Negative experience: This experience was at the tui store at the back of the next store,not the one in st georges centre .Rudest member of staff with a terrible attitude Walked out as my money will spend anywhere If you want to be spoken to with an attitude then tui preston is the place for you Asked politely how long it would take to be seen to as i was nearly out of parking time and i had also been waiting in the tui in chorley the day before for nearly 45 mins without being spoke to The blonde orange lady member of staff snapped at me that they dont offer a quick service for anyone The way she spoke to me was extremely curt and rude and had it been a man speaking to me in that manner then it would have played out differently I just simply said if thats how you speak to customers then i will go somewhere else I have booked with tui on a number of occassions ,but will never spend another penny of my hard earned money with them again

Fantastic experience: Tamara has booked a few holidays for me and my family, always listens to what we are after and gives us lots of options to choose from, she is always very helpful and makes booking our holidays so much easier

Negative experience: Went in today, 29th June 2024, to buy some Euros. Waited at the foreign currency window. Two staff members dealing with one couple talking about a short cruise. I thought, some one will be over in a minute, guess what, no one came over, not even an acknowledgement of staff. I decided to leave and thought never again. Basics.

We had our booking sorted in no time with all confirmation and receipts sent to my inbox instantly. The process ended up being much easier and straightforward thanks to her help, definitely worth a visit :)

Fantastic experience: I visited the Preston store to enquire about a dream holiday to Marrakesh next Christmas. The TUI Preston City centre store is lovely, very modern and laid out nicely. I was served by Ellie, who could not have been more helpful. She was knowledgeable, friendly, enthusiastic and very professional. I definitely recommend this travel agency and give them 5 stars. Thanks Ellie I can't wait for my holiday!

Fantastic experience: We called into TUI at Preston, inside of Next, to book our Summer holiday, the service from the whole team was excellent, they recommended a TUI Blue hotel which we booked and we are so excited and can't wait for our trip.

Fantastic experience: I was put through to this shop (unintentionally?) by helpline TUI member of staff who answered my call but couldn’t answer my query. I asked to speak to someone else & for them to be advised of the issue. However I was connected to Tamara, who knew nothing of my query but listened to me without interruption . She & Ellie whom I also spoke to were so professional & understanding rather than fobbing me off back to the helpline. They recognised I was clearly frustrated with the situation but took time to investigate & called me back & the matter was resolved to my satisfaction. I was annoyed initially to be fobbed off to a TUI store but it certainly worked out to my satisfaction which I don’t think would have happened otherwise. I thank both ladies very much for their empathy & professionalism.

Fantastic experience: Visited TUI Fishergate Preston to sort out a mistake that I made booking a holiday on-line. Spoke to Tamara who was able to sort out my problem, making several phone calls on my behalf. Very professional and accommodating. I am now looking forward to my holiday later this year. Fantastic experience: Booked a holiday to the Amalfi Coast with Libby at TUI, Preston store (within Next). We were unsure whether we wanted a tour type holiday, or a relaxing pool/beach holiday. Libby was so helpful with our search and advised that we could have both, so we went with the multi centre option, including a week touring the Amalfi Coast and a further week relaxing in an adult only hotel. Thank you for a great service and a recommendation that suited all our requirements.

Fantastic experience: The team were able to solve out our nightmare when TUI cancelled flights earlier this year. The team were able to find a great deal for the same dates, if anything it was a better deal and hotel.

Fantastic experience: I booked my holiday through this store pre Covid, naturally holiday was cancelled, I was kept up to date on all my options regarding refunds, re booking etc. I decided to rebook through the store and the customer service was outstanding, the staff go above and beyond and kept me up to date on payment dates, options and extras available. I have had the best holiday… the hotel was recommended from my ‘list’ of requirements and was not disappointed. Will definitely be booking with this store again …. Xx

Fantastic experience: We visited the store on a Saturday afternoon and had excellent help and support from the staff. Natasha in particular was brilliant. Having recently returned from a TUI holiday where both the flights hadn't gone to plan, they were able to help us with our claims submission, check on the progress of our claim reference and provide advice and support. All this and we hadn't even booked the trip through this store! At a time where operationally TUI have been struggling it was great to find supportive employees who went a long way to repair our damaged faith in the company. Based on this experience I would definitely use this store again if we were booking with TUI in the future.

The rest of the girls working all looked like they enjoyed being there and took pride in their work, all smart and presentable … it was and always is truly a pleasure booking my holiday with TUI Holiday Store Preston :D

Negative experience: bad ----- very rude --- walked in on good Friday, waited for 10 mins, staff busy naturally, and then I joked with a customer, and then one staff was very rude, so I walked out, told them im not £2k with you like this, went elsewhere.
