TUI Holiday Store

Fantastic experience: So easy to book our holiday in store. We came in originally to speak to kuoni but they were shut so we went into tui to see if they could help. Danielle found a few options for us and we went away to think about what we wanted. I came back in on Tuesday and was able to book the perfect holiday with a great discount. Honestly cheaper than I could find online with so many more options. We were able to see room, flights and board options on a large screen. Danielle even checked the web so we could see a video of the room we had chosen and make sure it was on the beach. She then checked our airport online to make sure the stop over would have something for the children to eat. Thanks Danielle for the fab service and finding the best holiday for us!

Fantastic experience: We booked our same sex wedding in Rhodes with the wedding planner Kathleen Walkling. We were a little nervous beforehand, but we needn't have been as she was so welcoming, friendly and was nearly as happy as us to book our big day. If you're thinking of doing your wedding through TUI, I would 100% recommend an appointment with her. She made it an absolute joy. She helped with our guest's accommodation and flights too. If you're thinking about getting married, she'll happily help you!

Fantastic experience: From the minute we sat down and spoke to Joanne we received first class service. She was extremely patient in helping us find the right holiday for a special occasion. Joanne provided invaluable information and was happy to answer all our questions! At no time did we feel pressure to book. However we knew we would get back in contact with Joanne once we had time to discuss which of the two final options we wanted to go with. We are now all booked up and waiting for our holiday to arrive. Joanne was fantastic and we would recommend you pop into TUI and speak to Joanne for your next holiday.

Negative experience: My whole experience with booking with Tui has been a stressful experience. My first visit to make a booking was very awkward. No interaction with the sales rep. Spent most of the 2 hours there in silence while she was yawning and playing with her nails. I work in retail and am very observant of customer service and there was none.My 2nd visit the young lady was a bit more interactive but all the change fees etc and not giving a discount after spending nearly £8,000 was appalling. Doing it online i would of got £400 off, fair enough I'm in store but explain online I'd get that discount. Realising now I would of been better off cancelling the whole holiday and going elsewhere. The cost difference to change my holiday was £1,400 in fees. Could of got the same holiday for £6,200 online. Or better still I could of used easyJet holidays or jet2 like I have previously with helpful staff and good customer service. ( My flight was an easyJet flight anyhow). To top it off had a new receipt through by email with an increase to our booking by £161.00 insurance that I'd paid for previously. A call to tui again great!!

Fantastic experience: My fiancé and I visited the store yesterday to book our honeymoon. We were welcomed into the store by the lovely lady on reception, she informed us that the store was very busy at the time but they could offer a call back service to let us know when we could come back to see an advisor. About 10 minutes later we got a call to say we could come back. We were greeted by the lovely Catherine. She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and made us feel at ease. She talked us through all the options we had for our honeymoon. The booking process and deposit was very easy. Thanks to Catherine and the lovely staff at Tui we booked our honeymoon!! Highly recommend.

Negative experience: We attended the branch yesterday to book a holiday to Jamaica. We were in there for 6 minutes before we left. The lady seeing to us didn’t introduce herself, she was rude and abrupt. We told her where we wanted to go, our budget and said that we went to virgin and have a good price but wanted to compare theirs. The woman basically insinuated that we were lying about their price and said “well their flights must be peanuts because that just isn’t possible”. We had the proof on our phone from virgin. She kept talking about the nightlife and said “just so you know this is a nightlife holiday, so if you want to just sit there and read a book this isn’t the holiday for you” whilst looking down at us. The constant sly remarks were disgraceful. She only showed us one hotel. By the end we had enough, swiftly left and went to virgin to book the 2 week all inclusive holiday for an amazing price. The girl who attended to us in virgin was a dream. We were offered drinks, she was smiley, we got her email and she has given us person recommendations. We were not looking to book the holiday that day but she won us over. I highly recommend you go to virgin to book your holiday … just a few shops down from tui. You’ll thank yourself!!!

Fantastic experience: Kathleen at TUI was absolutely brilliant. Brilliant and thorough, had plenty of time for us to go over all the options and was really lovely making sure that she ticked all our boxes so to speak! In no way did we feel rushed and she spent the time with us to go over our options and give her recommendations also. Highly recommend 5 stars. So glad we got to see her and have her expertise and guidance.

Fantastic experience: We visited the store on tuesday and were paired with kathleen. She really took the time to understand what we were looking for, our price range and general requirements. We didnt really have a specific location in mind, which for a group booking of 12 probably didnt help! But kathleen took the time to research some options for us and we got our big family holiday booked. Fantastic experience: A massive thank you Carl who works at TUI Bluewater. We went in with 11 family members looking to book an all inclusive holiday and with not really knowing on where to go, Carl had highly recommended a location to which he had experienced him self a couple weeks ago.He gave us information on things we can do as a whole and explained a lot about the hotel as well as showing photos and giving information on the rooms, pool, entertainment and places to go to within the area . With someone us have who have not experienced booking an all inclusive holiday before, Carl made the experience for them easy and calming as they were feeling anxious. Carl had even informed us that we will need to get a visa before our holiday for next year. With that being said would like to give a big shoutout to Carl for not only taking 3 hrs to helping us as we did have a budget and feeling anxious but for being extremely helpful and most importantly being so patient with us!! Fantastic experience: I would like extend my gratitude to Carl who works at Bulewater Tui for your excllent work you'er asset to Tui. We had Eleven family members to book for and some had not booked before and was a bit anxious. We did not know what destination to go to. Carl highly recommended a destination that he'd been to himself. Then Carl show us the pictures of the hotel and took the time go though thoroughly in every little detail from room, entertainment, food and pools ect. Carl answers all questions we had and give us information on visa that we will need next year. I would like to thank you once again for your patience, time and your bubble personality. Fantastic experience: I was helped by a young lady named Danielle to find and book my holiday. She was amazing! Told her all my needs, everything I wanted from my holiday and everything I didn’t want and then she found us a beautiful holiday and even offered to send me through details about all we could do whilst there. Fantastic experience: I booked a holiday with Joanne who honestly had the patience of a saint. She went through all of our requirements and found a holiday within our budget without making us feel like a nuisance. Such an amazing experience and felt like she genuinely took the time to understand what we wanted. We later changed our mind (not her fault) we increased our budget and decided to upgrade and dealt with Lucy who I couldn’t recommend enough. She went through so many options with us to ensure we was really happy and spent lots of time on the phone amending our booking and not one time did she make me feel bad and a time waster. Fantastic experience: I went to the TUI store in Bluewater and I had the fortune of being served by Jacquie/Jackie. She was absolutely amazing. She was thorough and really tried to get the best experience possible for me. She was so helpful and patient and now because of her, I am looking forward to my next holiday. I recommend that you ask for her when you go into the Bluewater TUI store, you will not be disappointed.

Negative experience: Could not get served within 10 mins of waiting. Many staff around, no help. Wanted advice and book with TUI for a family holiday in August. Have booked with TUI before. Another customer walked out as well after waiting for a period of time. Think it’s luck of the timing.

Fantastic experience: I visited TUI Bluewater on Wednesday with my partner to book our wedding. Lucy spent nearly 3 hours with us, taking the time to go through the details, book our holiday, wedding and book the holiday for 13 of our guests. Definitely recommend booking your wedding through Lucy at TUI!

Fantastic experience: We recently visited TUI’s store as we had no idea where we wanted to go and thought some face to face guidance would be helpful. Best decision we’ve made. We were seen by Emilie, who couldn’t have been more helpful. She was patient, full of advice and enthusiastic the entire time we were there. Emilie showed us multiple hotels, in multiple countries… at different times of the year, all to ensure we were happy with our eventual booking. Emilie talked us through every option in as much detail as we wanted and walked us through the process start to finish. As someone that would actively choose online booking, 99% of the time, I think Emilie’s service will completely change how I book holidays.

Fantastic experience: Abbie at Bluewater TUI was brilliant. Very patient, explained all the different options for a multi centre. I was quiet demanding to ensure I picked the perfect holiday for a special occasion for my 2 children and I. Unfortunately Abbie was let down by the computer systems and 3rd party flights so it meant I had to change plan but Abbie and her colleagues, kept me updated via emails and phone calls to find a very good solution and saving me money in the process. Thanks Abbie You're a star.

Fantastic experience: On arriving at Bluewater we immediately went and added ourselves to the virtual queue. Having had some lunch and a bit of shopping we were called by the store for our appointment with Abbie. We sat down with her and explained our very specific holiday requirement. She was able to arrange everything we wanted. Very friendly and knowledgable, explaining very clearly what we need to do going forward. We would recommend this store and Abbie without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: We booked a last minute cruise with Celebrity Cruises via Tui Bluewater. I met with Karl a couple of weeks ago to discuss what was available to us. He couldn't have been any more helpful, taking time to show me the various options, and even speaking with my partner on the phone to run through itineraries. Once booked, Celebrity Cruises made an error with our accommodation. Karl leapt to our rescue and spent a lot of time on his days off over Christmas ensuring that the issues were rectified. We couldn't have asked for more of him! Karl is a real asset to Tui. He seems to be the most knowledgeable person in store, and bends over backwards to support his clients. We are truly thankful for him!!

Negative experience: Poor experience , not helpful at all on the telephone and was trying to rush me off rather than help me with my booking. When I politely asked for the worker’s name she hung up on me as I guessed she knew that she had been unprofessional and unhelpful?!

Fantastic experience: We haven’t had our holiday yet but Abbie at the bluewater store was helpful and professional. We had been to a number of places to search but just hadn’t found “the one”. Abbie found us our perfect honeymoon that ticked all of our boxes. She listened to exactly what we wanted and wasn’t pushy with sales.

Fantastic experience: I popped in the Bluewater store with a very open mind. After a short wait I was informed about I was left with one travel advisor. The customer service was fantastic from the very start all the way through. The lady I spoke to was Autum. Autum was very knowledgeable and was so patient with me and was more than happy to answer any questions and concerns and was overall outstanding. Would 110% recommend and if you can definitely have this young lady sort your holiday absolutely fantastic

Fantastic experience: Had lovely experience visiting today Our hoilday rep Vicky P was extremely helpful , kind and funny even tho our booking took hours ( because was a group of 13 of us) she did absolutely amazing. Fantastic experience: My partner and I use TUI in Bluewater to book our holidays and are always very pleased with the customer service we receive from the Bluewater branch staff. For our upcoming trip we were looked after by Jacquie who was very knowledgable to the trips we had shortlisted, took time to discuss these with us and was very patient, giving us time to make a now informed choice on our destination and hotel choice. Fantastic experience: We came into Bluewater today to book a holiday. All I can say is Sharon was amazing!! Never pushy always given advice! Knew her destinations and gave us places which we never thought to go too. Ending up booking one of those places so would highly recommend popping into tui bluewater and asking for Sharon 5 ***** service !!

Negative experience: booked a holiday from bluewater store, was supposed to be a 5 star hotel. building work being carried out, spa closed , food poising, human feces on bath to restaurant, indoor pool so dirty cant be used, sun loungers disgusting. private event over the week so bar closed and ear plugs given to guest. when i went into the store was not interested and had to stand and insist on speaking to a manager, notes where taken then past on to customers services, offered £130 cash or £220 in vouchers , this is an insult why would you re book and spend more money after this, their just dont care. will be going to small calms court. shame on you taking your customer money then washing your hands in store and customer service.

Fantastic experience: Went into TUI yesterday to book our first family holiday with our toddler. Kathleen was amazing!! So patient when my daughter was getting fed up and bored. She helped us find a holiday with everything we asked for. Even contacted me today to update me on something she was finding out for me. Thank you so much.
