The only disappointment was one less working shower which made for tricky bathroom logistics being such a full house, but we coped and understood that this was beyond the host's control. Thank you for having us!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful 6 night stay at Brewery Cottage, Chichester. Beautiful accommodation with very comfy bed. Perfect quiet location, a short walk from the town. Lovely hosts.

Fantastic experience: I had the most wonderful stay at 'The Barn at Guiles, near Petersfield'. The location was outside of the city and super peaceful and quiet. There are plenty of beautiful walks nearby. The cottage was stunning and had everything I needed and more. The host Jan was lovely, and I loved the small touches of home made bread, marmalade, farm fresh milk and eggs. I wish I had more time to stay there longer. Will have to come back to visit again.

Fantastic experience: A really lovely location right on the beach. The bungalow was very clean and very well appointed with everything that you would need for a comfortable stay. The feeling in the place was that of a home rather than a rental property, which made it seem like that you could really live there in peace. Parking off road was a great bonus too. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful stay at 5 Bay Tree Cottages in Walberton. This is a delightful traditional cottage with all modern amenities in a typical Sussex village with duck pond, parish church, local pub and cricket on the village green. The beds were extremely comfortable, the showers hot and powerful and the kitchen well equip for cooking. The property was spotless. The front patio garden was a sun trap amongst a riot of country cottage roses and plants. A small issue with the shower was dealt with extremely fast and efficiently by the owner. She did not let it impact our stay at all. We would definitely return to this property.

Fantastic experience: An amazing, well equipped holiday rental property - directly on the beach. Plenty of facilities for all ages - including a pool table! Easily accommodated the 9 adults and children in our family group.

Fantastic experience: Had the very great pleasure of staying at Hearnesbrook Barn in Emsworth for a week from 25/5/24. The hosts (Rosie and Simon) were charming, attentive without being intrusive and welcoming. They've clearly invested heavily in this excellent facility which is only four years old but looks/feels like it was completed last week! The place was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented to us upon our arrival, with Rosie coming across to introduce herself shortly afterwards. The bottle of Rose and "Welcome" card were much-appreciated and we all immediately felt "at home". Rosie wasted no time in stressing that, should there be any issues whatsoever, we were to come and knock on their door for assistance. This was so reassuring to hear as we've had some very unsatisfactory experiences when trying to get "issues" dealt with in the past when staying at other facilities. Needless to say there weren't any and, all things considered, I think Hearnesbrook Barn is probably the best holiday accommodation we've stayed in to-date. I loved the upstairs bedroom (so light,airy and spacious) and the en-suite has the best drench-shower I've ever used! Considering that Hearnesbrook Barn is located on the very busy A259 Havant Road, the tranquillity afforded by this excellent facility is quite astonishing, especially if you're relaxing with a book or newspaper out in the lovely courtyard garden surrounded by thoughtful planting being appreciated by the wildlife. That said, it's probably worth mentioning that if someone in your party is a "light sleeper" then the ground-floor bedroom will probably be more suitable. As previously mentioned, we were upstairs in the eves and our first night's sleep was challenging due to the frequent, ear-battering deluges. Another major plus-point for Hearnesbrook Barn is the fact that there's parking for two vehicles literally right outside the entrance, although I should also mention that there's a number of over-hanging trees from the adjacent garden which, at this time of year, will smother your vehicle in sap causing every tiny blossom from anything to stick to it ...along with the associated bird-poo! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay which allowed us to visit Portsmouth and its amazing Historic Dockyard....one of the truly great cities of the UK with what must easily be one of the best-value/most interesting visitor attractions we've ever had the privilege of experiencing. We'd return in a heartbeat!

Fantastic experience: Truffle Cottage, Chichester We had a lovely time in this beautiful and characterful cottage. We loved the unique shape of the house and the furnishings, including the grandfather clock which gave the interior such a charming feel. The house was also very well equipped and clean. We went to the theatre in Chichester and it was an extremely convenient ten minute walk, and also very convenient to get to other lovely local areas such as Arundel. The owner was also very welcoming and helpful and the service professional. We would definitely come again!

Fantastic experience: We found "Still Waters" exceptionally spacious, clean and comfortable, with plenty of off-road parking and a lovely, secluded rear garden, with ample garden furniture and even a conservatory for rainy days. We had a small problem with the conservatory door but Molly, at Henry Adams quickly had this under control and sent a fitter round at the weekend. Emsworth is a lovely village with excellent traditional shops, including greengrocer, butcher (who also sells fresh fish) and bakery. There is also a CO-OP and Tesco Express. The village is about a 15 minute walk from the house via beach and picturesque mill pond, grabbing a quick coffee at the Harbour Cafe en route! We would not hesitate to book again.

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience at #4 the Clockhouse. The location was just what we were looking for, very central in this wonderful town. The apartment was very spacious, clean and well presented. Facilities were excellent, and Wi-Fi was easily connected to. The apartment would benefit from the addition of local information about the property and local town, however this was a minor issue. Parking is fine, but is only suitable for a small to medium sized car, and the electronic gates take an age to close, before you can actually park, again, a first world problem. Overall, we loved this place and we will certainly return, highly recommended.

Would recommend that you provide more rubbish bags, dishwasher cubes and some shower gel on the wall in both bathrooms and a new barbecue as the one on the premises has really seen better days..

Fantastic experience: My extended family of 16 people had the wonderful privilege of staying at the big, beautiful Priory Coach house holiday rental for the 2024 May bank holiday weekend. We all agreed the house was gorgeous, comfortable and breathtaking in its design, location and amenities. There we had a blast celebrating my parents' 50th wedding anniversary in style, thanks to Lou for her hospitality and even anniversary flowers! I was silly enough to mislay my wedding ring and Lou not only found it, but sent it back to me recorded delivery. Fantastic experience: Great location opposite the beach so we were able to swim & do Watersports there. The house was an unusual layout but worked well for us. Sinks in the rooms meant no queuing for bathrooms at night. Lovely to sit & watch the world go by from the middle floor lounge. Nice to have a garden & space to hang up our wet beach kit. Recommend.

Fantastic experience: This is a lovely spacious bungalow with safe and secure parking. It is a great base for visiting not only Hayling Island but the surrounding areas too including Portsmouth, Isle of White etc. The owners are very friendly and helpful and we fully intend to go back. All the shops you need are within walking distance as is the seafront, wonderful!

Fantastic experience: Rented a property in the center of Chichester through the Henry Adams Holiday Cottages team. I was in a bit of pinch - bank holiday weekend, and I'd just been let down by a different agency. First the team was super-responsive even on a bank holiday Sunday night! Communication was totally on point, payment was utterly painless even with my American bank cards. Within a few hours an alternate plan was in motion. About the property itself - beautiful 1800's property nr. St Pancras just steps from the city centre. Instructions were clear, getting access to the property was straight-forward. The house was beautiful, freshly refurbished, very clean and tidy, well-appointed, even some goodies in fridge as a welcome. Clean towels and toiletries were provided for each bed spot. I stayed for 6 nights, it was a great base to set out from every day. At the end of the stay, checkout was simple. Thanks Henry Adams team, you saved my bacon!

Fantastic experience: Lovely Easter weekend break, seeing family and enjoying Yapton and surrounds. 'Happy Days' is very well equipped, excellent kitchen which made catering super easy. Comfy beds and good hot water. Nice enclosed garden for our two little dogs.

Fantastic experience: Birch End is a comfortable, clean and well-equipped home from home in a quiet, but convenient location on the edge of Midhurst. It had everything we needed for our 3 weeks visiting family and we hope to stay again in the future.

Positive experience: Great location within easy walking distance of the city centre. The property has obviously been recently renovated to a very high standard and has a great garden. Being of an older and slightly less mobile generation we would have liked a grab rail or two in the bathroom despite the bath being quite low. The hand basin in the loo is positioned very close to the toilet and may be a nuisance to someone of a larger build. But all in all a nice find.

Fantastic experience: PERFECT STAY! Had another lovely stay here again. I wish I could buy this house! Everything was just perfect! Beautifully clean throughout and the beds were super comfy. The house and garden are very well maintained. Since my last visit I can see the place has also had a facelift and some refurbishment works done too. The owner even set up Easter games & treats for the children which was lovely! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I enjoyed my time at the lovely cottage in Chichester. It was spotless in every way possible. The kitchen was equipped with all the amenities that made preparing meals easy. A wonderful living room that was bright and cheerful. It was simple to control the heat and I was always comfortable. A cosy bedroom and modern bathroom with a nice shower and bath. It was very quiet and convenient to the shops. I enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend the Cottage as a home away from home.

Positive experience: bit disappointed as there is no cooling off period. I booked a holiday home in Worthing and tried to cancel within 48 hours but was told I would have to pay the full amount.

Positive experience: Cosy and well appointed converted barn in a very convenient location for walking into the local town with interesting shops, a choice of eateries and easy access to pleasant coastal walks. Only quibble, 2 very small beds in the twin room so really only suitable for children and a bit 'tight' for 2 'oldies!'

Fantastic experience: Delightful accommodation, very well equiped and very clean. Charming hosts. Pleasant gardens with plenty of outdoor furniture. Walking distance to Emsworth village and close to all the attractions of the South Downs and Portsmouth.

Fantastic experience: A beautiful cottage in a very convenient location in Worthing. Superbly equipped. Its hard to find fault with anything except the lack of private parking, though there always seemed to be a space available on the road.

Fantastic experience: Charming well appointed cottage in beautiful bucolic Sussex countryside. The fenced in garden meant we could feel relaxed sending our granddaughters to play. They also enjoyed visiting the sheepdogs at the farm next door and picking blackberries in nearby hedges. The adults enjoyed lovely walks right on the doorstep. Visiting from the "Big Apple", this was the perfect spot to enjoy English country life.

Fantastic experience: We enjoyed staying at this peaceful cottage. A great find for us as our daughter lives in the area so it is good to have a pleasant place to stay when visiting the family. Our second visit to Vane Cottage & we will be back. The cottage is comfortable & homely.

Fantastic experience: Had a lovely time when we were at Moorhen Lodge. The property itself was in excellent condition, with a unique decorating style; think chic industrial meets antique! It's set in a very private courtyard garden bounded on one side by the River Meon with a little fishing jetty. The house is two minutes walk from the village centre. Those with mobility issues might struggle with the number of changes in level in the garden and kids might need to be supervised near the river bank but we couldn't have wished for a more memorable stay.

Fantastic experience: Our traumatic time in the UK was 100% easier to bear because 'The Annex' was gorgeous, full of everything we needed, and the on site owners were so helpfull - Better than a hotel, close to all amenities, on a busy road but 'The Annex' is off road & extremly quiet and the bed was amazing so sleep was never a problem. If we go back its our 'go to' place

Fantastic experience: The cottage has everything you need kitchen utilities, dishwasher, washing machine etc. The beds were comfortable and the showers were hot. There is a lovely enclosed garden which is quite rustic but safe for our dogs. The only thing that let it down is the patio area is so overgrown & covered with so many pots that the space wasn’t useable. More info about the local area, places to visit or eat at would have been nice.
