Brazil Connection UK

Negative experience: I used this travel agency, Brazil Connection UK, in December 2024. I followed all the terms of their contract, paid on time, and, as stated in the contract, I was supposed to receive my tickets 15 days before my flight. However, 15 days before my flight, I asked them for my tickets, and they assured me they would send them soon. Weeks has passed, and 2 days before my flight, I asked again. That’s when they told me there was “a problem with the airline,” and they would contact me. This was just 2 days before my flight! I was shocked and worried, as I was traveling with 3 children. As you can imagine, traveling involves a lot of planning, including transportation and hotel arrangements. I called the airline myself to figure out what was happening. They informed me that my tickets had not been purchased and advised me to contact the agency urgently since I only had 2 days left before my flight. I had already paid for the tickets in October 2024, yet Brazil Connection Uk failed to handle the situation. Instead, they kept repeating the same excuses without resolving the issue they created. Eventually, they gave me options for two different flights on alternate dates. I had no choice but to accept, even though it meant missing a day in Brazil where I had already paid for accommodations. The two days leading up to my flight were incredibly stressful, as I had to chase the agency for tickets I had paid for months earlier. They purchased the tickets last minute and sent them to me as screenshots on WhatsApp. When I tried to check the tickets on the airline’s website or app, I couldn’t find them. This led to back-and-forth calls with both the agency and the airline. The airline, of course, confirmed that no tickets existed until they were purchased at the last minute. When they finally sent me my tickets, they only provided a one-way ticket! I had no return ticket. On December 23, 2024, they sent my return ticket, but again, on the day of my return flight (January 3, 2025), they called me to say there was “a problem with the flights.” At the last minute, they changed the timings, seats, and even the airline. My children and I were seated separately, and I had no choice but to accept these changes, once again causing unnecessary stress. Issues with Brazil Connection UK: 1. They do not provide your tickets 15 days before your flight as per their contract. Even if they send them, you might not be able to access them on the airline’s website or app. 2. When you buy tickets, the “tickets” they send you simulations or screenshots, not real tickets. 3. After payment, you have no control over your tickets. They don’t send them to you, nor do you have access to check-in or ticket details—even 15 days before the flight. This crucial detail is missing from their contract, leaving customers unprepared. 4. They purchase tickets at the last minute, likely to save money for themselves. 5. If flights are canceled, delayed, or changed, the agency doesn’t provide official communication from the airline. Instead, they send screenshots with information they want you to believe, without real evidence of changes from the airline. 6. They send one-way tickets separately from return tickets, leaving you unsure about your full itinerary. Conclusion: Brazil Connection UK is a highly unprofessional and unreliable travel agency. They do not follow their own guidelines. When issues arise, the airline cannot help because everything is controlled by the agency. Based on my experience, I strongly advise avoiding this agency. The stress and inconvenience they caused me and my family were unacceptable. I have already warned many Brazilians in the UK about their deceptive practices. AVOID Brazil Connection UK at all costs!!

Negative experience: Brazil Connection UK is the perfect example of how a travel agency can turn a simple process into a complete nightmare. They fail to deliver tickets on time as promised in their own contract, and if you don’t chase them, you’ll be left in the dark until days before your trip. Their excuses range from 'system issues' to vague technical terms meant to confuse you. When they finally send 'tickets,' they’re often just fake simulations, and airlines confirm that no actual bookings exist. They buy tickets last minute, both outbound and return, placing you on random flights with little regard for your schedule or comfort. Their WhatsApp support is all talk, no action, adding stress instead of solving problems. Meanwhile, they rely on friends for fake positive reviews. What seems cheap at first quickly becomes expensive, not just in money but in frustration. Avoid them at all costs!

Fantastic experience: The trip to Greece was everything I expected and much more. A traditional photo in Santorini with the white buildings and blue rooftops was guaranteed. The party in Mykonos with a DJ and top spot to wrap it up was a great idea. But what I enjoyed the most were the days at the beach, sun, and warmth. I didn't plan anything for this trip; I arrived at the airport half an hour before the flight with a backpack on my back and just went. I didn’t worry about anything, I just went with the flow. I recently made two trips with them, one of which I won in a raffle; first, I would like to thank again for the opportunity to get to know a new city and also thank you for the attention I had throughout the trip. So, I went to Barcelona (the trip I won) and had all the support with transfers; the choice of hotel was excellent, I just needed to open a gate and I was at the beach, there were several activities, nearby restaurants, and a market. I had 3 wonderful nights of rest to start the next trip, which was Ibiza. This trip I don’t even have words for, I had so much fun from the first to the last day; the schedule included beaches, boat trips, parties at Ibiza's most famous clubs, and a party on the boat. Karla was always providing all the support, answering questions, and giving ideas about what to do on free days, always asking for our opinion, sharing her incredible energy which is super contagious.
