Negative experience: I was disappointed. I ordered a tourist card on 18 October. I received a confirmation email, which indicated that I should receive it the next day. Then nothing. Fortunately my plans changed. I sent an email on the 24th and then on the 26th received a phone call asking if I wanted to continue with the purchase. I received the tourist card on the 27th - so nine days, despite the fact that they charged me for next day delivery.

Negative experience: Avoid! Unsure if the company is having staffing issues but it was almost impossible to make contact? Main phone line out of service and WhatsApp number goes through to a gentleman that no longer works there, who wasn’t best pleased that his number was still on there as a main point of contact. I tried every avenue to contact Cubaism and when they did eventually answer via Facebook messenger, my visa still wasn’t processed and another week went by. I did however appreciate that they did eventually reply to confirm the cancellation of the order when I said to not bother processing them anymore as it was too late. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere!

Fantastic experience: Last week my holiday to Jamaica was cancelled due to Covid, so I changed last minute to Cuba. Nobody informed me that I had to have a visa to enter Cuba. I was flying Thursday morning and found out Wednesday late afternoon that I needed a visa. Clearly this was too late to get one and I thought this was going to be impossible. I called cubaism at 16:59, the shop was due to close at 17:00. Luckily the two amazing men said they would stay open for me, I was in west London so it took me an hour to get to them. I have never experienced such amazing service in my life. They not only saved my holiday but also my 30th birthday, I think they are angels sent from heaven, living proof that kind people still exist. I would 1000% recommend them to anybody such genuine kind people. Thank you so so much. Also they talked me through the whole process over the phone. I am so grateful and just to let you know I had an amazing time in Cuba, thank youuuu!

Fantastic experience: Used these guys to book tourist visas for our Cuban trip. We ordered on the weekend and they had dispatched by the Monday and through my letterbox on the Tuesday using the Royal Mail tracked delivery service. Whilst the website could do with some improvements from a UX point of view the turn around and prompt delivery was fantastic! I would not hesitate to use again.

Fantastic experience: Amazing customer service! They issued Cuba tourist cards for my family which got lost in the post (not even in the origin country). They agreed to reissue them free of charge and sent them via next day delivery to the requested address, free as well. Very much recommended!

Negative experience: Impossible. I have a room paid, but the hotel find not the reservation. The voucher was also not recognized, so we got no room. From home I have many emails exchanged with the company. Help was always promised, but I did not receive a refund until today. On my last email has also not answered me.

Negative experience: These guys were unprofessional and completely messed up my tourist card leading to a lot of stress and wasted time and money. I travel very frequently to many different countries throughout the world so I have to deal with VISAs etc on a regular basis. Cubaism are difficult to reach! In the end, my tourist card arrived one day before I was due to fly (only because I reminded them that I hadn't yet received it), with a mistake on it (obviously no time for it to be corrected). So instead, I had to pay $100 at the airport for a new one. A big waste of time!

Negative experience: Horrible. This company will not refund your money and will be completely unavailable when trying to contact them regarding your reservations. Cubaism never returned a singe phone call - which I left multiple messages at every possible number globally I could find. My emails have never been acknowledged, except for one email, to tell us they would not refund our money for hotel and car rental in a very cold manner and single sentenced manner. even though it was prior to 72 hours notice, due to our flights cancellations, an unforeseen circumstance. My husband got hold of someone and they finally agreed to refund our car rental, but it was only words. We have not seen a dime or heard a word again. We are disputing charges with our credit card company now. Don't waste your time with this horrible company. When traveling I want to feel confident in knowing I can reach my booking agent if my flight is cancelled or an unforeseen event occurs. How can I cancel a reservation if I can't get in touch with anyone? Don't waste your time. I am Cuban and I can't believe a company claiming to represent Cuba, a country that bases business on accountability and people keeping their word, trusting another. What a disappointment. No response from this company after many many attempts to simply TALK to someone about our bookings made with their company. I would,t call Cubaism a company, more like a scam and a huge disappointment.
