Fantastic experience: I booked a holiday with Danni for my family, including our autistic son, and I can’t thank her enough! She was incredibly helpful, supportive, and understanding, going above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. Travelling with my son can be challenging due to his additional needs and learning disabilities, but Danni’s reassurance and guidance has already made a huge difference. I’m so grateful for her support—and for TUI having systems in place to help families like ours—so we can look forward to enjoying our holiday together with much less stress. I would highly recommend Danni to anyone needing extra support when travelling with a child with additional needs.

Fantastic experience: Booked a weeks holiday in Lido di Jeselo in TUI shop Burgess Hill. Very efficient and friendly staff. Nice to have face to face contact all the work was done for us. I find trawling through websites stressful. Well done girls one of the best holidays I’ve had. Would also recommend Hotel D’ Annunizo a little gem of a hotel.

Fantastic experience: I had previously tried to book a holiday to Iceland using wedding vouchers as part payment, but could not use the vouchers online the website glitched not only with the vouchers but the holiday booking said transfers included and at payment they weren't!. I could not use my vouchers so i called up your online contact and Helen from Team M tried to help but after an hour and a half of hanging on the phone, and her going round in circles i ran out of time and had to pick my grandson up from nursery. As your customer I was not expected to be told by the member of staff that it was past her home time (ugh) they could not sort the gift vouchers. I was furious and upset with the whole experience, she had taken £1300 off my credit but i had no holiday as she couldn't get the gift vouchers to go through. In utter despair and faith of Tui at rock bottom I went into Burgess Hill store at 5pm , was greeted by Abi and Leana who booked the holiday with transfers on a different online system and put every gift voucher through the system. I am now able to go but only thanks to Abi and Leana from Burgess Hill store, who were amazing and understanding, your online team need training.

Fantastic experience: I live in Bath so nowhere near this store, however I booked through them several years ago when phoning the TUI main number and being transferred across, since then I have only used this store for future holidays as the service is spot on and nothing is ever too much trouble Bex, Abby, Felicity and the team are a credit to TUI and the most helpful and happy TUI store I have ever dealt with.

Negative experience: I previously left a positive review which I can’t retract so I’m leaving this one to warn others thinking of using this store. My booking details were given to someone without my authorisation by the manager of the branch, this resulted in a surprise holiday of a lifetime being ruined and to add insult to injury myself and my partner were then banned from the store because we put in a complaint to their head office! The head office did actually apologise for the original complaint and gave us a cash goodwill gesture which we accepted but the shop wouldn’t even acknowledge the complaint, insisting they’d done nothing wrong. The manager even made false allegations against me to justify her actions of barring us ( all of which I can prove are false ) Their own regional manager has sent me emails saying myself and my partner are categorically not barred and don’t have to make an appointment yet they refuse to serve us despite us having an ongoing booking with them which was made before all of this happened! More than happy to take 12k off of us and get their commission but the minute there was a problem they’ve proven to be extremely unprofessional and even vindictive!

Fantastic experience: Just booked my family holiday for us and another family with Danni and she was super helpful and patient while going through all the booking details! She was also familiar with the hotel so able to give her own personal feedback and tips which was really helpful! Rebecca also helped with organising this holiday for us and due to us booking on a day she wasn’t in she made sure Danni knew exactly what we were looking for and were booking. Fantastic experience: Very friendly, efficient and speedy at booking our chosen holiday. Recommended we book trip through store rather than wait until arrival to ensure good price and to check the date fitted with our schedule, which we will definitely do.

Negative experience: Went in to have help with our check in for 8 people, called first the day before to make sure I didn’t need to book, went in and was greeted with 5 miserable faces! No one wanted to help, and 3 of them all started at once saying they can’t do it it’s against policy and data protection! The store we booked the holiday with said they always do the check ins and it’s not against any policy. Confirmed this in an email too. I had to sit there with the rudest women with her one worded blunt answers , no conversation whatsoever. The most uncomfortable visit to TUI. I will not be stepping foot back inside that store. Made me feel like a massive inconvenience to there day, the shop was empty no other customers anyway. I just needed help as haven’t checked in before online and no clue what I was doing.

She is always so willing to advise from her own experiences, to give inspiration and nothing is too much trouble for her. She is an absolute pleasure to deal with, as are all the staff. Negative experience: Probably the worst TUI store around. The most uninterested woman who didn't even acknowledge us until we'd been standing in the store for about 2 minutes. We asked for help amending a booking but I guess unless you've come to spend money with them they don't care. Avoid

Fantastic experience: Danni was so helpful in booking our holiday last year, we were a group of 8 with departures from different airports, a mixture of different rooms (we don't share!!) We enjoyed it so much we've booked again for this year and once again Danni has been brilliant. Can not recommend enough, excellent customer service.

We took all the wedding info in and the advisor was really helping checking areas and making sure we would be close to where we needed to be. Very professional and a good deal!
