Fantastic experience: We’ve had a wonderful experience with Al Hijaz tours and travels. HAFIZ ASAD had helped us so much and made our trip easy. We stayed in VOCO and Pullman zamzam and my family loved these hotels as they provided us with great services.

Negative experience: Omg this is worst ever company to buy from Absolutely crooks they have left two adults and two children stuck at the airport without informing us this is worst company…. I am starting legal proceedings against this company i would tell people please these people are liers and thieves do not buy from them.

Negative experience: DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!!! Save yourself from stress, worry and heartache. They promise you everything! And as soon as they take your money they stop answering your calls and disappear. If you’re lucky they will change the hotels at last minute even though we paid for 5* we got 2 and 3. (Downgrade drastically). And then You have to pay more for the downgraded hotels . I do not know how the authorities have not closed them down. Astagfirullah, people have so much hope when going to Umrah. As soon as you book through them, the joy of going disappears. You are left feeling anxious if your even going to go because these cowboys just disappear with your money. They changed our hotel again on the day of going. I rang them over 100+ times. They promise to call back and do not. Stupidly we did not read the reviews before booking. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS AGENCY. THEY NEED CLOSING DOWN IMMEDIATELY. Read other reviews on here!!

Fantastic experience: Al-Hijaz (Tours & Travels) Ltd was our package of choice following months of research and narrowing down from a shortlist of 30 operators. Although this was a long and arduous process looking back there is no doubt that we made the right decision and we had the experience of a lifetime going for Hajj in 2019 alhamdulillah. + Customer Service/Staff: The support we received from Iqbal Bhai, Mahmood Bhai, Shakeel Bhai and Babu uncle was exceptional. This began from the moment I spoke to Iqbal bhai on the phone to enquire about his package of which I had no prior knowledge. Iqbal bhai was clear and direct about what he could offer and what he could not, clearly explaining the reasoning behind his choices so I could make a decision based on myself and my wife's priorities. The support is consistent throughout the time that you are with the group, not only from Iqbal Bhai but Mahmood Bhai, Shakeel Bhai and Mahmood bhai. + Size of the group: One of the reasons you can be assured of great support is the size of the group - between 70-80 people in 2019 which is one of the best things about the package. This is one of the smallest groups around which makes the group easy to manage and also allows you to form great relationships with the Hajjis you are travelling with - It also makes logistics easier to manage on Hajj days as the group leaders are always able to travel with us. + Azzizya/Hajj Days: Prior to starting Hajj we stayed in Azzizya for 2 days (and 2 days afterwards). Despite all the horror stories we had heard from other hajjis who had used other groups, our experience was excellent. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and the food was good (basic asian food, rice, curries e.t.c). Although I was initially skeptical about sharing a room with 5 others who I did not know beforehand, alhamdullilah the company was excellent. As previously mentioned, Iqbal bhai puts a lot of thought into all aspects of the experience including which people are placed in each room to minimize the risk of any conflict. Alhamdullilah there didn't appear to be any conflicts from anyone in the group as a whole and everyone got on very well. It also allowed everyone to get to know each other before Mina in which we are all sharing for 5 days! Again the overall Hajj experience was excellent. In Mina, the tents had air coolers and we had plentiful food throughout our stay. In Arafat and Muzdallifah we had ample provisions and everything was coordinated extremely well, despite the millions of pilgrims all rushing to the same location. Disclaimer: The Hajj days are by no means a 5* experience as one might expect on holiday. This means the standard of cleanliness in the toilets or standard of food are of not always of the standard we would expect back home in the UK. The same can be said about time schedules for transport. As you come to appreciate when in Hajj, this is because the said factors are not in the control of the tour operator, but of the Saudi authorities and appointed individuals overseeing proceedings. What can be assured of Al Hijaz is that they will do their uttermost to make your experience easy through all factors that they can control. Makkah/Madina Hotels: Both hotels were amazing - In Makkah we stayed in the Swisshotel and Madina we stayed in Shazah al Madina - Both hotels are literally on the doorstep of the haram. Most notably the Shazah hotel in Madina is very close to the sisters entrance which makes things easier for the sisters in the group. Breakfast in both hotels was great with a large variety of foods to choose from. To summarize: The price of packages offered by this group is higher than average but you can be assured of an amazing experience. Ikbal bhai and co. have your best interests in mind and will go out of their way to make the hajj experience easy for you and ensure that you can channel your focus on ibadah once you are there. We would strongly recommenced this group and would definitely like to travel with them again if we go for Hajj again inshallah.

Fantastic experience: Asalaamu alaykum Alhomdolilah we completed our Hajj this year. After looking at many Hajj groups throughout England for months to see which group works best for us a close family recommended Al-Hijaz tours and travels London as they had been with them last year. we decided to go with their recommendation and Alhomdolilah I can truly say we made the right choice. Iqbal Bhai and his team including Mahmoud Bhai, Shaqil Bhai and Babu Uncle all did a fantastic job. Alhomdolilah everything was organised so well and we were able to just concentrate on our Ibaaadah. Fantastic experience: Asalam o Alaikum all You will find my review very interesting so please read on... I was one of those characters at my point of life who didn’t feel was ready for hajj... when my husband spoke to me about it I didn’t feel I was spiritually or physically ready. I had all sorts of fears in my heart and all sorts of questions. I remember the moment like yesterday when my husband made the final call and said to me..are you coming as I am going to book now. I said call me back in 15 mins. Alhumdulillah I said yes let’s do this. When my husband returned I was still feeling little anxiety until I spoke to haji Iqbal Baji. Alhumdulillah a truly blessed and noble character. A very very approachable young man. He answered all my questions made me feel I was blessed by just explaining to me allah has called upon you we at Al hijaz tours and travels is just a way forward. After Allah SWT decided to call me it was haji Iqbal Baji who made me feel better about everything I was feeling nervous about. He was there for us at every step before and during our hajj. Fantastic experience: As-Salamu Alaykum Brothers and Sisters. I'm gona write a detailed review and a Magical and blessing experience WE had with Al-Hijaz Tours. I would like to thank IQBAL bhai, MEBZ Bhai, SHAKEEL Bhai and BABU uncle for this beautiful experience and helping us complete our 5th pillar with such a prefection I cannot describe, Also making our dream come true without any negative moments. It's our first time doing Hajj in 2019 (1440) and you do hear a lot of cons about some of these Hajj Agencies and their packages. Allah SWT is my witness I have been looking for a hajj packages for over 8 months and spoken to over 100 companies to find an honest and legit tour operator that won't rip us off. Most people I have spoken to i got their numbers from internet and are based in India and Pakistan but lie saying they have an office in London which they dont. Everything was done through emails which I was uneasy about. Then I found Al-Hijaz not from recommendation but through internet, first time speaking to Iqbal Bhai he told me about his package but didn't force me to buy his package, instead he was telling me to lookout for all the negative tour operators and how to keep myself and my money protected from these con artist and assured me I will find someone that meets my demands. After few hours I felt like this company was right for me so I met Iqbal bhai in his office with my wife and spoke to him in details about his package as I loved his honesty for the first time we spoke. I was uneasy about sharing my room in Azizziyah with anyone and Shifting package. But Iqbal Bhai promised me that this is a beautiful moment I wont forget and their building are newly refurbished. AllahamDulliah the whole experience was magical almost perfect and Iqbal Bhai and the crew have delivered everything that they have promised. I say almost perfect because I wish I could've stayed there longer then 4 weeks. The 5* hotels was right next to kaaba and madina hotel was right next to women's gate which made easier for my wife, service was extremely good, Iqbal Bhai made sure we got the keys to our room instead of waiting around in the lobby. They were with us throughout the whole Hajj period, our safety was their priority and guided us in confidence. This was the Best time we had in our life, met alot of new brothers and sisters who made us feel like their family and treated us equal regardless what culture we was from. I would definitely recommend Al-Hijaz to everyone and I would want you guys to experience the same feeling that I went through. Mash'Allah, Iqbal Bhai, Mehmood Bhai and team were really exceptional in planning and organising the whole trip. They exert a huge amount of effort making sure all the pilgrims are safe and well, particularly when walking through huge crowds, they really do look out for you! The service, accommodation and transport throughout was perfect. Hotels near the Haram were great and meant we didn't have to travel far to reach the Masjid, both in Mecca and Medina. Fantastic experience: We booked our Hajj travel based on recommendations from family who had used Al-Hijaz 2 years previous and I have to say we have not been left disappointed! From beginning to the end everything went smoothly. The communication throughout the booking process and all the way through to the end of our journey was faultless and ensured that all the pilgrims were kept uptodate with what the itinerary was. The 5 days of Hajj in particular was a spiritual experience unlike anything we could ever expect. The total focus was on the pilgrims Ibadah and the feeling after the 5 days were completed were of complete peace and closeness to Allah. The hotels booked for Makkah and Madinah were so close to the haram it ensured we wasted no time when going for Ibadah and prayers. Fantastic experience: Hajj is a journey of a lifetime for anyone and some of us may not be lucky enough to get a second chance. So to have a group leader+team who genuinely care about you and your Hajj more than themselves is extremely rare. Fantastic experience: As'salaam'mualaikum I was referred to Al-Hijaz tours by My Uncle who went Hajj with the group in 2017. He told me it was the best experience ever. I have made the intentions to spend the last 10 days of Ramdan 2019 with my brother and I in Saudi. I got in touch with Al- Hijaz tours, although i didn't book the package with them directly. Brother Iqbal gave me tons and tons of advice and information about the trip. He was extremely helpful and patience. Insha'allah in the future I do get to purchase his services and I already know the experience will be best. Anyone going Hajj or Ummrah with Al-Hijaz Tours are very lucky.

Fantastic experience: Iqbal bhai, You east end softie! But honestly, thanks for making this journey of a lifetime a joyous one and one to remember for the rest of our lives. 'Al-Hijaz to the left' will ring in our ears for many months and years but were it not for them words how our journey and unity as a group would have been so different. Mahmood Bhai I apologise for the number of times I referred to you as Mehboob; I was corrected many times by sister (Maureen), I mean sister Muni but never did you correct me but continued smiling. Reminds me of a poem where the poet wrote in a couplet 'what is there in a name when there is but love' and that is how Al-hizaj treated us all with love and sincerity. Faizal Bhai JazakAllah for your kidmat and words of wisdom throughout the pilgrimage. Fantastic experience: Horror stories are always common after Hajj as Pilgrims are sadly not delivered what they were promised. This is very unfortunate and more regular as the years pass. This is what I have noticed since performing my first Hajj 11 years ago. Alhamdolillah the same CANNOT be said about Al Hijaz Tours from london. Myself and every single Haji in our group that attended this year (2018) have nothing but praise for this group and it’s leader. They were with us every step of the way, ensuring their main priority was to serve the Haji. Very thoughtful and considerate about the needs of all us! Fantastic experience: I had chosen to use Al-Hijaz London to embark on my journey to Hajj 2018 for my honeymoon. From beginning to end Iqbal had delivered above and beyond what he had initially stated and what i was expecting. He was very well organised and made sure all Hajis/Hajianis were cared for. The products that were provided by Al-Hijaz; The Umbrellas, cooling towels, backpacks, mini fans, Prayer Mats and Hand trolleys were not expected but were given to each member of the group before the start of our journey which helped both me and my partner throughout our time in saudia. Throughout the 5 days of Hajj Iqbal, Mahmood and Faisal made sure we had everything we needed and gave us nothing to worry about in our time out there. Fantastic experience: Al Hijaz – The Hajj Group that delivers! Understandably there is always a degree of apprehension when choosing a Hajj tour group. We’ve all heard the horror stories, so before speaking to Iqbal of Al Hijaz for the first time I was sceptical. I was surprised another tour operator had recommended him when I enquired about his group. I was further pleasantly surprised at the frank and open conversation that followed of what would and would not be delivered by his group. The follow up email confirmation meant we knew exactly what to expect when parting with our hard earned money. Alhamdulillah Al Hijaz did not disappoint and were true to their word. Well before we arrived at the airport, helpful tips and advice was provided regarding both physical, mental and spiritual preparation. This was a small group compared to others, but the constant support and assistance throughout the blessed journey was exceptional. The Azziziyah accommodation was comfortable and the hotel service provided was good. Despite the comfort getting to the Haram regularly was for the determined only, particularly difficult unless you are travelling by yourself without your family. The combination of traffic and the relentless heat made the relatively short journey arduous. The accommodation and service at both hotels in Makkah Shareef (Swiss Hotel) and Madina Munnawarah (Anwar ul Madinah – Movenpick) was exceptional and within short walking distances to the Haram. The organisation and service throughout the journey, but in particular the days of Hajj was excellent. This was a well organised and well-oiled machine! Away from the hotels there was plenty of food and drink supplied during our stay in Mina and Arafat. Where Al Hijaz stood out was during the days of Hajj and during the completion of the rituals. The group was constantly advised and well prepared in advance of the rituals. Brother Iqbal and Mebz accompanied the group to the ritual sites and ensured the safety and comfort of the group was always there paramount consideration. I have not seen this level of commitment and dedication in any of my previous Hajj group operators. It was truly exceptional and humbling. This group delivers on its promises. Their strength lies in their organisation and the limited numbers they accommodate for means an individuality of service which no other group will be able to surpass. Although Brother Iqbal repeatedly advised all members to undertake their own research into the rules and obligations pertaining to this blessed journey, the group would definitely be enhanced with the expertise of a sound Aalim. This would ensure not only the organisational service which was excellent was catered for, but the spiritual and religious aspect of the journey was also covered by the Al Hijaz group. Overall Al Hijaz is an excellent Hajj group. Its organisation is its strength. It keeps its promises. The result is the intending Haji is free to concentrate on the real purpose of his journey to fulfil his obligation and worship his Creator in the Blessed lands. Fantastic experience: We went on Hajj with Al-hijaz tours and travels in Sept 2016. Based on the positive feedback from friends and close family that have previously travelled with Al-hijaz- it was a no brainer to go with Al-hijaz. Alhumdulillah, spirituality Hajj for us was amazing and we first thank Allah (swt) for this opportunity and making this happen. Fantastic experience: Myself and my family were part of Al-hijaz 2016 Hajj group. The guidance and service provided by Iqbal and brother Mehmoob was outstanding. They took care of all our needs leaving us to focus on our ibadat. Even though we travelled with elderly parents, one of whom was subject to a wheel chair, we didn't ever feel isolated or in trouble. Fantastic experience: Five stars! We were very well looked after from the moment my wife and I expressed our interest in making pilgrimage to Mecca in September 2016 with Brother Iqbal. Long before we left we were prepared and advised on how to get the most out of our Hajj by Al Hijaz. By the time it came to leave the Uk, I felt amongst the best prepared of my friends who were making the same journey with other groups. All queries and questions I'd had, no matter how small, were dealt with in a personal and timely manner. Once in KSA, we we excellently attended to. Hajj can and will be a test to all who are blessed enough to be invited, but, it was a pleasure to have travelled with the Malji Brothers. Such passion, attention to detail and professional attitude.
