TUI Holiday Store

Negative experience: Popped into Tui store in Bognor. 3 consultants were seated & dealing with customers. Not one of them acknowledged me; no one said 'we will be with you as soon as possible' or 'do you want to come back in 10/15mins?' I knew exactly what I wanted to book. After 10 minutes of standing (I wasn't even offered a seat). I left, went across to a different agency & booked a 7K holiday. Terrible customer service. Won't go back there!

Not just TUI holidays but they can book a vast range of holidays from numerous tour operators

Fantastic experience: Bognor store staff are Absolutely amazing. The hotel I wanted in my chosen destination is only on olympic and when I went into store they were so happy to help especially Sophie. I would have done it on the Olympic website myself but with being dyslexic I didn't want to risk getting anything wrong and not being able to go on holiday. Fantastic experience: We booked a holiday with Debs at TUI Bognor Regis yesterday. She could not have been more helpful and assisted with hotel selection; flight seat bookings and entry of our personal details.

Fantastic experience: Had to call the central number due to a problem with the website. Thought I would be connected to a call centre rep, but instead I was connected to the very engaging and helpful Megan from Bognor Regis. Megan was very helpful, experienced and made me glad that I phoned. Would usually complete this online but the personal touch will make me reconsider in the future. Megan also helped with my assisted travel needs and explained everything fully. She gave me her details as a point of contact (personal ownership in 2024 - Wow!) and promised to keep an eye on my requests and let me know the outcome. All in all, 10/10 and a great service. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: We went along to the shop and booked our holiday straight away,we did this last year as well with Debs and found Debs so very helpful. She very knowledgeable, informative and answered any questions we had. Debs is a real asset to the the TUI team.

Fantastic experience: I came in last weekend with my fiancée to book a holiday to Greece we had a great experience such lovely friendly staff made us feel very excited about our holiday so much so we booked a city break too we will definitely use TUI Bognor Regis as we are planning a wedding abroad and this is definitely my go to shop to book all my holidays in the future, special mention to Kellie for all your help

Fantastic experience: Brilliant service today from Bognor team . Was nervous about booking a holiday online and wanted a more personal touch and that’s what I received . Helpful , friendly , informative and lovely ladies . Listened to my concerns and found me the package in the hotel I wanted with extra piece of mind . Can’t recommend them enough . Fantastic experience: Having used TUI London Road in Bognor Regis many times over the years, I have never once felt pushed, rushed or pressured into buying a holiday. The team there have always been bubbly and friendly. I have also recommended them to friends as the go to place to book a holiday. Julie is one of the ladies who has been extremely helpful, a credit to the TUI brand.

Fantastic experience: We’ve used Tui Bognor a couple of times now, first just to buy tickets for Disney Orlando, that’s all we bought but they were very helpful with advice all about the resort and answered every question. The second time was to buy a package holiday for this year, again we received lots of help, options and advice and can’t wait to go away on the hol ️

Fantastic experience: I came into the store randomly after walking through Bognor high street and thought I’d see what offers they had on in store compared to online. I was greeted promptly by a lovely woman called Debs who sat me down to talk about the options I had available to me, and showed a genuine enthusiasm for finding me the perfect holiday! Great work from Debs and the whole team, will definitely be returning when the time comes to book my next get away!

Negative experience: I went in my local branch this afternoon in Bognor Regis to enquire about cruising, there were 3 agents sitting at desks, none of which were with clients & not one of them looked up at me & asked if I needed any help, you obviously don’t need the business that much if you couldn’t be bothered to help me. Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had, will never step foot in that branch again

They couldn't do enough to help me organise my year travelling and were brilliant when I kept calling from the other side of the world wanting to extend my travels and change my flights. Fantastic experience: Popped into the shop today and walked out very happy with our 2023 holiday ✈️ I would say served by Sophie but because it’s such a lovely team there we were pretty much served by the whole team and we were offered a cup of tea (it’s the little things that count) which was so lovely, we weren’t sure where to go after we realised Cuba was out of reach for us and the team let us know about holidays they had been on ( so helpful) and we decided on Dominican Republic in the end From start to finish we were treated so well and we had some giggles too Thank you all so much for your patience with us all, For the wallbridge family x

Positive experience: Kept on plane for 3hrs when we landed, 2hrs in baggage retrieve but no baggage, had 3 days without cases so had to spend first few days buying essentials and clothes to wear as only had what we stood up in jeans and boots in 25degrees. Weather good though! Hotel Louis Phaethon staff amazing helpful and supportive.

Negative experience: Bloody ridiculous!! We went to the travel agents and said this is our budget.. but we have a 2 year old! She recommended this place in Egypt.. very kid friendly loads to do etc... lies!! Absolutely nothing to do for him!! Hes so bored and the food is definitely not child friendly either. The Tui rep even said this isn't a child friendly place!! I will be having words when I get back!!!!!!
